I received my custom shoes for Artyce Footwear. They were fabulous!! I was so excited to wear them on my special day. I live in Alabama and saw the wonderful shoes the company created on David's show.... I was skeptical at first becuase I would not see the shoes until they were created. It was the best decision ever!!! I would definetely recommend them for fabulous shoes.

Ever since I first ordered the shoes many months ago, I have had a horrible experience. They called me about 5x the first day I contacted them and seemed super enthusiastic about helping me, that is until they got me to pay my $$$ in full that same day. (Cost almost as much as my dress!) After paying for the shoes it took multiple emails and phone calls to get any information. They had promised to send me one shoe sample to try on so I could have it for my fitting in August. After so many calls and emails, I eventually went to the fitting without it. Finally I got in touch with them and they sent me the shoe afterwards and demanded I pay express shipping of it back w/ signature confirmation after they took months to send it to me and after the fact when I no longer needed it! I then had my last dress fitting and called and sent multiple emails to find out about getting my shoes in time. That was my final fitting and no shoes. Anxious and frustrated, I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge, which they did in a matter of seconds since I was charged for it in june and it is nearly october and still no item. The only message Artyce responded to was the one I left stating I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The owner then called me and told me what I had been told for months which was, "Sorry. We will look into what's going on with your shoes and get back to you." Well they did get back to me and said they were too busy and would just refund me (which I already did through my credit card company anyway). I don't understand why they couldn't have told me this in june, july, august, or even earlier this month any one of the countless times I attempted to contact them. So after months of frustration in trying to contact them, a dress that is fit to shoes I'll never get, and wasted shipping money, I'm left with no shoes right before my wedding. To other brides out there........please listen to this story and do not order from them if you intend to get your shoes within 6months, for your wedding, or ever for that matter!

Working with the Artyce team to create my perfect wedding shoe was so amazing and so simple. I live a state away from the Artyce store location and with the communication between phone, email, and the US postal service I was left completely confident with the size and design of my shoe. I would recommend to anyone choosing to use their service to plan ahead, perfection can't be rushed! But even on a time crunch the Artyce team will more than likely be able to work with you. They are just that amazing!

Artyce Custom Footwear provided me with beautiful shoes for my wedding on July 3, 2011. They were a suede Tiffany Blue embellished with Swarowski crystals, and Pearls. My shoes were absolutely GORGEOUS! Not to mention very comfortable ;-).

The ladies of Artyce, Candra & Lisa are extremely hospitable. When you arrive for your consultation, you'll be greeted by these women and shown around there unique showroom. My experience at Artyce was memorable, fun, and exciting.

I was very pleased with my custom made shoes by Artyce Custom Footwear. They were responsive to my inquiries and I had a lot of questions. They helped me select the best shoes for comfort and style. They sent me out swatches of the different colors and textures to choose from. I selected the hot pink because my color scheme was pink and platinum. The shoes were worth the expensive price tag. Make sure you know what size you are before you purchase. They sent out a sample shoe after you purchased so you can be sure about the pricing. I would recommend getting a size up if you are between sizes. The shoes have an extra cushion bed for comfort but if you cant walk in high heels then get the lowest shoe height. Even though the shoes were comfortable they were still platform high heels so plan on wearing them for up to 3 hours then you may wanna take a break and put them back on. I am used to wearing heels but if you arent then get the Lowest heel. Overall These shoes were stunning they were hot pink with crystals and pearls around the toes and crystals on the heels. They were beautiful in photos and everyone loved them. I would recommend Artyce to the bride that wants to stand out in elegance.

Candra and Leesa are Great! My family and I say they are two classy ladies who love their job. Their shoes are amazing. But most of all they are comfortable. They are customized. It is such a cool process. I got our names, wedding date on our shoes. My shoes are keepsake :) They are so beautiful and are worth the price.

If you a looking for platinum shoes that no one else will have Artyce Designs can make it happen. I do wish they had more selections on types of heels< but my shoe was stunning.

Wow...I wish I had read reviews about this company before deciding to give them a try. I ordered two pairs of shoes on 8/30/10 through Artyce for a special occasion in October 2010 (one flat and one with heels). Went through the consultation with Chandra and paid in full for both orders on 9/6/10 after consultation...big mistake! Once they got payment, the quality of service fell through the floor. There was never a proactive measure taken to update me of the status of my order. I spent months contacting them to only recieve one excuse after the next. After almost a full year since they received payment (literally received them 8/25/11 I open the box to see the most horrible shows I ever seen. Gems falling off. Visible seams and just an overall mess-sent them back immediately. Still no refund yet! Do yourself a favor-don't believe everything you see on tv.

I ordered shoes from Artyce for my wedding and this was the worst idea ever. I had a phone consultation with Candra who promised me the world and I got dirt instead. She was so anxious to get the shoes designed I thought nothing of it and before I knew it I was on my way to fabulous shoes or so I thought. The months seemed like forever and when they finally arrived I was elated to pick them up from the post office. Since I live out of state from the vendor this was my only option. I opened the box and my happiness immediately turned to anger. Not only were the shoes disgusting looking and should be working hard on a stripper or some Vegas showgirl. But they were falling apart. The crystals were not well constructed and held by some fishing line that was visible. There was glue all over the heels and they looked so tacky I wanted to vomit by the site of them. Do yourselves a favor ladies go with designer and save yourself the grief. You'll spend the same amount of money for gorgeous shoes instead of tacky garbage.
