The hotel offers a unique setting for weddings and special events. The historic home, terrace, veranda and gazebo give you a feeling of serenity. The hotel has over 7000 square feet of banquet space combined. We offer on-site catering and a very friendly, helpful banquet satff to ensure your event is a great success.

Our wedding packages start at $89.95 per person (all inclusive of tax and service fees).

Carradoc Hall can offer up to 350 chairs, tables for a unity candle, and your choice of on-site ceremony location (depending upon availability of banquet space) including outdoor ceremonies.

Included in the Wedding Package price are the china, flatware, glassware, and choice of colored overlays(linen). We also provide a dance floor and enough tables and chairs for your guests to feel comfortable.

The ratio will vary depending on the type of event and number of guests attending.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Brides can use which ever vendor they desire. However, we are happy to offer a reccomendation when needed.

There are no additional fees for bringing in your musician, and our facility does not require that the couple use a specified musician

We have a variety of guest rooms, boardrooms, and smaller banquet rooms that can be used for dressing rooms, hospitality rooms or small gathering sites.

No, within the Commonwealth of Virginia there are no outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the property during an event that Holiday Inn Leesburg at Historic Carradoc Hall is hosting.
