Facilities and Capacity
Captain Bill’s Bayview House can accommodate up to 250 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Bayview House is a completely private wedding hall that features breathtaking waterfront views, cathedral windows and beautiful chandeliers. The Harborview Room is ideal for intimate wedding celebrations and showcases a dance floor, a fireplace and access to the venue’s back deck where you and your guests can take in the beautiful views of the Great South Bay. Captain Bill’s Waterview Room is the perfect space for hosting bridal showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. There is also a bridal suite on the premises where the bridal party can relax and get ready prior to the start of the ceremony.

The venue provides barware, flatware, glassware, linens and china during each event they host. On your wedding day, the dedicated event staff at Captain Bill’s Bayview House will take care of your every want and need so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special day from start to finish. Captain Bill’s Bayview provides onsite parking and valet service to you and your special guests on your wedding day.

Spectacular Wedding- July 5th, 2024
The Bayview House is a truly breathtaking venue located waterfront in the Bayview Marina. The marina provided a gorgeous backdrop for our photos, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the beauty of the location.
One of the biggest highlights for us (and our guests!) was the incredible variety of delicious food options offered by Captain Bills. They truly catered to every taste bud. We opted for passed/ stationed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a sit down dinner. The menu included a wide selection of seafood, succulent meats, gourmet vegetarian options, and decadent desserts, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. The quality of the food matched its variety. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the Italian dishes were bursting with authentic flavor, and the meat options were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The presentation was equally impressive, adding a touch of elegance to the celebration.
A special thanks to Paula, our event coordinator, who was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile. Her expertise made everything run smoothly on our wedding day. The entire staff in fact was beyond amazingly attentive and made our special day flawless.
The Bayview House provided the perfect setting for our dream wedding. The combination of stunning scenery, delicious food, and exceptional service made our day truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a magical and stress-free wedding experience.
Our wedding day on 6/1/24 was more than we could have ever imagines. Captain Bills and its entire staff were courteous, attentive, kind and amazing.
The food was perfect. Our guests are still raving about how great it was and how much at cocktail hour, especially! One thing they noted was how dinner came out hot which at some weddings doesn't always happen so that was great to hear.
The views are unmatched at Captain Bill's. We had a beautiful, clear night with a pretty sunset. Taking pictures on the dock was a last minute decision but they are beautiful and some of our favorites!

A wonderful venue the Bayview house has a nice large open feel, great natural sunlight with all the windows & views of the beautiful Great South Bay, day or night it has it all.. Along with a wonderful & friendly staff, fantastic food, what else would you want for a beautiful wedding. Having a baby shower, birthday party, anniversary party, they have party rooms inside Captain Bill's that will work for small or larger groups.
