The Chateau Briand is the place to get married. They made our day one we will always remember. We went to a lot of places before we went to the Chateau and as soon as we walked in we knew this place was for us and it truly was. The staff were amazing especially the banquet manager Lisa. They all went above and beyond to not only make our day amazing but they also made us feel like family and we weren't just another couple getting married. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, decor and how great they were treated by the wait staff. Our wedding was incredible and our guests agreed that our wedding was the best they had been to and we truly have to thank the Chateau for helping us make our day memorable. The room at the Fox Hollow Inn was amazing!!!
We would definitely recommend the Chateau to any couple getting married. We also hope that in the future we can celebrate our other events here as well.

EXCELLENT SERVICES!!!
This venue is beautiful and that goes without saying. The idea is to pick a place that feels right to you and there are hundreds to choose from in Long Island. The choice was SIMPLE however for my hubby and I when it came to picking The Chateau! I dealt with Susan who was always lovely and pleasant and I love her sense of humor! the process was smooth and there was never any issues. Most importantly the day of is what counted and it was AMAZING!!! this place has really STEPPED UP THEIR GAME!! I had tons of weddings this year in my family and I must say I chose the BEST VENUE!!! the food was great, service was excellent! one thing I recommend is to have 2 bartenders at each bar when they have over 200 guests dying for TOP SHELF liquor! LOL!! they gave you what YOU PAY FOR!!! My entrance was INSANE since I had the NORMANDY room. ALL MY FAMILY BRAGGED ABOUT IT FOR DAYS!!! they say it was like a Jay-Z concert it was so HOT!!! LOL...but u must have the right DJ (see MRG PRODUCTIONS) as well to coordinate the entry song and it was SICK!! LOVE it!!! the cool thing is they had us go down this lower level and watch everyone's' entrance in a small screen prior to us climbing up from the level below; all the guests were shocked and impressed!!! it was the coolest thing I must say. AWESOME!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Loved this place since my brother got married there in 2009! It's like no other on Long Island..staff is great (our banquet manager was Tom) and the day of the wedding they have it ALL under control...the bridal attendants are amazing, drinks are good, and the entire venue is breathtaking!

I have many praises for the Chateau Briand, especially Tom Wright and our maitre'd, Kirk. The standards that are included in CB's events are unbeatable - beautiful decor, chairs, linens, plus amazing food. I had the good fortune of being able to use the beautiful outdoor space for my cocktail hour and the CB team was very helpful and flexible in helping that happen, even as rain was approaching the area. Tom was great at answering my many questions, and Kirk made us feel so comfortable as he handled everything the night of the reception. Excellent service, wonderful staff.

We had our wedding at the Chateau on 9/23/2011. And it was fantastic! The Chateau staff went over and beyond so many times. They made sure my groom and I had everything we needed. Even our parents and bridal party was completely taken care of. We had hoped to use the outside area for cocktail hour, but unfortunately it was raining that day, but they waited until the very last minute before making that decision because they knew how much we wanted it. We had our ceremony in the DaVinici room, this is were are only complaints are. The first row was very close to where we were standing and they had flowers at the ends of the aisle, so our parents said it was very heard to see us. Also since the room is very large and we were only using a portion of it they were setting up another event behind the curtains, and one of our guests had to go behind the curtain and ask them to stop for our ceremony. Of course we didn't know anything about these, but this is the feedback we received. The food is outstanding!!! So many of our guests have raved about the food. The cocktail hour, the entrees and even the special dessert (a fruit tart). The staff at the Chateau made our wedding amazing and I wouldn't change a thing!!! The service was excellent, from Tom, the manager, Paul, our maitre D, and the bridal attendants! They all made sure we were taken care of from the time we arrived, Paul was waiting for us outside, until the end!The food was amazing! Our guests cannot stop talking about how great everything was. We were extremely happy with everthing. The only problem is that it went by so fast!

April 16, 2011 was one of the best days of my life, thanks to The Chateau. Words cannot describe how amazing our wedding was. I truly appreciate the hard work of everyone who was involved, from beginning to end, in making our day perfect. Most of all thanks and recognition are in order for Elmer, Virginia and Lil. These three make the perfect team. As soon as I stepped out of the limo, I had nothing else to worry about. The entire day and order of events were planned without me having to do, ask or say anything. I felt as though I was treated like royalty. Virginia and Lil catered to our every need. At one point one of my bridesmaids had a wardrobe malfunction and Virginia was able to sew her dress closed, as if nothing was even wrong with it. It’s almost a month later and my guests are still saying this was the best wedding they had ever been to. They loved the food and atmosphere of The Chateau. I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Nothing could compare.

