It's really weird to write a review of a business when the business is more like a friend! We met Jessica at one of our friend's weddings in 2017, saw her again at another friend's wedding in 2018, and finally reached out to her when we got engaged in 2019. So needless to say, Jessica is really part of the family now! I'll let her photos speak for themselves (AMAZING), so my review here is really of Jessica the person. She is kind, full of life, COLORFUL, organized, and so easy to work with. She showed up on our wedding day just genuinely excited to be there for us and to meet our crazy crew of family and friends. She can work with literally anyone, and I know our other vendors appreciated having here there. We've now taken our engagement photos with Jessica, our 1-year anniversary photos (in Washington DC), and our (very) delayed wedding photos. And every time it's such a fun reunion. I've received SO many compliments on our photos, it's actually ridiculous, like, how do we choose!?! She's a gem. -

Book all your photography needs with Jessica, and you will not regret it! My husband and I booked her for our engagement and wedding photos and we couldn't be happier. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process! She will work tirelessly to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Even when our wedding plans had to change drastically due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she stuck by us, made changes, and even modified our package to meet our needs. The best decision I made for my wedding day
Jessica Fike is worth every penny plus more! I got more compliments on my wedding photos than I ever imagined! She makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera and helps teach you how to pose and smile and look so natural! She keeps your bridal party and family in line for group pictures and everyone on schedule through your day! The quality of her work is amazing and she captures to much emotion in her photos. I didn’t get her a single reference photo or ideas of poses I wanted and every picture turned out amazing(I had enough to wedding stuff to micromanage so this was huge). I was searching for a photographer that could accommodate our “small wedding” need. We just needed the big moments captured and it seemed like a lot of photographers we reached out to didn’t want to waste their time. But once we found Jess, we were so happy we did. Jessica, from our engagement photos all the way through to our wedding photos was fantastic. Not only was she responsive, enthusiastic, and bubbly, but she was a consummate professional and brings the best out of anyone she photographs with. She was excellent with the wedding party, has a great sense for lighting, dynamics, positioning, and composition. On top of all of that, she is flexible with her scheduling and approaches everything with a smile. Without a doubt the most helpful person we encountered in our wedding planning. Jessica is not only a great photographer, but she knows the Deep Creek area so well that her personal advice and contacts made our wedding the perfect event. Highly recommend! Caitlin Sent on 07/30/2013I have known Jessica for many years- since grade school, and knew that when she began her photography business she would put as much of her heart into it as she always did with school and sports. I had followed Jessica's work for years before I was finally able to book her for our wedding. Her photography truly is "fun, fresh, and colorful"! I just knew she would do a fabulous job with the most important pictures we would ever take.
After our engagement photo session, I was even more certain that Jessica was the best person for the job. I couldn't wait for the wedding photos! Jessica is fun, easy-to-work-with, and professional. Photography was so important to me, that I planned our entire wedding around when Jessica was available. Some may think that's silly, but the only tangible memories you have of your wedding day are often the photos!
For the wedding day, Jessica was so professional and operated smoothly- taking candid shots while we were getting dressed, to her attention to the little details you spend time on but are often overlooked. She is a master of being actively involved in the day without you even knowing she's there! It's a rare talent. She masterfully handled the family shots, which can often be confusing, and she let little disruptions and confusions roll off her back. She even put up with our loud, crazy bridal party while driving around in the limo bus for an hour while taking more photos!
Jessica is also appreciative of the anticipation you feel to see your pictures, and made sure to post a couple "sneek peeks" before we left for our honeymoon. The photos we have seen so far are a testament to Jessica's natural talent and professionalism and we are so thrilled we were able to have her photograph our wedding! We recommend her to every friend we have who is getting married.

From the moment I first spoke to her, she was attentive and really responsive to everything my husband and I were looking for in a wedding photographer. She really "got" our wedding concept and captured all of the unique details we had spent so much time on. Her pictures are beyond words-- beautiful!! She captured the best side of everything and everyone. We will cherish her photos for the rest our lives. She actually enhanced our experience on the big day by being excited, enthusiastic, and fun to work with. She captured each precious moment without being intrusive. She made everyone feel comfortable and was a great source of information/advice during our planning. She was overall GREAT!! I definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a great photographer. You will not be sorry!!!
