YOUR WEDDING DAY
Ceremony
If you are holding your ceremony inside the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, there are no additional
set-up costs for a traditional ceremony set-up.
Additional costs may be incurred if you have a complex ceremony set-up.
Should you choose to have it on our beautiful outside lawn area, there is a space fee of $850.00.
Coat Check Services
Coat Check Attendants will be provided upon request at $125.00 per attendant, plus MD Sales Tax.
We require two attendants for events larger than 200 guests.
Parking
A Reduced Special Event Rate of $7.00 for Self-Parking and $9.00 for Valet Parking
will be available to your guests. You may choose to host the parking
or allow your guests to handle their own parking charges.
Gift Bags/Baskets
If you have welcome packages for your out-of-town guests, it would be our pleasure to deliver these
packages to your guests at check-in. We will gladly deliver up to 25 non-personalized bags
complimentary. A delivery fee of $2.00 per bag will apply for deliveries over this amount.
Deposits and Final Payment Information
A 10% deposit is required, along with the signed contract, to secure your event space
and confirm definite status with the Hyatt Regency Bethesda.
Final Payment of the balance is required (10) business days prior to your event date.
Payment can be in the form of credit card, check, cashier’s check and/or cash.
Minimum Revenues
A Food and Beverage minimum revenue will apply to your event.
This minimum is determined by the event space you require, or desire,
and the minimum package price per person.
The minimum may vary with the day of the week and date of interest.
Service Charge and MD State Tax
5% Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge (subject to tax)
