We thought they were an excellent caterer, great food, terrific staff. Used them for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding.

We couldn’t be happier with the catering for our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious , the service was flawless, and the entire team went above and beyond for us.
It was absolutely incredible. Billy, Laura, Kate made us feel so cared for and heard every step of the way. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was. They truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable and our vision come alive. We’re so happy we decided to go with Sugar and Spice. We highly recommend them to everyone!! Oh man, I don't even know where to start!!!!
From the very beginning working with Spice Catering was a breeze! I was a very type A bride who wanted to get most of my vendors booked a year in advance so I was researching for months to make sure that when I was ready to book I could go full steam ahead. While researching, I saved Spice Catering in my vendors and I found myself always going back to them. I finally decided to reach out and very quickly I received an email detailing everything! I really appreciated this because some vendors I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get a straight answer. The very first time I heard from Billy I felt at ease with everything. I paid a deposit shortly after that and we even had a few follow up calls (again I was type A) whenever I needed! My now husband and I went over the many many many food options and we were so excited to taste them! The flexibility of setting up the menu, the tasting and making changes was so smooth I never once felt overwhelmed. We did our tasting in January 2025 and our wedding was October 25th, 2025. For 9 months we told everyone how good the food was and how excited we were to eat at the wedding! Fast forward to the few months before the wedding, the attention to detail from their staff was amazing! We decided to use them for our open bar as well and Kate had reached out to confirm our beer and wine options and again was great! I then heard from Erick who was the maitre d that would be with us for the wedding. This was great! The staff was stellar as they even set up some of my decor before the wedding! I had a decorator and a day of coordinator but Spice Catering were the ones to get the job done CORRECTLY!!!! They truly are rockstars and I was so impressed with them! My husband and I did a first look so that we could enjoy our cocktail hour and Erick was awesome! He would ask us what we wanted and have it brought to us! Now I should probably mention that at the time of my wedding I was 6 months pregnant and I have not been able to eat a lot but I was still eating my wedding food no matter what!!!! Dinner was amazing as expected and I wish we had more leftovers than we did because I would eat that food every day if I could! My husband and I wished we picked two different options (we both got the chicken) so that way we could have split the meals but we didn't want to share the chicken because it was THAT GOOD! For dessert we really wanted to have a "grab and go" type of vibe so that everyone can still dance and move around without needing to sit and eat. This was a big hit with our guests as well because after dinner the vibe was party!!!! There is actually a part in our wedding video of me eating apple crisp while dancing! LOL
The clean up was also something that I really appreciate with their staff. They moved all the decorations that my decorator brought in and moved them to the side so she could come pick it up, and then they made a separate pile for us for all the things that we had brought. Another thing to add- my venue was a super simple venue, we paid basically for the view and we had to bring in EVERYTHING ourselves and Billy and Spice Catering were rockstars with this as well. I did not know just how much was needed to pull off a wedding of this size (140 people) and Billy worked with Cartwright and Daughters rentals and told them exactly how much of everything was needed! I just had to pick out colors and specifics. Having that be done for me was such a huge help because I would not have known how much of each item to get.
It has now been a little over a month since our wedding and I still have friends and family talking about how great the food and the dessert was! I said to my husband that I wished I could go to our wedding as a guest because the guest experience that Spice Catering created was top notch and I would do it all over and over and over again if I could! 100/100 stars!!

We can't possibly put into words how wonderful our experience was with Spice Catering. We were incredibly fortunate to find them early on in the process of planning our wedding and at every step of the way we had Billy and Co. to lean on. Billy did so much more for us than just menu-planning and serving delicious food. He was a reliable voice of reason and a true friend within the chaotic wedding industry.
Three months after our wedding we're still hearing from attendees raving about the food. It was INCREDIBLE. Make no mistake, your guests don't care about your vows, they care about their meals and thanks to Spice Catering our guests were over-the-moon because of the quality of the ingredients, variety of choices, and the outstanding service. We opted to do family-style so that everyone could pick and choose whatever they wanted. After we had our tasting we knew that there was no way anyone could resist trying some of everything. The dishes were beautiful and every single item on each platter was made with care and placed with purpose and artistry. We had several folks with allergies or specific food restrictions and there was never a concern that their needs and safety would be met and ensured.

Laura made sure that our every need was met throughout the day. After our ceremony we stole away to a private room to breathe, excitedly tell each other "We did it!", and try the hors d'oeuvres and sip our specialty cocktails together that Laura had laid out for us to enjoy. She helped us to plan some of the specifics for setting up and layout and took care of last-minute details we hadn't thought of without us even having to ask.

We truly believe that there is no better catering company and staff available to make your event unforgettable. If I had to change every single vendor we used and only was allowed to keep one, I would pick Spice Catering without a second thought.

Everything was done so well and efficiently and the beforehand for the preparation and for the ceremony too. Billy and Leann are both so easy to work with, nice people and great at what they do.

Sugar & Spice Catering were absolutely fantastic! They are extremely accommodating to food allergies-they were able to make my wedding entirely gluten free as I have celiac disease. They had great communication throughout the planning process. Billy and the entire team were incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, we got so many compliments (and guests couldn't even tell everything was gluten free)! We highly recommend!
They even made us lunch on the day of the wedding while they were setting up once they heard we hadn't eaten anything yet! Please book them for your wedding or event!!

Billy was a pro and his team was fantastic. They provided a ton of customization for our wedding, modifying dishes to our taste, and following specific instructions for our setup. The dessert spread was especially great and guests complimented the wonderful service. They also provided a day of coordinator (huge plus) and left the place spotless afterwards so we didn't have to worry about packing or cleaning at all. Can't recommend them enough.

Spice Catering was so great to work with through the entire wedding planning process. Billy was the only caterer that I met with who was willing to mix and match items within their packages so I could have the food and service I wanted within my budget. Their food was amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. Their bar team and selection was also excellent. The staff during the event set everything up for us and took great care of my husband and me. I could not recommend them enough!

I cannot rave enough about Sugar and Spice Catering and the incredible experience we had with Billy and his team. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Our guests are still talking about it!
Billy was so kind, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, handling our wedding day with such grace and professionalism.
We’re so grateful for them and couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re considering Sugar and Spice..do it! You won’t regret it. They are the absolute best… and so is the food!
