  You need to hire Sara!

  We hired Sara as a “partial” wedding planner, and let me tell you, she did so much more. I can’t come close to explain everything she did for us. Our original wedding date was in June and we postponed until August 22nd. Sara made the rescheduling process so extremely easy. She set up everything with every vendor, we didn’t have to do a thing. She worked with me every step, and even encouraged me when we were getting so much push back for not postponing again. She also recommended Justin Wham for the florist and I am so glad she did. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

  We hired Sara as a “partial” wedding planner, and let me tell you, she did so much more. I can’t come close to explain everything she did for us.   Sara is the best!

  Our venue (Lowndes Grove) had Sara listed as one of their recommended planners and we are so happy we chose her for our big day. We used her as a "partial" planner which was great option for us (I'm type A and wanted to be pretty involved with the planning, but needed someone familiar with the area and also our venue's ways of working). Throughout the process Sara was so helpful and provided strong recommendations for other vendors, and also answered many random questions we had throughout the process. The day of the event she ran the show from the beginning, rolling up her sleeves and running the setup, then keeping the event timeline moving smoothly. In addition to being great at her job, Sara is also just a sweet and friendly person who is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I cannot say enough about Sara's quality as a wedding planner. She stepped in late to help finish planning our wedding after our original planner had a conflict - Sara took over without missing a beat. Leading up to the wedding and the day of, Sara handled everything, made the entire wedding party feel at ease, and allowed my wife and I to relax and enjoy the day.
  
  Sara is without a doubt one of the best planners out there and I can't recommend her enough.

  Sara Cavallon is an angel! From the day my daughter became engaged until the last glass was cleaned up the night of the wedding Sara was a gift in our lives! She is highly organized, talented and has amazing resources to recommend to bride and their mothers. She is calm and intuitive and was great at talking me off the ledge when I needed it! Our wedding was a fairy tale and it was because of Sara's guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend her if you want your wedding process to be one that you will look back on and smile about! Our wedding weekend was Cinderella's Ball because of Sara!

  Besides knowing all of the top vendors and locations and have great suggestions on set up, food, drinks, seating, decor, etc. Sara was a savor during my wedding, which was cancelled by Hurricane Joaquin due to flooding in downtown Charleston.
  Originally we were supposed to get married on Saturday Oct. 4th and on the day of, found that due to flooding in the downtown area, none of my vendors or guests would be able to get into downtown.
  Before noon that day, Sara had already contacted all of my vendors (food, event, hair, make-up, church, reception, dj, photographer, videography... im sure countless more!); confirmed to move to the next day and also had options for new venue sites located in Mt. Pleasant to ensure the flooding would not impact the service or reception.
  While this was not ideal or what I had planned for the previous year, it turned out to be a beautiful service and reception with most of our friends and family (most people came from out of state and were impacted with driving or flights) and would not have been possible without Sara to coordinate everyone and quickly find a new venue. She also executed the vision of my reception;, far exceeding my expectations since neither of us had viewed the location in person.

  I don't know if I can find the words to express how absolutely wonderful Sara was during the planning stages and the day of our wedding in Charleston back in April. As one can probably imagine, the wedding planning process can be overwhelming with so many choices and can be stressful especially if you are planning it from afar (we are from Baltimore, MD). Having Sara as our wedding planner was by far the best choice we made when planning our wedding. We put out trust in her and Justin Wham's extremely capable hands and we are SO GLAD WE DID!! Our wedding was everything we imagined and more. Even through the week of, the wedding, when we had some emergencies come up, she took the reigns and handled the challenges with professionalism, patience, and wisdom.
  
  Our guests still talk about how beautiful the wedding was and how great Sara was during the process. Don't take our word for it. Look up the four wedding blogs and multiple other sites that felt the same way about the wedding and published our big day on their blogs! Sara, her trusted list of professional wedding vendors that she has worked with for years, and her team are absolutely amazing. Choosing her will be the best decision you can make for your wedding day!!

  Sara is the best wedding planner in town! She made everything so seamless and made us feel like we were in very good hands from the start. She is super organized and very detail oriented to ensure we didn't miss a thing. She was great at keeping us on task to ensure we met deadlines for our vendors. Being an out of town bride, I was worried not being in the same location as my event but since Sara is local to Charleston she was able to coordinate with vendors for us and knew about all sorts of hidden gems in Charleston to give our event that extra special local touch.   We first met Sara in 2007 as she was my sister's week of wedding planner. We felt so confident in Sara's work ethic and knowledge of Charleston's wedding industry that we hired her for full planning of my wedding. Sara kept us on schedule throughout the entire process, was very organized, and flexible. Sara is great to work with!

  We had the most perfect wedding! Sara and Megan made the day go so smoothly. We were able to relax and just enjoy our day with family and friends. Sara helped us to find the most wonderful venue, photographer and floral designer to execute the elegant evening we had envisioned. We just can't say enough wonderful things about Something to Celebrate and Sara!

  Sara did an amazing job with my wedding that we planned together for 2 years!! She is a fantastic planner and really takes everything off of your hands. I love her approach to decision making. She really makes every effort possible to make your dreams and wishes come true!

  Sara was our week of wedding coordinator. She is such a pleasure to work with and our wedding turned out beautiful. I did not have to worry about a thing the week before and the day of the wedding because Sara handled everything. She was prepared for every meeting we had and promptly answered any questions I had throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was able to take all of the ideas I had for the decor and bring it all together so that it was perfect. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone getting married in the Charleston area, or anywhere really. She is a great person to work with and I can assure you your event would turn out to be everything you ever imagined!

  Sara made our dream day come true! When we initially decided to get married in Charelston, I reached out to several wedding planners. Sara was the ONLY one that actually answered my direct questions & helped me where no one else did. Finding a Catholic church that would agree to host our wedding was a challenge but Sara helped us work a little magic.
  She was always pleasant, responsive & friendly. She made the whole process and our wedding day fun & memorable. She was very organized and really made our day stress free. I would not hesitate in referring her and I am, without doubt, a tough cookie that can be very detailed, type A, & demanding. If she pleased me, trust me she will please you. A+ for Sara!

Finding a Catholic church that would agree to host our wedding was a challenge but Sara helped us work a little magic.
  She was always pleasant, responsive & friendly. She made the whole process and our wedding day fun & memorable. She was very organized and really made our day stress free. I would not hesitate in referring her and I am, without doubt, a tough cookie that can be very detailed, type A, & demanding. If she pleased me, trust me she will please you. A+ for Sara!
