We feel so incredibly lucky to have found DJ Persist! He made our special day absolutely perfect! We saw family members on the dance floor who we hadn't seen dance in our entire lives! DJ Persist knows how to read a crowd and is incredibly talented. He understood our eclectic group and somehow found a way to cater to everyone (from banda to pop-punk to hip-hop to country), making it all look seamless. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we ever made, not to mention his amazing add-on services. We had the 360 booth, which was an absolute hit! Some guests later told me they had so much fun with the booth that they could have done it all night and had one of the best nights of their lives. Additionally, DJ Persist kindly offered a new service called the nightclub experience to us free of charge since it was a new launch, and OMG, it was so fun! My large bridal party was nervous their entrances would feel awkward, but that concern vanished the moment DJ Persist provided LED strobe wands and poster signs. My wife and I truly could not be happier that we chose DJ Persist for our wedding. Our reception was everything we hoped it would be, and he was a huge part of making it such a fun and memorable night.

One of the biggest things that stood out to us was that our dance floor was never empty. He knew how to read the crowd and keep everyone dancing throughout the night. He also took appropriate song requests from our guests and did a great job working them into the music while still keeping the energy going.

We chose Hora Loca and Dancing on the Clouds as add-ons, and both were so much fun for us and our guests. Dancing on the Clouds made our first dance feel even more special and created such a beautiful setting for our photos and videos. Hora Loca was one of the most fun parts of the night. It brought everyone together on the dance floor, and our guests had such a great time with it. Both were absolutely worth adding and gave us some amazing moments and pictures to remember.

We also really appreciated that he was able to speak on the microphone in both English and Spanish. We had both English and Spanish-speaking guests, so having someone who could communicate with everyone made a big difference and helped everyone feel included.

Even before the wedding, his online planning tools were extremely helpful. They helped him understand exactly what we wanted, but they also helped us plan our reception. Going through everything made us think about details we might have otherwise forgotten and gave us a much better idea of what to expect throughout the night.

Most importantly, we were able to simply enjoy our wedding. We danced, laughed, celebrated with our family and friends, and had the perfect night that we will always remember. We are genuinely so grateful to DJ Persist for helping make that possible. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants an amazing celebration, a full dance floor, and a DJ who truly knows how to keep everyone having a great time.

From Chicago classics to catering to our bilingual guests he mixed multiple genres that had our wedding guests dancing and LOVING being on the dance floor . We highly recommend Jesse for your future events! He was great to work with and delivered the best for us on our big day.

DJ Persist did an incredible job making sure all of our guests had the best time on the dance floor! He perfectly tailored the music to our crowd and added in his own flare to our music selections! From the planning perspective, his planning forms and music selections were great for building a playlist and ensuring all music selections were made for all the significant moments of our wedding. We had a multi-cultural wedding, combining Mexican and Ghanian cultures and music and he did a great job blending these two cultures seamlessly. We incorporated the Mexican tradition of La Vibora de la Mar into our reception and it was a hit amongst all of our blended guests! We also added the photobooth and memory book into our cocktail hour and reception and our guests loved it and it made for a great keepsake of our wedding. We could not recommend DJ Persist enough!

You NEED to go with DJ Persist for your wedding!!! We originally found him because we were hoping to find a bilingual DJ who could address our loved ones in both English and Spanish while knowing the fun Mexican wedding dance traditions. We had multiple interviews with DJs but he really stood out and made us feel like no one would be left out on the dance floor! We got the deluxe package which includes everything you need! The most important part was the music and he truly knocked it out of the park. He incorporated all the genres and songs we asked for while adding in songs that fit the vibe perfectly. He was able to create the perfect multicultural medley that fit us perfectly as a couple. It ranged from 2000s hits to cumbias to Marco Antonio Solís to Taylor Swift which may seem like a huge range but he did it all so seamlessly that everyone was having the best time. He did such a great job of keeping us on track that night and followed the timeline we gave him to a T! He also offers so many fun and cool add-ons. We got the Photo Booth add-on which our guests loved as they got to take something home with them. We also had a robot (who dressed up as a gorilla for a bit) and this was the highlight of the night!!! Seriously our guests have not stopped talking about it because it was so memorable and different :) He made everything so easy and seamless so that you just show up on wedding day and have fun! He also put together a picture slideshow of my husband and I which was such a sweet touch. His lighting set-up was amazing and worked perfectly with our venue. I honestly wish we would’ve gotten more add-ons so do it for yours because you won’t regret it!