Just got Married here.I'm still on an emotional high! The Staff and Service,The Decor and Ambiance, The FOOD....nothing short of AMAZING!Everyone left saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to.We had an outdoor ceremony and even in a cloudy overcast,it looked amazing.The Our Maitre D' Elmer was on point with everything and so flexible.We added our own personal touches and he worked with them seemlessly.You don't even need a rehearsal if he's your Maitre D'.Despite him being a Bulls fan,he was excellent lol. Domenico (another Bulls fan =/) and Lisa put our minds at ease in the months approaching the wedding.The faculty and staff all make you feel like celebrities.WE LEVITATED THROUGH THE FLOOR IN A CLOUD OF SMOKE!!!Do yourself a favor and get that room.Even if it costs extra. The two assistants Virginia and Lil were amazing as well.Virginia sewed a bridesmaids dress that tore just minutes before the ceremony!!! Lil saw I was tense and tired and kept the drinks coming lol (n she's heavy handed).Virginia helped my wife out so much.She even lotioned her arms and put her shoes on for her.There was almost never a point where you have to go out your way to ask for something.They truly "aim to please". My only problems with the place are #1 Valet afterwards was horrible.#2 We felt kinda rushed out after it was over because another wedding was coming in #3 I barely tasted any of the food because everytime me and my wife sat down to eat,we were being asked to do something else and then we'd come back to see our plates were taken.I was upset about that only because the food was SO GOOD.The Eggplant Rotini is the BEST EGGPLANT I'VE EVER TASTED!!! Other than that,the place is phenomenal and I couldn't imagine a better place to spend one of the most important days of my life.They made my wedding excellent!

I wish I could plan a million weddings because every single one would be at Chateau! The staff was AMAZING and took great care of me and my husband from the moment we walked in to look to the last moments before we left to start our married life. Things that were promised were met and we are greatly appriative of all that went into our wedding to make it flawless! Paul was the best MD Ive had the pleasure to meet. Ive been to many weddings and in wedding and he went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our bridal attendents were amazing!!! My husband and I can not thank the staff at Chateau enough for the best night of our lives. My parents just went to another Reception hall for a wedding and they said that our reception from food to ambiance was above and beyond this other hall. People are still raving 3 months later on the food! LOVE THEM book here great great venue!!!!

Chateau Briand, gave me my dream wedding hands down! From my tasting to my booking, to make last minute changes to accomodate my extra guests. There is nothing Chateau Briand will not do to make you happy and for that I am eternally grateful. I originally booked with Dawn who has a great personality, but also worked a lot with Susan and Lisa, whom are a blessing from keeping it real to offering great advice and reassuring you that all will go well. My guests are still raving about the food, ambiance, service, everything was A+++++++ I'm sure they don't have too many Nigerian Weddings so it was crazy, with the 34 party bridal party dress changes to money dances, to crazy customs, and they were able to handle it all as well as include all my favors, decor, party booths, uplights, crazy DJ set up, and specific food requests. They were very professional with all vendors and guests and I worked so closely with them for so long that I miss them all. I plan to hopefully have my 5 year anniversary there and they're constantly adding things so I'm excited to see where Chateau Briand will be in 5 years. You can't go wrong by having your reception or wedding ceremony here, and they will work with you on price if your wedding is off season, or have a large number of guests. FYI Cocktail hour is out of this world!

I can't describe how perfect my wedding day was... The Chateau grounds are gorgeous... the food excellent... the service superb!!! The bridal attendants made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Everything ran so smoothly and I didn't have a single concern other than enjoying my day... it was perfect! All of my guest are still raving about the wedding... and it was three weeks ago!!!

The food was good! The staff was great (especially, Kirkton). The decor was amazing! I love this place!!!

Chateau Briand was the perfect setting for my nov wedding. we actually had the ceremony outside and it felt like we were in a swank maimi hotel. they have really amped the place up and my guests could not stop raving! the service was exceptional, they provided us with "assistants" that followed us everywhere , they were so good they would pop up with a glass of champagne and a lip gloss reapplication before i could even ask for it! beautiful ambiance and top notch staff, food was great too.

This place is beautiful. We were very pleased with everything. So many people commented on how much food we had served and how good everything was. The staff was very kind and kept everything flowing in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We felt like Cinderella and Prince Charming.

Chateau Briand is a gorgeous venue. We heard wonderful things about their service and food and booked them right away. Our wedding was a huge hit. Our guests are still raving about the food! The staff is a pleasure to work with and really work hard to make your big day the best day of your life.

Chateau Briand is a beautiful place to hold a wedding or sweet 16. my entrance was just what i wished for. all of my guests were telling me how Chateau was beautiful. Its not too expensive and everyone there treated me with respect and helped me in my suite.
