    We had Daniel play at our outdoor wedding ceremony in Banff this August. Daniel was very easy to deal with, very professional, and was happy to learn a few songs for us. Our guests loved him and his voice, and even though I didn't get a chance to hear most songs, my husband said the main song was the best version he's ever heard. I can't wait to hear the rest that we have in video! Thanks Daniel for making our day extra special!

    My husband and I hired Daniel to perform at our ceremony in Banff. He was incredibly easy to deal and did us the hounor of learning our wedding song. I am so glad that we found him! His voice is amazing, timing was dead on and all of our guests commented on how wonderful he was. Highly recommended.

    Daniel is amazing! He's performed at three of our events and he's one of the most important elements. His music is extraordinary and he's a blast to work with. I'd hire him again and again.

    Daniel you are simply amazing. Having you perform your music at our wedding yesterday was one of the most memorable moments that Ryan and I will never forget. Your music and your voice is just beautiful. Your music brought out so much emotion that my dad had tears as we were walking down the aisle. The wedding was full of emotion but with your music just brought it out even more beautifully. Ryan and I thank you for being a part of our day. Thank you for learning a new song for us for our first dance. You did a better job performing the song then the original. You are such a kind person and so honest. You were so easy to work with and went out of your way to make everything happen for us. It was a pleasure having you be a part of our day. We got so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful you are. Take care and all the best to you!

    Daniel was attentive, fantastic and incredibly professional. He wowed my crowd and I was asked to pass on his contct info to many wedding guests. He really set the tone for the entire wedding. I'd recommend him to anyone!!

    Daniel was absolutely fantastic in setting the tone for my wedding. Many guests commented on how amazing he was and requested his contact info. Prior to the wedding, he was incredibly attentive to my every need, request, and ridiculous bride question. Would recommend in a heart beat!

    Everyone at our ceremony loved Daniel's music. We didn't expect so many people to comment about him but lot's of people did and they all said great things. Some unexpected events caused our ceremony to be delayed but Daniels great talents made the time enjoyable for everyone there. We definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. He learned our songs quickly and performed them flawlessly. Thanks Daniel for making our day even more special!

    He was unreal! Best thing at my wedding! He played my ceremony, cocktail hour and during supper! I asked him to learn two songs and he did them better than the originals! I actually noticed my music while walking down the aisle over my nerves because his voice is that good! Everyone loved him and raved about him!

    Wonderful, memorable music for our wedding ceremony and during part of our cocktail reception! We contacted Daniel several times to ask about music and he was able to accommodate our every request. Daniel was so well received, some guests wanted him to play for their upcoming events!!     Daniel was awesome!! He played my odd requests for songs during the ceremony and entertained my guests while they waited for the ceremony to start. I recieved many compliments from guests on how much they enjoyed his performance. Would highly recommend Daniel!!

    Daniel set the tone for the entire day for all of our guests by playing before the ceremony. He allowed us to request some different covers for the ceremony which he learned, and performed beautifully. Some of the best renditions of our favourite songs. Everyone who attended was blown away by the quality, and we were blown away by the professionalism and artistry Daniel provided. We can't thank him enough for making our day truly OURS, and such a great day for everyone.

    We found Daniel on kijiji and decided to go with him to play at our ceremony in Canmore August 4, 2012. I've never wrote a review in my life on anything cause i can't be bothered but thought thats the least i can do for him as he provides such a awesome service. He played great music to entertain our guests both at the ceremony and for cocktail hour at the reception. The songs i heard him play sounded so good, and i heard nothing but awesome responses from my guests who always came up during and after the wedding to ask who he was and how i found him. I can't say enough good stuff about him, and is by the far one of the best choices that we made for our wedding!!! Were really glad we went with him, was so professional and was such a very nice touch to our wedding. It's one of those few times in life that i person can actually say that they are getting alot more value then what they are paying for, thats far and few these days!!! thanks so much Daniel

    My husband and I would recommend Daniel for your wedding services or for that just because occassion.

    I found Daniel on Kijji (sorry for spelling) and listened to his video's on u tube. He is a far better singer in person and all we had to do was tell him where and what we wanted for him to sing and the rest is magic. We picked the song "Thats What Love Is " by David Phelps when we were signing the marriage certificate. Once he started to sing I had a hard time to concentrate on walking as he sang this song so beautifully and the rest of the church was in tears. You know it when you hear someone sing with feeling and for this we will be forever grateful.

    We can hardly wait to have him sing for a just because party as we know he does his best when he sings. Daniel you are always welcome in our house. We would recommend someone playing the guitar as the accustics in the church were fantastic.

    Thanks again Daniel and we are spreading the word.

    My wife and I first considered Daniel Hooft for our wedding after spotting his advertisement on Kijiji. We watched his videos on YouTube and were immediately impressed by his style and talent. His online presence was appreciated as we live in England and the wedding was in Medicine Hat.

    We got in touch with Daniel and were really excited that he was happy to work with us on our song choices, even though it meant learning quite a few new songs in a relatively short space of time.

    On the day of the wedding Daniel played for both the ceremony and the reception. He arrived, with his own equipment, early for both events and matched our expectations to the letter. The atmosphere was perfect, with the right songs played at the right times, at the right volume. He adapted to unexpected circumstances by extending/shortening songs or fading down/up based on what was happening with speeches, etc. Hearing our favourite songs, which meant so much to us, at those key moments (signing of the register, recessional), really made the day for us.

    Countless friends and family have approached us in the days and weeks following the wedding to ask us about Daniel. Our guests (without exception) enjoyed his music and found that the atmosphere he created played a massive role in their enjoyment of the day.

    Daniel brought incredible enthusiasm and professionalism to the role he played in our wedding. The service he offered was great value and we loved working with him.

    From the groom's point of view, hiring Daniel was the least stressful aspect of the wedding. From day one I had no worries or concerns, and he exceeded our rather high expectations.

    People who were at my wedding still make comments about \"how great that guy who played at the ceremony was\". The best part was that he learned three songs just for us and he sang them flawlessly. It added a very personal touch to our ceremony. And Daniel was very professional and was on time for the rehearsal and ceremony. Would recommend him enthusiastically!

    Daniel played our wedding ceremony music and for our cocktail hour. He was professional, punctual, and we had non stop compliments on how great his music was. He had the ability to learn a song off his list just for us and played it perfectly. We would definitely recommend him for any wedding 100%
