The Depuy Canal House is  located in the historic hamlet of High Falls, NY has re-opened as a unique Hudson Valley Private Dinner and Special Event Venue. Walking inside the 1797 Stone house Restaurant is an experience in itself. Our 18^th century dining rooms with fireplaces, can host up to 36 guests for private rehearsal parties, morning after farewell receptions, breakfast and brunches. Guests will enjoy an intimate dining experience with our unique seasonal tasting menus using exceptional local ingredients and vintages. The house also offers a large outdoor bluestone patio area for a cocktail party prior to guests dining experience indoors. The Depuy Canal House also offers off-site catering as well. Guests can enjoy restaurant quality fare at off-site locations for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. Master Chef / proprietor, John N. Novi, will treat guests to a private culinary experience like no other. Off-site catering up to 250, can include our speciality Wine Pairing dinners and our trademark multi-course brunches,  luncheons and dinners.
