Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We offer editing with affects, airbrush, Black & White, and Sepia.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot 100% Digital.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
We have a team of two main photographers and 1 assistant
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee our presence at the event.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book 1 Wedding day.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes if something happens to the main photographer we have a back up the second main photographer who would cover the event.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use only Canon professional equipment. Canon Mark III, Canon 5D, Canon 50D with 1.8 and 2.8 L series zoom and wide lenses.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We have back up cameras, lenses, flashes in case something happens.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge based on the package you choose and can select the lenght of time. We are not hourly based.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We take breaks when driving from one location to the other, weddings are to fast paced to take breaks in between so our usual break time is during dinner.
 
Do you charge for travel?
For destination weddings travel will be included in the package, if your located outside the GTA yes there is a gas charge but we work it into your package depending on your budget.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
All photos are usually ready 5 to 6 weeks after the wedding for clients to pick up.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We don't offer proofs, instead all our packages include a CD with all the high resolution digital images.
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
forever.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Copyright always belongs to the photography company. Once the balance is paid copyrights are released to the client for their own use. We will only use their material for our own display upon written consent from our clients.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Only with permission from our clients.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes customer selects a package with that feature we have a customer login section.
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer coffee table style albums and digital books.
 
When will the client get the final album?
After selecting the prints it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the final books.

We offer 1 or multiple cameras on site, we offer full edited DVD's with music, affects and titles or raw footage.

Bride and groom will always meet her videographer before hand so that they can ask questions.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee our presence at every event.

We book 1 Event per day.

We have two replacement videographers in case something goes wrong.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use the Sony and Canon professional video cameras. shotting in regular format or 24P or HD. We also use a variety of stedy cams tools such as the Glidecam vest and the Merlin, we also have a crane with variety of dollys and tripods.
 
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes

We will get all the info when arranging the style they want and we will use that information for the video as well. Bride will have to select the music she wants for the video.

7 to 8 weeks
