Wedding Photography in Morgantown

Dean's prices and options are way more accomodating than most photographers I spoke with. He took tons of pictures of our wedding and they all came out amazing!! Even better he allowed us to have dual copyright of the pictures so we were not tied to buying expensive, touched up pics directly from him. It gave my parents and in-laws the flexibility of printing the pics they liked.

If you're looking for a photographer who is quiet, reserved, and boring - this is NOT YOUR GIRL Amberlee is an absolute blast to work with. She took the time to get to know us, and captured our personalities and day beautifully. So glad we found our future family photographer and cannot wait for her to be stuck with us forever

I loved the style of photography by Kat and Mark when I looked at their profiles online, so I got in touch with them. My fiancé and I had a FaceTime session with them just a few days before we moved to Alaska for the Winter/Spring/Summer. I hadn't intended to do an engagement photoshoot but when I told them we'd be in Alaska, Kat said she'd always wanted to go there and that she would come out to Alaska to do the engagement shoot if we paid for her lodging for 2 nights. Hell. Yes. While in Alaska, she got some gorgeous photos of us on the beach and in the rainforest. We had also chartered a helicopter ride to the top of one of the snow covered mountains. The beach session was a casual look, the mountain session was a formal look. She borrowed 2 designer wedding gowns for me to choose from to wear for the formal session. And god bless, she did some of my makeup as well because I'm clueless. we have some amazing shots from that shoot with the helicopter hovering in the background! For our wedding, Kat was booked for another event, so her husband Mark was our photographer. EVERYONE was impresses by his organization. I'm still getting comments from wedding guests and wedding party about how impressed they were with Mark. The day before he did a dry run of the locations we wanted shots at just to make sure there would be no surprise construction so we could stay on track. He had also figured out roughly what time we'd be at the locations so he could scout out where the best lighting would be. He had a notebook of every shot we specifically wanted and time table of the entire day including reception. We had an outdoor ceremony with a tent for plan B, and it ended up raining a torrential downpour about 5min before the ceremony was supposed to start. While in the bridal suite waiting out the rain, I had mentioned in an offhand comment that I wondered if the location's event coordinator had a chance to move the rose petals I had lining the aisle since they were an additional expense that I had paid for. He said "No..." grabbed a garbage can, and I didn't see him again. He went and grabbed all of my soaking wet flower petals and lined the aisle under the tent with all of them. No idea where my day of event staff were at this time, but my photographer was out there making my aisle pretty for me! One of the things that I liked about this company in general is that the fee I paid them was for the entire day, not a pre-arranged amount of time. So we got shots of my girls and I getting ready, all the way through the end of the reception where we were able to sneak out for 5min and get some fantastic night time city shots. I had read on multiple sources to spend your money on food/alcohol, DJ, and photographers. This is not one of the more inexpensive companies, and they are worth every penny they ask for and then some.

I wish I would've had Tyson for our wedding! He did our first anniversary pictures & they turned out AMAZING! When we were setting up an appointment he asked if I had any ideas, & I told him I was a Pinterest junkie- but I could never remember ideas just on the spot. He took the time to look up a few pins that I loved & used them! You will not go wrong working with Tyson. Again I so wish I could turn back the clock and use him for our wedding. If you do you'll get amazing photos! His prices are insanely affordable too; & such a fun guy to work with. He's the photographer we'll be going back to year after year for sure. Linda is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and makes sure every picture is picture perfect. Highly reccomended ive been with her for over 6 years! High quality, just absolutely the best you could ask for!

Callie is one of the sweetest, and most fun vendors I have ever worked with! As a wedding photographer myself, I knew photography was going to be of the utmost importance to me and my fiance on our wedding day. I knew the second I saw her work that I had to have her, and I am so glad that we pulled the trigger and booked her as early as possible for our 2020 wedding! She has been nothing but sweet and professional through the whole process, and even though our engagement session brought 25mph gusts of wind, she KILLED it, and made it look like a gentle breeze at most. I know I am going to be using her for all our milestones to come, and if you are on the fence, I implore you to go with her! She truly is a light, and cares so deeply for each and every couple she works with!

They made our big day perfect!

Amanda and her husband did our wedding photography in July. They were amazing to work with! Amanda was with us every step of the way. She did an engagement session with us to get to know us better and made sure everything was ready for the day of so we didn't miss a shot. She was very quick to get our pictures back to us. Our photos are absolutely gorgeous and they speak for themselves! I would highly recommend Amanda Garvin Photography for your wedding!

Hannah Kittle is an amazing photographer and a great person to work with. She did two engagement shoots and my wedding, and I loved every photo! You will not be disappointed with this photographer. She operates in Williamstown, Parkersburg, Huntington (WV), and Marietta, Ohio, but she is more than willing to travel to meet your needs.
