SHEILA FRANK founder was born in the suburbs of Philadelphia and relocated to Central Pennsylvania in her teens. Named after her maiden name, Sheila studied dance for two decades where she fell in love with Costume & Design.

Sheila interned for Charlotte Ronson, NYC and graduated from Moore College of Art & Design, Philadelphia with a BFA in Fashion Design. As an artist, fashion is her medium and Sheila carefully involves herself in every step of the design process from concept to construction. Sheila has designed RTW, swimwear and dancewear but has completely fallen in love with Bridal. Sheila began working in the bridal market by creating custom dresses for her friends which allowed her to build a private clientele.

Sheila believes in quality over quantity and is interested in creating a sustainable business. Sheila’s intention is to create social and environmental change. The collections are made to order and not mass produced in order to reduce waste. The collections are available at the showroom, online and trunk shows across the US.
