The sample meal was great, the quote looked good. Makes a few changes here and there seemed to be no problem. All was looking up!

Till the day of. WE had a buffet style dinner, and they ranout of food before half of my guest were served. Twice we had to annouce delays to dinner service. One staff member showed up in neon high tops and sweat pants. We caught them cooking their own food during our delayed dinner service. We were un-impressed.
According to our contract, we got to keep all the leftovers, and there were lots. We even had bins in the kitchen for them. We never got them.

After the event, we did voice our concerns to the company. It took them a good week and a half to get back to us, We had given up/ They did credit us $300.00 for the food that we didn't get. But they claimed that someone was back there all night snacking on steaks and chicken, veggie kabobs, and baked potatoes. Which i think is a lie, but at least we got a bit of money back.

A cappella was great - I changed my head count a few times without any issue

The staff at A Capella were fantastic to work with! They provided us with suggestions as well as allowed us to customize every aspect of our menu, were quick to answer ANY questions or concerns that we had, and were more than thrilled to accept the challenge of catering our country wedding in a tent.

The most important aspect of our wedding to my husband and I was the food, and A cappella Catering did not dissapoint! They served best ceasar salad I have EVER tasted. The food was delicious and fresh, the servers professional, and their experience made everything run efficently and smoothly. I will definitely hire them again-- the food was a hit!
