We charge a $ 3600 room fee and this includes the Ballroom and the Cocktail room. Book By End of May for $1000.00 DISCOUNT

Our experienced event planner will plan your event down to the smallest detail to ensure that your special event is a memorable one. Long before the occasion, our experienced social consultant, Cera, will sepnd time with you, listening to your ideas and helping you create your vison. We are dedicated and detail-oriented to ensure that your event will have our full attention and commitment.

No, you can bring in any licensed catering company you like and you can also bring in your alcohol as long as it is served by a licensed catering company. .
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
You can bring in your own musician at no extra cost.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
For your out of town guests we offer fully furnish units in our Downtown Corporate apartments www.spsuites.com
