Meghan at Bella Bloom was amazing! She listened to my vision and brought it to life. The flowers were beautiful and she helped us stay on budget by allowing us to rent centerpieces. She was on-time and made sure everything was done before she left. She did an amazing job! We loved it all!

Megan did a wonderful job at my wedding! The flowers were beautiful. She really worked with me and my budget. Trusting a florist vision can be a bit scary for a bride, but Megan really exceeding my expectations, my flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I was envisioning!

A DIAMOND in the rough ladies! They came recommended to me from another coordinator and I was so haapy they were on my team. If I could score Bella Bloom a "10" for the categories, I would. They were always available and responsive, always professional (and fun, and easy going, and no DRAMA), got WAY more than I expected (they even put some extra touches at our head table and at the guest book table without being asked), and the flowers were amazing! They had to travel two hours to pull our event off, and they were stars! I tried to download pictures of our wedding flowers on this site, but it stalled out on me, but I noticed she had a few on her website. Well done!! And BTW...totally affordable!

Words cannot express how PERFECT our wedding design and flowers were! Bella Bloom nailed it, and they were easy to work with, very professional, and thought of every detail. I was not a bride who had the details and everything planned out, so having someone creative and experienced was invaluable. They gave us great suggestions on flower options and ways to stay within our budget. Thank you for letting us rent the vases (saving us a little money) and then donating our flowers to the convelescent hospital after our event. That was a sweet gesture instead of just throwing them out. Thank you for everything! I will recommend you highly!

On the scoring/rating of our florist: Bella Bloom was extremely responsive to my calls and my many e-mails, and I never had to wait more than 24 hours to get a return call or e-mail. She was very professional and flexible, and I feel they delivered amazing flowers and amazing service. Very happy!

Very unprofessional vendor. She promised in a detailed contract certain flowers and services, and then arrived late to the event and missing product! My flowers were pretty, but nothing like what I had requested. The corsages and boutonnieres were held with magnets that were not string enough to hold. My cake table flowers were merely a few scattered stems. She had to make a flower girl bouquet out of wildflowers at the last minute, and she offended family and neglected certain day-of coordination duties, for which she was contracted. Many guests commented that she was unhelpful and rude, and very unprofessional. She also took the flowers away at the end of the event (even though we PAID for them!!)!! I received a small refund--nothing near what I should have been refunded (as flowers and coordination affect everything). I was very upset ans would not recommend this vendor.

We were SOOO delighted with our wedding flowers! They took our concept and pulled it together to create a look of romance and sophistication, which is exactly what we wanted. The centerpieces were JAM PACKED with flowers, and the arbor decoration was refined, simple and very elegant...with a lot of draping. Fabulous setting to become united in love! Our coordinator kept our event flowing on time, which helped us get the pictures we wanted, and to get the maximum out of our venue site for the time allotted. There's a lot to jam into five hours, and she was on top of every detail we gave her, and always with a smile. She gracefully put out fires as they came up, and we couldn't ask for a better team for our wedding day!

We had ben planning our wedding for over a year and had selected Bella Bloom from the very beginning. Their professionalism and flexibility with our ever-changing theme/colors, etc. was greatly appreciated. They seemed to be the only vendor who really understood how important this day was, and that things/ideas/dreams change. We selected Bella Bloom because of their portfolio of work, and their price was very affordable. We didn't get three stems of a flower in our centerpieces, or 10 stems in a bridesmaid bouquet. There were ALOT of flowers for the price, and we were EXTREMELY satisfied, if not over-satisfied! They offered suggestions, time and again, that helped us have the ultimate fairytale, and we couldn't be happier!

