If you are planning an event in the Dallas - Fort Worth area and are in need of an event planner our services are available both part-time and full time.

Every event is different and each client has their own distinct needs, because of this we tailor or services to fit your needs. With full planning and coordination services we will work with you to plan the perfect event, while encouraging and welcoming your personal participation. During the event coordination process, we do everything possible to alleviate the stress and anxiety of planning your event with our excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

 

Things to consider before you start planning the wedding

 

Ø  It is recommended that you and your Fiancé describe your fantasy wedding to one another.  Then, discuss which parts are most important and actually possible.

 

Ø  Decide very early in the planning process the number of guests. This is important for various reasons; mainly, the number of guests will have a huge impact on the cost of your wedding and the planning of your budget.

 

Ø  When planning your budget, consider the fact that half should go towards the cost of the reception, location, catering (including cake), and bar services. The balance is spread between the couples attire, flowers, decorations, photography, stationary, favors, music, and other details (amounts to be adjusted accordingly).

 

Ø  The standard, or most common number of people in a wedding party is

            8 -12 people.
