The staff is great and the prices are affordable!

The most beautiful dress I've ever seen, and the sales lady is the one who had the patience to help me try on 11 dresses in one afternoon! I knew as soon as I slipped into it that it was the one. The owner is very nice, always there and helping with the dresses. Very nice experience!

This was the worst experience ever. I had my appointment to try on dresses. I found one that i LOVED but they didn't have it in white but could order it. I liked the color but had my heart set on walking down the isle in a white dress, not champagne. The lady that was helping me was trying to talk me into ordering it in the champagne color. My mom was getting mad because we kept telling her i wanted white. When my dress came in i had an appointment for my fitting. The owner, Jane helped me put my dress on. It had a corset back which she tied for me. I told her it was too tight and that i could not really breath. She said thats the way it was supposed to be. Well i have asthma and not being able to breath made me get short of breath and have an asthma attack. After i got up on the pedestal she left me. She was helping everyone else that just walked in to look at dresses instead of fitting me for my dress in which i HAD to make an appointment for. Another time when i brought in my maid of honor and my 12yr old niece to get fitted for her jr bridesmaid's dress, she wanted to order them sizes too big and told them they would have to get it altered for $300 which was not necessary if she ordered their size. She also had her 9 yr old daughter there and she was literally swinging from the racks. She was such a brat and Jane did nothing about it. And the last time i was in there Jane, the owner, said something VERY rude to my mother and was very unprofessional. I will NEVER go back there again.

The owner was excellent. We just went down to Florida from NY and Ohio for the weekend because my cousin had such a good experience with her. She fit me the perfect dress.

This was awful. The owner jane is really nasty. We had ordered the dress in the wrong size, this was her fault. It then needed to be taken in 6 sizes. After her dressmaker failed to show up, we took care of it ourselves. When I went to pick up th dress , which had been paid for a few weeks back, she had lost the information and would not release the dress to me. We stood in hte store for an hour, while we had our bank in ohio explain to her that our check had been cashed. She was mean and rude! Do not go there to buy a dress!!!
