James and the from the ground up team was the BEST to work with! They walked us through the whole process and were transparent every second of the way! James is a warm, kind soul who was made us feel excited as time led up to the wedding! The food tasted amazing and our wedding guests have not stopped talking about how great the chicken parm, penne, and cannolis were! We were so happy with picking from the ground up as our caterer! They really were a wonderful part of our wedding day! You will not regret booking them!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Eddie, Michaela, and the entire team at Lola's Weddings & Events. They catered our wedding at Gather Greene in the Hudson Valley and we were truly blown away. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had, with perfectly cooked halibut and steak for 140 guests. Eddie and Michaela worked together to devise the menu of our dreams. My husband and I are both veg-forward but we wanted to provide our guests with a fresh, locally sourced menu. They really delivered - we had an oyster bar that was freshly shucked on site, a beautiful mezze and charcuterie spread, the list goes on. The Lola's team was also so attentive to us throughout the day, always making sure we had what we needed. Look no further than Lola's for a wedding caterer! You will not be disappointed!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Mill House Brewing Company is. We could not be happier that we went with them to cater our wedding day! Everyone at Mill House, especially Chef Danny and Danielle, helped us every step of the way. Living in Colorado and planning a wedding in NY, is not the easiest. But they made it easy for us! Danny is so knowledgable and provides the most amazing food. He is also extremely accomodating, allowing us to bring in a little extra beer for our family members who only like a specific beer. Everyone at our wedding cannot stop talking about the food and beer! Everyone is saying that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The food and drinks at a wedding are a vital part and Mill House Brewing far exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for everything you did for us, we could not be happier with our decision. And if you are in the Poughkeepsie area please go to their restaurant, it is the absolute best!! You need to hire MHBC for the most amazing wedding food and beer!

Essie’s catering was one of the highlights of our wedding weekend in Upstate, New York. Brandon and his team crafted a delicious and distinctive menu for our pre-wedding cocktail party (60 guests). Consisting of passed hors d'oeuvres, all of the food was perfectly executed and a huge hit with our guests; our vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, and omnivores alike raved about the food. Brandon’s team was especially diligent about preparing and serving dishes to our gluten-intolerant and celiac guests, and those friends made a special point to tell us how well taken care of they felt. Essie’s also provided bar services for our wedding reception & after-party (100 guests). Brandon worked with us to meet our specific desires for the drink menu: a Portuguese-focused wine selection, a particular brand of non-alcoholic beer, and not-too-sweet mocktails tailored to our palate. Besides the culinary aspect, what we appreciated just as much was Brandon’s positive spirit, calm, and kindness that he brought to our entire weekend of celebration. We would highly recommend Essie’s catering to anyone.

When my wife to be decided on our wedding date, and that it would be outside, we were total rookies. We had no clue on the food, whether we should order it, have someone pick it up, and hire people to serve etc. Eli RAmos Catering took all our worries and organized our event from ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, cake, and coffee. Adreienne talked us through the outline and put our minds at ease. On the day of the event, everything went as planned and we had so many compliments on our food. The Ramos team performed like a true champion, and at the end even packed up food for our guests to take home. I am so happy with our choice and would highly recommend them to anyone having an event. Excellent food, excellent service, and very kind and friendly. God bless Elia Ramos Catering !!
