I choose 123 Limo because I got the best price from them. We had a great driver, he had all the information and we had no problems with anything that evening. We called the next day to let them know that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them as I also found out that they are under new management. I spoke to Nick who treated me like a queen. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives. I read these bad reviews after my wedding and thats when I found out that the company was sold in May 2011 to someone else. I see that new management makes all the difference in the service. GO 123 LIMO.

My bridesmaids booked this limo to take us to my bachelorette! NEVER will we booked with this company again. First off they went to the wrong address and we waited nearly 45 mins until they came to the right address. nobody called us to ask if we were ever coming out to the limo and we couldnt get in contact with anyone from the company to check to see what was going on.
The limo only got to the right address because my MOH's uncle (the limo stopped at my MOH's house instead of mine) got in his own car and showed the driver how to get to my house. Once we were in the limo we didnt have control over the windows and had to continually ask the driver to put them up or down depending on how hot or cold we were. The driver was AWEFUL and didnt listen to anything we said. Before we left the my house we had asked for a stop in downtown toronto on the way home to drop a friend off after the night was done. After all the festivities my friend decided to come back to my place for more fun and we told the driver to cancell the stop. He said ok but we still drove out of the way to the stop we requested adn waited there for about 20 mins before we asked him what was going on and told him NO STOP once again. the ride home was alright, mostly because we were tired from dancing. However the driver didnt even stop in front of my house, he stopped the car around the corner from my house and I was so frusterated at that point i just got out and definatley didnt tip. Do not book with this company, they were aweful from beginning to end.

What we thought was a good deal and service with 123Limo, turned out to be disasterous! We called the morning of our wedding day to confirm arrival time and addresses. They said the limo was on it's way and 40 minutes before our wedding ceremony was to start, we received a phone call from 123Limo stating that our limo "broke down" on the way. They had no other vehicles to replace the broken down limo and we had to scramble to find a replacement. Prior to signing the agreement, Georgio the sales manager, guaranteed us that in an unlikely scenario where a vehicle breaks down, a replacement would be sent. That did not happen for us...we were left to fend for our transportation minutes before our ceremony. 123Limo was 123 gone! I would never recommend 123Limo for any bride. 123Limo cause so much stress and grief that morning of our special day. No bride should have to go through that. Beware!

We decided to hire a limo company for the transportation of the bridal party on the wedding day, expecting comfort and reliability. After being referred to 123 Limo by a friend, I booked with them for my wedding on June 7, 2008 for a 10 passenger stretch limo, with air conditioning. On the wedding day, when the limo arrived at 930am (at the Metropolitan Hotel), the air conditioning was not functioning. We asked the driver if there were any other limos with air conditioning available and he said he did not think so.
As we were headed to the Trinity College Church for our ceremony, we had little time to deal with this. Therefore, we waited until after the ceremony to call 123 Limo and request that another limo be sent. This was extremely important to me, as I often get stressed and possibly panic attacks from excessive heat. At approximately 1pm, I contacted 123 Limo and expressed my discontent it was 30 degrees outside + humidity and I was sweating. The customer service representative explained that there were no more limos available and that she could not do anything. She suggested that I call back and speak to the manager. I then broke down and had a panic attack. I couldnt breathe and started to cry. Luckily my husband and two other members of the bridal party are Drs and they were able to calm me down and get me back to normal. I have photos documenting this. Next, we left the limo temporarily and can back after 10 minutes. The limo driver disappeared. He also irresponsibly left the windows open with our purses visibly showing. We decided to walk to the next destination for 15 minutes (dirtying my dress and hurting my feet), which again, defeated the purpose of having a limo. Upon returning from my honeymoon, On June 30th, I contacted 123 Limos and spoke to Jim and expressed my dissatisfaction I did not feel that the service was adequate and paying $800 was unfair. I did not get what I was expecting and the lack of reliability caused a damper on the day. He said he would pass the message on the owner, Georgio and that I would be called in a few days. I never received a call. On July 7th, I called to follow up. I spoke to Georgio and tried to explain what had happened. He barely listened to me for even 2 minutes, when he started yelling at me. He said There is something wrong with customers nowadays, especially brides. You are lucky that we showed up. If we didnt show up, you still would have called complaining. It is not our fault that you had a panic attack. If you have an issue with this, I will see you in small claims court. He didnt even let me explain or tell him about the driver leaving the car.. I was extremely frustrated and will indeed be pursuing his company, as the fact of the matter is, companies like 123 Limo should not be in business. In my opinion, 123 Limo was not reliable and does not care about its customers needs, especially for weddings. We would have drove our Acura's had we had known that there would be no air conditioning, to avoid getting a panic attack. 123 Limo should have sent another limo with air conditioning, whether it meant calling another limo company, etc.. there was time between 930am and 130pm.. No excuses. Furthermore, they could have called me to warn me, so I would have been prepared for it. Please stay clear of this company, ladies, or you will experience a disaster on your wedding day with no recourse!
