Over 10 years of experience in the arts, and event planning industry, a BS in Business Management with a Specialization in Marketing from Mercy College in Manhattan. In addition to founding Events Beyond, Courtney is employed at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She enjoys making connections and cultivating relationships with the many talented individuals and businesses within the event community.

Wedding Packages

Events Beyond offers several different packages to fit every couples needs. Keep in mind, most brides have never had to plan a large and complex event before now. Your wedding day is not a good time to take on one of the biggest days of your life. Leave your special day up to Events Beyond. We put the finishing touches on your ceremony and reception to make your wedding special and memorable.

Package 1
Services start from the time the contract is signed and the deposit has been received.
Events Beyond will be with the couple from day one until the day after the wedding day.

- Meeting(s) leading up to the wedding
- Go over all of the vendor and contact them with any last minute details
- Time line for the wedding day
- Meet and greet the vendors
- Check set up and décor
- Make sure the ceremony location is set up and decorated
- Greet the guests at the ceremony
- Check on the bridal party
- Assist the bride and or groom
- Line the bridal party up
- Make sure everything is looks beautiful at both the ceremony location/reception sit
- Gather everyone up for photo’s
- Emergency kits
- Collect vendor payments/ tips
- Break down
- Pack cameras, toasting glasses, cake knife and server, gifts, cards, flowers, shoes, guest book, centerpieces, cake,
desserts, and anything else that may have been left behind.

Package 2
Simply elegant- Month of Service (Events Beyond does not offer "Day of" Planning )
This is for a couple who have planned there whole wedding and now they just need someone to make sure the wedding goes perfect. The couple has made all of the preliminary planning. The details on the big day are what bring the whole day together. I will add the finishing touches and sparkles to your wedding.

It’s never too late. Wedding services available up to one month before the event.
The Starting Stage
Is a package that is perfect for a couple who want to plan their own wedding, but just needs a point in the right direction. I will provide tons of advice, ideas, answer questions, and guide the couple through the starting phase of their planning.
This service is a flat rate of $500.00 this service includes the following:

- 2 consultations
- Email, and phone interaction
- Customized wedding plan
- Come up with budget
- Ideas for theme, style, colors, décor
- Vendor referrals
- Time line/check list
- Etiquette advice

Events Beyond provides local & destinations planning services for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Preference for the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island) and the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.)
