Men's Wearhouse was willing to help us get a great deal on the suits for our wedding by buying them together during a sale, and then using the customer reward points to get my husband's shirt. They even ordered the ties I wanted and we got them on sale, too. They helped me organize colors and coordinate everyone--and the pictures look GREAT.
Mens Wearhouse was great to work with. Everyone was always so nice and they called me regularly to give me updates and see if I needed anything. Two of the guys tuxes didn't fit when they came in and Men's Wearhouse did not hesitate to fix that problem and get them a new tux before the wedding. I highly recommdend them! They really make a brides job easier......
We worked with Men's Wearhouse for our wedding Tuxedos. Getting the groom's tux for free was wonderful, and when the deadline was approaching for the guys to be fitted, we received phone calls letting us know who had not yet gone in for the fitting. All in all this was a great experience, and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends getting married in the near future.
We actually bought suits from here for all of the groomsmen and ushers. 7 Kenneth Cole suits at 80 bucks a suit. Can't beat that! We wanted the guys the have something to walk away with from the wedding. And cheaper than renting a tux! They tracked down every size we needed and got them to us in a timely fashion. Service and value is unbeatable.
The tuxedos we rented for the wedding party (Men's Wearhouse in Town Center) were nice once we finally got them. After ensuring all wedding party members were sized and tuxedos were ordered we found out two day's before the wedding that 1. not all the tuxedo pieces we ordered would be available, 2. they lost the measurements of 2 of the 3 tuxedos we needed, 3. they may not be able to help us out. We ended up spending an absurd amount of time trying to get tuxedos for our wedding party. The stress was totally unnecessary and due to poor record keeping at the store. After the wedding, we called to complain about the bad customer service and received somewhat of an apology. I would definitely not go back. This was the only vendor from our wedding that caused any stress or problems.
