The sales representative that helped me on my appointment day was WONDERFUL. She spent as much time with me that I needed, she did not rush or make me feel like a bother. She listened to what I was wanting. She even threw a "curveball" dress at me and it happened to be the one that I bought! I loved the experience and had fun doing it. She said it was fun working with me and gave me a hug when we were finished!

Jewelry not of good quality, broke during reception (so I only wore it for about 5 hours) First time I went there with 3 of 4 bridesmaids, we had a good experience, went there again with my Maid of Honor and the experience was 'okay' - the sales rep told her to order a size smaller (she was plus size) and when the dress came in, it did not fit (that was a TERRIBLE experience) had to be resized/ reorder the dress and it, luckily, came in the WEEK OF THE WEDDING. If it wasn't ordered too small to begin with, would've been such a better experience. The sales rep should've known not to order the smaller size (always order big- you can take it in)

I had a decent experience with the consultant assigned to me. After I had found my dress, it almost seemed like she was rushing me out though. The fittings and alterations department did a great job!

I was very pleased with my dress & the service staff at David ' s but it was the alterations department that left me feeling duped. I felt rushed at my fittings and at my final fitting before shipping my dress off for my destination wedding, I needed a shoulder alteration redone. The woman pinned the dress, had me take it off & after a few minutes brought it back steamed and bagged. When I asked to try it on one last time she remarked that it wouldn't be necessary and that she took it up as pinned. Imagine my surprise on my wedding day when those same shoulders had to be safety pinned because the alteration had not been done. I also found the alterations a bit over priced.

The service could of been better and my wifes dress was ripped and not repaired when it was altered. They fixed it free of charge. The bridal party had to layaway their dresses or they would not be in stock if they were not paid.

Receptionists are not that nice, consultant was great. Helped find the perfect dress.

Bridesmaid dress were measured wrong, and it was very difficult to schedule dress fittings.
