Owned and operated by Adrienne L. Elia-Ramos, EliaRamos Catering is a wedding catering company based out of Poughkeepsie, NY. Adrienne developed a true passion for fresh cultural flavors and superior service from her family. Her father Chef Mark Elia, now a member of her team, is a retired CIA Chef Instructor, Master Butcher/Sausage Maker and Stepfather CIA Graduate Chef John Garbellano have very strong influences in her work.

EliaRamos Catering delivers old world and comfort food specialties to your plate such as: Specialty Sausages, Charcuterie, Fresh Mozzarella Demonstrations, Authentic Texas BBQ, Pig Roasts and a variety of Culinary Cuisines to meet your needs and expectations. ​Whether you envision an indoor/outdoor intimate gathering, an extravagant event such a Shabby Chic Barn wedding or a garden countryside event, we have the expertise to make it happen. Your food should be about what you both love!

What sets EliaRamos Catering apart from their competition? They choose to cater up to 10 Weddings a year and are highly focused on creating a memorable experience for their clients. It's all about the quality of the events they cater to, not quantity! They cater to only one wedding per weekend throughout the year and their attention and dedication is their commitment to you! They provide reassurance and a sense of calm during a time in your life that should be most memorable. It can be challenging for clients to think of everything. They offer suggestions on ways to help the client stay within budget.

Adrienne and her team bring excitement and experience to guide you through the entire personalized process beginning with the initial planning, rental coordination and creating your own unique menu from appetizers, entrees, and desserts. They feel you should serve food that you love!

During the early planning stages they offer a tasting and perform at least one venue walk through to ensure all the details are reviewed and the vision is clear. They are happy to accommodate specific food requests such as; dietary restrictions, cultural, religious or ethnic specialty foods.

EliaRamos asks their Happy Couples to do their due diligence before they sit down together. Please have your budget range in mind, vision and as much detail as possible that will help them assist you plan your dream wedding.

Cannot recommend enough!!!

From the first introductory phone call with Adrienne, we knew she would be the perfect fit as caterer. She came to the phone call ready with ideas for our day and truly made the planning process seamless. She was always there to answer any of our MANY questions. Adrienne met with us prior to our wedding at our venue to ensure she was prepared and comfortable with the layout and helped coordinate our mobile bar location, cocktail hour location, tables, and ensure the flow of our wedding day was perfect, and perfect it was! Not only did we absolutely love the food, our guests did too.! Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about Adrienne and her team! The Texas parfait cups, Mozzarella action station, twice baked potato, Boneless Beef Strip Loin and Seared Salmon were just a few of the INCREDIBLE foods that our guests have not stopped raving about since. Adrienne truly goes above and beyond and helps you coordinate so many other aspects of your wedding day. In the chaos of the day, Adrienne was the calm, taking care of anything that we needed.

My Special Day made perfect

When my wife to be decided on our wedding date, and that it would be outside, we were total rookies. We had no clue on the food, whether we should order it, have someone pick it up, and hire people to serve etc. Eli RAmos Catering took all our worries and organized our event from ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, cake, and coffee. Adreienne talked us through the outline and put our minds at ease. On the day of the event, everything went as planned and we had so many compliments on our food. The Ramos team performed like a true champion, and at the end even packed up food for our guests to take home. I am so happy with our choice and would highly recommend them to anyone having an event. Excellent food, excellent service, and very kind and friendly. God bless Elia Ramos Catering !!

Best Choice For Your Wedding!

