After reading the reviews I was very reluctant to go to CC's boutique. But it was the only bridal shop with a particular dress I wanted. I went with my guard up, but was really surprised. The dress I wanted.was out of my price range but Monica brought me several dresses similar to the style, and I found my wedding dress! I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on! Monica was great and knew exactly what I was looking for. I dealt with several different people for fittings and alterations and everyone was super nice and very helpful! I also ordered my vail less then 4wks before my wedding and it came in on time and was perfect! They made my appointments for my fittings the same day, everything was made really easy. Also they kept my dress and vail until 2 days before my wedding [my wedding was on a sunday and they don't do pick ups on saturdays] which was really nice because I didnt have to worry about storing it or having my fiance see it. I would definately recommend Cc's to my friends! I had a great experience here and I love the choices they have!

I was very happy with the girls at CC's Boutique who helped me find my dream dresses and I was happy with the dress itself. I also was happy with the alterations.. HOWEVER... My dress was a heavy satin material and the seamstress who made the bustle only had 7 hook and eye's for the train. The bustle broke 1 hour into the reception... then we safety pinned it several times during the night and all the pins ended up breaking so the last 2 hours of the reception I or a bridesmaid had to carry my train around.. I was very disappointed that my bustle didn't hold at all. For all the money you pay to have it bustled I was very upset! They have been around for forever and should have known better.

I came in without an appointment and the girl that helped me was put off by that. She was very rude and talked down to me, if they were not the closet place to me to purchase the dress manufacturer I wanted I would never have bought my dress from them. I took my dress somewhere else to get altered.

CC's was AMAZING and I highly recommend them!!! I was on a tight budget, but when I went in to my appointment, I was never treated differently or not given as much attention because I didn't want to spend a fortune. (my dress cost $695 before taxes and alterations) During my appointment, the girl that I worked with was great and finding the perfect dress for my body shape and budget and I left with a purchase within 2 hours!! Overall, every aspect of my interaction with the store was a positive one and I always left feeling beautiful and excited :) And the best part was that the dress looked amazing!!

After trying on tons of dresses in Orlando I found CC's. They have a huge selection of dresses which I loved! I also loved my consultant Emily, she was very patient with me (which can be challenging for some since I am so indecisive) and honest. CC's and Emily were one of the best parts of my wedding planning!

CC's certainly had a great selection of gowns that were affordable, yet stylish. My consultant was easy to work with. She understood my aesthetic and respected my price range, and thus only pulled dresses which fit the bill. Alterations turned around quite quickly, although it was a bit inconveneint to have to take off work on a few occassions since they only allow try-ons during the week. My only complaint is that I was told by my consultant that I would not need special undergarments with the type of gown that I got, however, when I arrived for my fitting, I was told by other staff that I needed two types of undergarments which they just so happened to sell at their shop. Hmm. Turns out I needed one of the two things they suggested.

When shopping for my wedding dress I was treated very well, but after it was paid in full I did not get the same attention. I had trouble scheduling my fittings, and when the dress arrived it was too small. I had actually lost weight so it should not have been a problem. I was told it is supposed to fit that way! Then on my wedding day I opened the garment bag to see the veil was not given to me! When I called the next week there was no apology, I was simply told it was my fault! They checked and it was there but still no apology!

CC's Boutique had me covered from the beginning to the end for my wedding dress along with the dresses for the Maid of Honor, flower girl, mother of the bride and mother of the grrom. I couldn't have asked for a better dress buying experience!!!

Cc's is a wonderful place to find your dress!!! They make you feel like a Princess

Everything about buying my dress from CC's was perfect. Katie was my consultant. I showed her a few pictures and she honed in on those to find me an assortment of dresses in my desired budget. It was the only bridal boutique I visited and I only tried on a dozen or so dresses. If you go during the week, it is not as crowded, and you'll receive the special attenton every bride desires when shopping for her wedding gown. The alterations were a little pricey, but the seamstress did a phenomenal job working with the very delicate chiffon fabric of my gown. They have alot of beautiful dresses in the $1k or less category so you don't need to break the bank purchasing your dream wedding dress. There were no problems with timeliness either because I ordered the dress less than six months before my wedding date. An A+ experience.

I found the perfect dress here, i worked with Natalie, the owner, and she was wonderful to work with. I had an idea of what i wanted and she found the perfect dress, in my budget. They really know what they are doing. I LOVED my dress, and so did everyone else.

I loved CC's and Monica. I went in and told her what I was looking for. She let me look around and grab dresses and she brought some in too. As I was trying them on she asked what I did or didn't like, then she said, we have a dress that we just got in, its still in the box, but i think you will love it! She went and grabbed and she was right, I LOVED it! It was the one. I went back a couple days later with my mom and ordered it! I can't say enough good things!

I enjoyed everything about CC's boutique! My consultant was Monica and she did a great job. She and I had a short consultation before going into the bridal salon and she asked me mulitple questions to find out what I wanted in a dress. Then when we went into the salon, she let me go around with her as she picked dresses for me. The very FIRST dress I tried on was the one I bought. It was beautiful. She found a dress that was perfect---everything I wanted!

I went back to CCs 3 times after I purchased the dress and each time Monica was very friendly and helpful. CC's was wonderful and I would refer anyone to go there!

I always imagined myself in a Maggie Sottero wedding gown when I pictured myself getting married. I found the perfect dress at CC's. They have a huge selection which made it very easy. My bridesmaids also were able to agree on a beautiful dress as well. However when it came to the tuxes we were not that impressed. We are from Orlando, so trying to set appointments was a huge headache. Then after the first of the year I recieved an email stating they were no longer going to carry tuxes. After all the back and forth, we ended up going to Men's Wearhouse. Also, I had called to see if the bridesmaid dresses were in one weekend and they told me that I would recieve a letter in the mail when they were in and they were unable to check in the computer and let me know. When I got home to Orlando that weekend it turned out that the letter was in my box the whole time and the dresses had been in when I called, so I had to turn around and go back the following weekend. In the end the dresses were gorgeous and it all worked out. I feel that this might be and easier place to shop if you live local. One of my bridesmaids had gotten her wedding gown there and no issues.

CC's did a wonderful job in ordering me a dress late and getting it here in time. Kathy in alterations did an amazing job - my dress fit like a glove and the bustle was gorgeous. Monica was a wonderful sales person. The only thing is they are somewhat overpriced in regards to veils and the appointments were not always available when I wanted, but only because there was miscommunication among staff. Honestly the shop is wonderful and I would go there hands down again for my dress. I would go there over and over.
