I never thought in a million years that I would need to hire a wedding planner. I had already planned my wedding a week after my engagement. I knew what venue I wanted it at, where I wanted things to go, I even made all my own decorations. But then as I got closer to my day I started to think about how all this was going to come together if I was the one getting married. I researched day of coordinators and found many pricey options that didn't offer the time frame I needed. Then I found Alex and she was wonderful. Her professional fees were reasonable. She was very organized and made me feel immediately at ease. I had only really hired her to do set up for my reception. But she coordinated the whole wedding, reception, she even acted as MC during part of the evening. She set up my whole venue in a crazy short amount of time. She was AWESOME. If you are planning a DIY wedding like mine, you should hiire Alex to help you with the day of details, so you can enjoy your day as much as I did!
