Windows on the Lake

I’m not sure where to start for this incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at WINDOWS ON THE LAKE. When beginning to look around for venues, I did a quick Google search for places that accommodate small weddings in Long Island, NY, Windows on the Lake was the first venue I chose to peruse. I decided to call, and I knew we had found our location when I spoke with Frank (who was very quick to respond). To begin with, Frank is a kind, lovely man who genuinely wants to make your event perfect.
Danielle (the office manager) made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning RAINBOW ROOM. I love that Windows on the Lake packages include the linens, plates, silverware, and glassware – we didn’t have to stress about a thing! Speaking of the packages offered, windows on the Lake has amazing options for any budget!
Honestly, everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire planning process was so easy – made seamless by Luis Rios, our Maître; he kept us calm, in the loop, and had all operations running like a well-oiled machine. Not to mention (who is also hard-working and very professional).
The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding; our guests are still raving about their meals and overall experience on our special day; thank you to our Captain Felix Sabando.
My Bridal Attendant Vickie Arocho was equally as incredible. She was by my side (holding my dress and bouquet), brought us food for our private moment before heading into cocktail hour, and checked in on us constantly.
For our ceremony, we were married on the pretty patio with a beautiful lake view; it rained that morning, and although it turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, the day of our event went perfectly. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone and treated us like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. I cannot recommend this venue, and all of its staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there!

Considering the weather didn't hold up for the cocktail hour. It was a success, they handled it professionally. Great service.

Siempre estuvo pendiente de mi, si necesitaba algo y asegurarse que yo comiera y me mantuviera hidratada! 100% recomendada me quitó todo el estres el día de la boda porque me sentí en buenas manos!

My wife and I loved it. They were very attentive and efficient in everything. They were active in every step we took, flexible in helping with some mishaps we had, we can simply say that it was EXCELLENT and the best decision was to have chosen this place for our wedding... Beautiful scenery, excellent service, very good staff, nice building , beautiful decorations. This place has everything for a perfect wedding. Our Master, Assistant and Captain were exceptional with the excellent treatment towards us and guests 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆

Windows on the Lake provided a wonderful experience for our awards ceremony. Beautiful set up, delicious food, and very accommodating to what we needed. Staff was professional and helpful.

Windows on the Lake hit it out of the park! They made our wedding day even more special then I could have ever imagined. We originally were set to have our big day at Beach Club Estate but was switched over to Windows due to complications at Beach Club. Needless to say we were shocked to hear a week before our big day but they stepped in and went above and beyond to work their magic! The staff was professional and were there every step of the way to make our amazing day even more perfect. I can't thank everyone at Windows on the Lake enough, it was truly magical and I felt like a princess. Special shout out to my bridal attendant Vicky and the Maitre d', Luis for going the extra mile for not only me and my husband but for our family too.

Absolutely great venue.
The cocktail hour food was delicious. Very attentive wait and barstaff.
Very nice outdoor area for cocktail hour.
The hall was very nice. We'll maintained . Many TV screens for photos etc.
We have attended many weddings. One of the things that stood out was the quality of the food .
Everyone at the table enjoyed everything from the salad to the entrée.
The waiter took very good care with the orders and anything additional that was needed.
I'll give this venue 5 stars.

I was a guest and felt that the staff made everything perfect. They really cared and paid attention to every detail.
