Using 5Senses? services was by far the best last minute decision my husband and I made. As a complete DIY/control-aholic bride, I needed a professional to whom I could hand off my meticulously crafted details, knowing that everything would be cared for as if I had set it up myself. To that end, Simone was willing to negotiate a price for her exceptional services and ensure that everything we needed was taken care of that day. As a wedding coordinator myself, I was thrilled with the service we received and would recommend Simone and 5Senses highly to any other bride (or anyone planning an event in the area).

Simone is a very competent, personable and knowledgeable wedding planner. She keeps a cool head, even when there is chaos all around, and she'll do whatever is necessary to make sure your day is a success. Our friend forgot to pick up the wedding cake so Simone jumped in her car to go get it in the middle of dinner, without a complaint. She took alot of pressure of so me and my bride could actually sit back and enjoy the party while she ran things. A+

Without Simone's help, we never would have been able to have such a lovely wedding. Her presence is always comforting, and she makes you feel as if you have been girlfriends for a lifetime. Having Simone coordinate our wedding allowed my fiance and I, as well as our families, to enjoy the day rather than worrying about the countless details that she handled. She is organized, professional, and always responded to my questions or requests immediately. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event of any kind.

If you are questioning hiring Simone and 5senses -- Don't question it, just do it and I promise you it will be such a blessing! This review is a bit "wordy" but I can not say enough about 5 Senses!
There is no question that every bride NEEDS to have a Wedding Professional by their side. I can honestly say after spending a large sum of money on our nuptials, by far the best money spent was on hiring Simone and her team at 5senses.
It does not matter if you are a busy professional or have tons of time to help in the planning process, the expertise, talent and experience that Simone brings to the event will ensure that your event is truly spectacular.
As Type A person and bride, I would have been lost without Simone. You probably think that you can do most of the planning yourself, and maybe you could but why would you take on the added stress, risk ruining your event and spend the bulk of your days coordinating and negotiating?
There is no price for what Simone gave to us. She had a the vision and talent to guide me through each step, while still incorporating my ideas. What I loved most is that she is honest and would tell me what would work and what would not... and from day one I trusted her completely as she understood my vision,probably better than even I did. Without Simone, I would have had a lot of great ideas with no execution and no continuity and it would have been a disaster.
From vendor referrals, coordinating with sites, tastings, cake designs etc... she was there every step of the way and her response was immediate. We were planning the wedding during the busiest time of year for me professionally so it was so comforting to be able to email Simone late at night and have responses back that night or the next day! She truly cares about her clients and their events. Trust me when I say that there is NO WAY she would allow you to plan or have an event that was less than stellar... it is not in her genes!
When you meet Simone you will notice right way that 1) she knows what she is doing--- this is not her first rodeo 2) she truly cares and has a passion for her clients and their events 3) she truly has a gift and has the vision to make sure that all the elements work. 4) she is the consumate professional and her relationships within the wedding vendor community allow her resources that many other planners may not have 5) most important, that she will be there when you need her.
Without Simone, I would have truly been lost not only in the planning and execution but even the day of. She is an amazing person and gifted professional.
There was not even one mishap or obstacle during the event... she thought and took care of everything! All of our guests said it was the best wedding and party they had ever been too.
My husband was so impressed and appreciative that because of Simone, I was able to truly relax and enjoy our wedding, which means a ton to him as I am normally a crazy stressball every day.
She created the most beautiful wedding for us.... it was so much more than I could have hoped for or dreamed of... she took my vision to another level and for that we will be eternally grateful.

Thank you and your team from the bottom of my heart for all your help over the past year or so. I think I would have gone absolutely bonkers trying to plan a wedding from the other side of the state, without your calming influence and advise on everything from handling a difficult venue manager to the pretty chocolate escort cards (and for introducing me to www.stylemepretty.com which I pretty much still check everyday for a break from the grind at work). The church and reception were both so lovely (beyond anything I could have imagined) our family and friends are still talking about it. Everything seemed to run effortlessly and for that I am eternally grateful.

The wedding of my daughter took place 8/2/08. Upon beginning our wedding plans 6 months ago, I was a little unsure that i needed the additional cost of a wedding planner. This was a very special event in the lives of my daughter and I. Being a very particular person,I wanted to make all the selections myself.I wasn't sure what she could do or what I would let her do for me. However, in retrospect, it is very easy to see. Simone was fabulous. she helped us with the organization and details perfectly. Her contacts proved to be exceptional; her help with the budget was exact;and her professional style working with vendors was impeccable. [all the things i did not want to do].But most importantly,the week before the wedding, when everything MUST to be done; the week when I might have been completely stressed out; instead I was relaxing and preparing my mind and body for our very special day while Simone was taking care of all the details with great precision. Simone's best quality[if i had to choose one] was her ability to respond within minutes to any questions or changes or panicked emails. We all loved her. She was a joy to work with and I would love to take this opportunity to thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping us enjoy our very special party.

Simone helped me plan this event from 500 miles away - she was efficient, organized, sweet, and cost-effective. I wish I lived closer so that I could plan another event with her. Any bride would be lucky to have her as a planner.

Simone was such a great help through out this whole planning process. Her creative ideas and cost saving tips were always greatly appreciated. She and her staff did an amazing job pulling everything together the day of the wedding. I had a wonderful wedding day and I feel that was because Simone and her staff took care of the details so I wouldn't have to worry about things. I would recommend 5 senses events for all your wedding planning needs.

Simone was very helpful. I planned my wedding myself and there were certain aspects that I was not clear on. Simone provided me with a variety of creative alternatives that fit into our budget. She was very helpful and concerned about my well being.