If you are lucky enough to have Adrienne available for your wedding day, please do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book her and her company. Like most brides to be, I had no idea what I was in for or how to go about all the ins and outs of wedding planning, but Adrienne truly became the saving grace I needed.
It started when I saw pictures of her absolutely stunning food displays, continued when I read her mouth watering sample menus, and culminated with a wonderful correspondence with the most caring, dedicated and genuinely sweet person, Adrienne. I felt like my wedding planning got on track because of her, as she helped me coordinate not just my menu, but other vendors as well. Her knowledge alone is invaluable, but her pallet and culinary talent surpassed anything I could have dreamed for my wedding! People are still complimenting the food at our wedding (8/3/24), and on that note I will offer one more piece of advice, please do yourself the huge favor of actually sitting down at your wedding and actually get to eat her delicious food.
One more thing I’d like to mention is her wonderful staff. Adrienne is so wonderful that I had full faith that she would surround herself with equally wonderful and dedicated people, and boy was I right. The morning of my wedding was so chaotic but her and her crew came in and swiftly tied up loose ends, set up beautifully and were self sufficient and professional. Every part of her crew were friendly, compassionate and a joy to be around. They were even the ones reminding me to hydrate and make sure I had a moment to sit and eat.
In conclusion (if you don’t want to read this whole essay), look no further. Hire this company. You will not be disappointed, in fact you will be thanking yourself for years to come. Great food, great people amazing service. Thank you so much to Adrienne and her crew, we appreciate everything you did for us!

Yummiest Wedding EVER!

EliaRamos literally perfected my wedding menu. Guests were raving about the food all night, saying it was the best wedding food they ever had!! Adrienne is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was prompt with communication and so easy to work with. The food was FABULOUS! Definitely recommend the mac n cheese. Adrienne and her team did a fantastic job. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was and Adrienne was a pleasure to work with. She patiently worked with us to build our menu into what it was and helped me with ensuring we ordered all the correct rental equipment and plates/cups/etc. Would highly recommend working with Adrienne for your wedding or other events!!

Winter Wedding

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adrienne and her team for my wedding catering, and it was a fantastic experience. Adrienne was extremely friendly and easy to work with, making the whole process stress-free. On the day of the wedding, her team was professional and did an amazing job. The food was absolutely fantastic and received rave reviews from all of our guests. I would highly recommend Adrienne and her team for any catering needs, they truly exceeded all of our expectations.

Amazing Catering in Hudson County / Catskills Region!

I cannot say enough how grateful we were to find Adrienne and her amazing team at EliaRamos for our wedding catering. Adrienne is so thoughtful, collaborative, experienced and professional. She also is an incredibly talented and creative chef with food that the entire wedding has been raving about for days. She went above and beyond from day 1 to make sure the food was perfect. We had many calls and conversations leading up to the day to make sure the venue was prepped and set up for a fluid dinner service, and having her guide that process was essential. She truly held our hands through the entire wedding planning process and made sure to regularly checking in on what we needed help with. We had a buffet style dinner + family style salad and bread to start. I can't emphasis enough how amazing the food was.

I would recommend the EliaRamos team to anyone who is looking to work with a caterer that they can trust, and rely on!  
So grateful that we had Adrienne on our big day. I will certainly be making my first call to her for any of my future catering needs.

The Most Incredible Experience!

Adrienne and team provided the most incredible menu and experience for our wedding day. We had been searching for a caterer for a few months and were getting nervous as we got closer to our event date. Adrienne was able to work with us immediately by providing availability, a comprehensive menu, and confirmation that she could get what we wanted for our wedding day. She was so responsive to all our requests and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and venue coordinator, and was so thoughtful about every dish. She was able to work with local businesses to source the food and all the special items we wanted. She was able to serve family style and buffet, so that we could keep the party going but also cater to the variety of guest dietary restrictions. Our guests continue to rave about her texas parfaits, chicken and waffles, corn salad, lobster mac& cheese and the amazing Raw Bar she did for us. Everything was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed the leftover boxes she made for us for weeks!

Incredible food and amazing service!

Adrienne was absolutely amazing to work with and incredibly patient. She dealt with a million questions and suggestions on slightly changing some of the food items we wanted, and worked with us on price as well.

We had a more unique menu we were looking for, and she accommodated us every step of the way. She even was able to take control and ask the venue exactly the right questions so things ran smoothly. On the day of the event, everything went so well!

The food was absolutely incredible and our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. They were even more thrilled they got to take the leftovers home with them!

We are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend Adrienne enough.