Megan of Bella Bloom is every bride's dream vendor. I first met her at a wedding fair in San Luis Obispo, and choosing her to do the flowers for my wedding was one of the easiest and smartest choices I made during wedding planning. I met with her once to discuss what I was looking for in my arrangements and bouquets, and she got back to me promptly with an estimate that I found very reasonable. During this phase she was good at recommending flower alternatives that gave me the look I wanted and still kept me within my budget. I then met with her once more just prior to the wedding to review what we had discussed and make a few last minute changes. Every time I called or emailed her during the planning process, she was always quick to respond and email me the new contract with price adjustments and the new plans included in the floral outline! She took what I wanted and she made quite a few recommendations that worked out beautifully. When I gave her an outline of what I for sure wanted, she was able to fill in the blanks with her florist's expertise and give me the flowers of my dreams, which is exactly what every florist should do, but oftentimes is unable to do so. Megan is extremely professional and personable, easy to work with (she was very nice when I called to make some last minute detail changes!!), very knowledgeable, creative, and budget-conscious, a combination that makes her an excellent choice for a wedding or event of any style and scale. When I saw her bringing my flowers up, I got so excited because they were even better than I had imagined! It was like she took my vision and made it even better. I got more compliments on my flowers during the wedding than I could count, and they look fantastic in the pictures! Megan even took the details from my wedding and came up with ways to add them to the table arrangements, like adding rocks to the bottom of the vases and ribbon around the outside! It all looked so incredible! She completely made my day with her impeccable job! I would strongly recommend her to every bride!

MOB (Mother of the Bride) ~ We couldn't have been more delighted with the flowers, and the overall romantic mood they created throughout my daughters wedding. They not only offered flowers, but hundreds of votive candles and petals everywhere. The centerpieces were tall vases with a base of flowers, manzanita branches and hanging votives, and they were breathtaking. The bridal party flowers were equally beautiful and were not over-stated, but elegant. Not only affordable, but they exceeded our expectations. Bella Bloom was a perfect choice!

Megan, from Bella Bloom, saved the day. Our event site (winery) had an on-site coordinator provided for the day-of, so we thought we didn't have a need for another coordinator to "pull it all together" per say, but even though we did not hire her as a coordinator, she came to our rescue and went above and beyond; setting out programs, alphabetizing the guest cards, finishing the table settings that were supposed to be done hours earlier, putting out ceremony chairs, and so on. She delivered and set up the gorgeous flowers and put on a natural assistance hat, going to work to make my daughters day perfect. And it was, thanks to her. She was easy to work with and never got rattled - just dove in. We should have hired her for coordination too. Lesson learned, and we highly recommend her services. She is "theatre without the drama", and elleviated our stress. THANK YOU!

When it's all over and the rose petals settle, and your daughter, the bride, with tears in her eyes says, "It's everthing I ever dreamed of...and more", you know it was perfect!

Bella Bloom was incredible down to the smallest detail! The creativity, the patience, the meetings, the organization, the suggestions, the calmness and percision on the day of the wedding, and her charm were just a few of the outstanding qualities which make this vendor number one in our book.

There are so many things to think about when planning a wedding, and this vendor took the burden of flowers off my checklist of things to do. She handled everything like a champ! She is amazing! I highly recommend Bella Bloom for any event, and would use her again, and again, and again!

I was VERY unhappy with the service I received from Bella Bloom. I hired Megan to do my flowers and coordinate. Although the flowers were wonderful, the rest was a mess.
My husband had to hang lights 2 hours before the wedding by himself because she wasn't even there yet, and my parents had to set up the chairs. She did not do half the things she said she would…things we paid to have done. A few items (photos) were sent to her that were supposed to be part of my bouquet, and she said she never received them when I in fact have confirmation that she did. She did not coordinate with the cake service that my colors had changed so the cake had the wrong flowers on it. It was also twice as big as it was supposed to be because she didn't communicate that either to the cake maker that our guest list had changed. We got married in October in Paso Robles, so it was cold out. She didn’t get the heaters out in time, and none of the lighting that was planned was completed. So we sat in the dark…cold…eating. On top of it all she quoted me on her website as being “very happy” with the service, when I in fact did not say that. Thank goodness my photographer Amy from White Wolf Studios was there. She saved the wedding. Megan had another wedding going on that weekend and It was VERY apparent they were more important. If you are looking for a coordinator go to Amy at White Wolf Studios. She Is amazing!
