Tracy is very professional and has a great eye for beauty on a budget. She has a pocket full of resources that certainly came in handy when my band backed out and I had no other options. The band met and exceeded every expectation on my wedding day I could have ever dreamed. I would recommend Heart and Soul Weddings to anyone.
