Full-Service Wedding and Event pricing begins at:
50-100 guests: $7500+
100-150 guests: $12,000+
150-200 guests: $15,000+
Final price will depend on style, flowers requested, and amount of labor involved to deliver, set up and strike.
Keep in mind that a large wedding party and/or guest list will add to your bottom line. Most wedding final orders come in higher than the minimum because of this.
I do ask that all full-service weddings are also working with a professional wedding planner. It makes everything much more seamless for a once-in-a-lifetime event. (See Vendor Love for some suggestions at all price points.)
For small full-service elopements we exclusively work with our friends at Santa Barbara Elopement.

A LA CARTE FLOWERS
Sometimes you just need some flowers to make the celebration complete!
Order a la carte bouquets, flower crowns, centerpieces and garlands. Minimum order is $125 and must be ordered no later than 7 days in advance, 14 days for larger orders, no more than 3 months in advance.
Send up to 3 inspiration photos to studio@ellaandlouie.com that I can use for inspiration. You can also send any questions via email. If your date is a Saturday or holiday weekend, please check the date before ordering as those dates are often booked up. Also, if you order for a date we are not open (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) please help me out by confirming via email so I get it on the calendar.
Order directly online once your entire order is ready and not too far in advance. You can only add on once your order is complete, not change what you’ve ordered.
Also note, this comes with a minimal email consultation, unless you add a phone consultation on your order. This is meant to be a simple process to help you have the maximum amount of flowers you want without the labor and service charges of a full-service order. Wedding arches and other on-site installation pieces are not able to be ordered a la carte.

Exceeded expectations in every possible way
First off, Tracey is so much fun to work with. When planning a wedding, you don't realize that when you pick a vendor, you're also committing to being in contact with that person for a year or more, so it's important to like and trust your vendors and enjoy working with them. I felt so lucky that I found Tracey, because working with her made the often overwhelming process of planning a wedding fun.
Also, like many, this was my first time planning a wedding; it can become overwhelming and not quite clear where to start. Tracey was so patient and answered all my questions and helped me and my partner discover the floral style that was perfect for us for our wedding day. It took my breath away to see what Tracey had - the flowers at our wedding were beautiful in-person, and photographed beautifully.
I feel so lucky to have had Tracey do our florals. If you're reading this because you're planning your wedding and aren't sure if you should reach out, I'd highly recommend you contact her now. When planning a wedding it becomes clear that all the exceptional vendors book up quick.

Hi love working with Tracey at Ella & Louie! Her flowers are always stunning and she is so friendly and easy to work with. Tracey continues to exceed expectations! As a wedding officiant I see many bouquets, but Tracey's are always phenomenal.
