There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Caylen and the entire team! This venue (a bookstore -The Wild Detectives in the Bishop Arts District) presented unique decorating challenges, and we were working with a tight budget. Even though this was an intimate 32 guest wedding, Caylen went above and beyond to bring my daughter's vision to life—down to every last detail. She absolutely NAILED it! On the day of the wedding, we faced extremely high winds (of course!), which made deciding on the ceremony and reception dinner setup incredibly stressful for me as the mother of the bride. I kept going back and forth between an indoor or outdoor setup, but the team remained calm, kind, and unwavering in their commitment to making everything perfect. Their "customer-first, always-smiling" attitude meant the world to me. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the event rentals, from the dishware and glassware to the chargers, utensils, and chairs. Everything was top-notch! Since we haven't received our professional photos yet, I'm limited in what I can share, but I can't wait to showcase how beautifully it all came together. And of course, I have to mention the flowers—absolutely stunning! Huge thanks to the floral designers for their incredible work. I’m truly grateful for this team’s dedication and would love to work with them again in the future.

John and his florals were amazing!!! I was overwhelmed with the flower choices, and I wasn’t really sure how to describe what I wanted. During our consultation, John brought out different flowers, made makeshift bouquets and table set ups, and lent his creative eye. It was so fun, and he nailed my vision! The flowers were gorgeous the day of the wedding. We even had to make some changes a couple weeks before the wedding, and he was more than willing to do so. We visited a few other florists, and he was BY FAR the best and was the most affordable. We are so glad we used John!

They were so easy to work with and really listened to what I wanted. They even gave me great suggestions that made the flowers look even better than I imagined. Shelby and the team at Cebolla were incredible to work with, and made the floral part of planning ridiculously easy! They are all so sweet and welcoming! I was more concerned for budget, and they invited us in to come look at the flowers in house to see how they could fit together using less expensive flowers that looked 10/10 on our day, but they of course had all the higher end flowers to choose from if that’s your jam. We wanted only white and greenery, and y’all…. It was gorgeous. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Darrell Ward Designs for any floral needs you may have in the DFW metroplex. He was able to work within our budget and deliver absolutely stunning florals that added breathtaking details to our day. We contracted Darrell after he was recommended by the church that we were to be wed in-- he was very personable and was able to bring the concepts that we had for our florals to life. About a month before the wedding, Darrell took me to a flower market in Dallas to see the flowers he would be ordering and I am so glad he did that to reassure me as a bride that the florals would be exactly what we wanted. We appreciate the advice he gave along the way, and the pleasant phone calls we had to catch up on wedding and life. We are very thankful and highly recommend!

Katie is an artist! All of the florals at our wedding were so beautiful! Out of all the details of our wedding, we received the most compliments on our flowers. From our initial consultation, I felt like Katie totally understood our vision of a modern, floral garden wedding. She included sketches of the ceremony backdrop and king's table in her proposal, and I had total confidence that she shared our vision. I think my jaw dropped when I saw the ceremony backdrop in real life because it was better than I could have imagined! She is a great communicator and so easy to work with. We adjusted the number of tables and some arrangements, and she was very accommodating. She made the whole process so easy, and I had total confidence that I could be hands off with the florals and she had it all covered. I loved working with Katie, and I can't recommend billie ball & co. enough!
