The Banquet Hall

• Large multi-purpose room available for receptions or as a back-up for inclement weather for outdoor events, seats up to 200 guests. (Not handicap accessible).

The Courtyard

• Just under four private acres are housed by this designated historic landmark in downtown Frederick
• Landscaping includes grottos and statues, apple trees, boxwoods and garden beds with seasonal plantings
• Space may be tented or staged appropriately
• Several areas ideal for tenting with various sizes of tents to accommodate up to 350 guests.

Catering

• We are pleased to have an exclusive arrangement with Frederick’s renowned Canapés Catering. 

Parking

• Up to 30 on-site spaces with 300-space parking garage one block away (17 E. Church St.)

Dressing Room

A lovely furnished dressing room is available for the bride and her attendants and is complimentary during the set-up time for the event.
