In this situation, I actually worked with the Mother of the bride. I only met the bride on 2 occassions, and she was very sweet. The mother and I did have a bump in the road early on, but met and worked things out totally. She was an absolute dear, and together we created a fabulous event. I was very surprised when I read this, as I am using this wedding on my website. I phoned the bride's mother to ask what had happened and she was unaware of this review. Her comment to me was that "When the sanctuary doors opened, it looked like a magazine shoot!" I asked her of any mistakes I was unaware of on the wedding day and she said she could think of none. The weekend was flawless as far as I could see and I did all of the set-up and strike as well. I am very "hands-on" and really work hard for my brides. I am always sorry if a bride has a feeling of ill-will as I take this very seriously and do my best for each and every one. I am very sorry that Michele was disappointed. I did the set-up and delivery on her event and I truly thought it was just beautiful. Her colors were gorgeous and the arrangements were at value. The delivery times at churches are very strict and we adhere to them. I was unaware of any problem with the flower girls. I am also sorry if I missed an e-mail. Many times we are working on previously scheduled events, but do the best that we can. We understand that this is a stressful time, but our brides are our priority. Unfortunately, there are times when budget does not meet expectaton. We strive very hard to see that this does not occur and I am sorry if Michele felt that we fell short of her expectation.
