Event And Party Divas LLC is located in Naples Florida.  We are Wedding Planners and Coordinators.   If you can't spare at least 15 hours per week to plan your Wedding and more time then that as your Wedding day draws near, you need a Wedding Planner.  The best time to hire a Wedding Planner is at the begining of the process.  We have worked with many honest, and reliable vendors, the very best ones book quickly.

What is an Event or Wedding Producer?
Someone who designs the entire event, meets with all vendors on your behalf and works on planning the entire process.  Your producer will then schedule and supervise the entire wedding day. A good producer will alway take your taste into consideration while taking complete creative control. 

What does a Wedding Planner do?
A planner can recomend vendors, accompany you to appointments, and negotiate contracts.  Your planner will then supervise the entire wedding.
A good Wedding Planner has the best contacts for Reception locations, musicians, DJ'S, Wedding Cake, linen supplies, hair & make-up artist, parking attendants, photographers, vidiographers, florists, etc. and a good Wedding Planner will know who does the best job in each area.  A Wedding Planner can also be a Wedding Producer as well as a day-of planner.

What is a Day-of planner?
The day-of planner is a person who will get involved with the details that the bride and groom have set in place.   This is a good option for a confident bride who can oversee many of the details herself, but wants to have someone around to make sure things run smoothly.  Please note, be sure hire a day-of planner as soon as you feel the need for one, they can then ensure that your details are in order.

Consider using a Wedding Planner, talk with one or meet them in person to see if they can fulfill your needs.  A good Wedding Planner will save you a lot of time,  and money and ensure that you look great for all of those Wedding Photos by reducing your stress on your big day.  A good Wedding Planner knows how to think on their feet, to ensure that any possible problems will be reduced or eliminated.

Carry a notebook with you at all times.  When you have those, light bulb moments, write them down.
