I loved my dress it was easy to find I went one day for 3.5 hours. I had a great consultant, my dress was perfect for me and cheap. Lots to choose from!

very helpful i got all our dresses there and they where so nice the lady that helped me try on dresses was so helpful she really made me feel better considering i had like 6 people there telling me what they thought abotu the dress before i could even decide myself!

Excellent service helping me find my dream dress! I was very impressed with the selection of dresses they had. I did not receive as great of service when I came back in for my bridesmaid dresses but other then that my experience was great.

i wanted a dress that was simple yet elegant and not to pay an arm and a leg for it. I found my dress on sale and it was perfect. They have a lot to dress up a plain dress you find. The sales girls were great when i went to try on dresses, very helpful and the altering job was done great. Just make sure you know what the price of alterations cost! It isn't easy to swollow, but worth it if you find what you dreamed of!

I was at DB a few times. I had a wonderful experience choosing my gown and my bridesmaids gowns as well. Alterations on the other hand were not so good. The Alterations manager is not so nice.

Had some minor issues with alterations, however, the manager was able to fix everything and took the extra time to make me happy!

I was very worried about my appointment at Davids Bridal after reading other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. We spent about two hours with a young bridal consultant (we went over our appointment) and she was very helpful, I think we tried on every gown there that was the style I was looking for. I went to a bridal show and received a $50 gift card and the dress I selected was half off ($399), I found THE dress and only spent $350. I would recommend going to a local seamstress to have alterations done though, DB charges a lot and doesn't work with you. Check it out!

I got my dress at David's and I absolutely LOVE it! It was a very good quality dress too- I wasn't sure what to expect since it's known as a place for bargain dresses.

My only complaint is that I wasn't able to get it altered in the store where I purchased it- I lived out of state and was only able to be in town on the weekends, but they told me they "only did first fittings on Tuesdays and Thursdays." I ended up having to drive my dress two hours away to a seamstress near me and then back to the town where my wedding was (steamers work wonders on wrinkles though).

I eventually had my alterations done at a different David's Bridal- the woman there was very nice, and helped me find ways to save on the alterations- I ended up paying less than half of what I expected, so overall it was a good experience.

I have been to David's Bridal several times (for bridesmaid and other evening gowns), and I have never felt like it was a place I felt comfortable or welcome. When I was there to purchase my wedding gown (I had to because we got married in a week's time because my husband needed health insurance FAST), I felt like the one seamstress was calling me "fat". I was looking to stay within a certain budget - well, they kept telling me that the dresses in my budget would never fit me (and they weren't too terribly nice about it), and I ended up spending three times what I had budgeted for a dress that I wasn't entirely in love with. I know it was such short notice, and I wouldn't be able to find a dream dress - but I at least wanted to feel "special" in it. I took the dress, after my wedding, to a seamstress who made it the dress I wanted. This included taking out the bustle that David's Bridal put in, and put a different style in that looked SO much nicer. I really would not recommend David's Bridal if you are looking for a wedding gown. Read my other reviews for a good place in Lancaster to go.

David's Bridal made the process of dress shopping fun and stress free. They have such a large selection of dresses for both the bride and the bridemaids. They have so many locations, all of my bridesmaids found it quite easy to be fitted and pick up their dress right in their hometown. Their connections to other businesses made is super easy for the groom and groomsman to get their tuxedo's as well. Nothing but great things to say about David's!

David's was great, but I was not happy with the alteration price. I think with the price of the dress and then to add the alteration price on top of that, it made the dress almost not worth what I paid total......
However, they did let me exhange one dress for another. I had lost over 100 pounds and was still losing and it was hard to guess what size I would be in come wedding day. I ended up going with a totally different style. They were great about that.

I had a great experience with David's Bridal. I found out that it is very important to make an appointment before going to even just look at dresses. We waited over an hour because I didn't have an appointment the first time we went. Once we did get in, the girl talked to me and pulled a few dresses that fit the deion of what I was looking for, and within those dresses I found the perfect dress. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from David's as well and they were beautiful and they had the exact color I was looking for!

Davids Bridal really surprised me with the quality and design of there dresses. They really have some great styles! Also, they were very helpful with getting the sizes and dresses for my bridesmaids. The only negative is that I felt a little rushed because I guess it was 'the season' to be buying a dress. But I would absolutely shop here again.

Not very please with my experience. Dress prices were good. Alterations were very high. Ending up taking my dress somewhere else. I felt rushed and like I was bothering the assistant while I was there. And I kept my appointment under 1 hour and did not try on many dresses.

My biggest complaint would have to be how they sold my contact information. After my visit I started get random calls on my cell phone and emails from companies that I did not solicit. Researched some of the numbers and found other DB's customers complaining about the same thing.

They were so friendly, so helpful!!! They choices of dresses were amazing. I tried on close to 10 dresses on my first trip there. However, I ended up falling in love with the 1st dress I tried on. It was the only dress that made me cry. I felt like a princess in it. All the employees, including the women who did the altering, were so helpful. Highly recommend!!

I knew it was "the dress" the moment I put it one, I felt like a true bride. It was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen.
