About Us

Clementine Cupcake Company is an award winning special order cupcake company that bakes all of our cupcakes from scratch in small batches. Special Order means we do not have a storefront/retail location but we do bake in a commercial kitchen, are health department approved, and have Food Safety Management certification. The cupcakes are made fresh the day of your order if possible, otherwise never more than a day in advance. All of our ingredients are fresh, pure, and locally sourced. Most are organic such as the flour, butter, eggs, milk, cocoa powder, apple cider vinegar, fruits and vegetables. We offer several GLUTEN FREE flavors as well.

Clementine Cupcake Company bakes only cupcakes, no cookies no muffins no scones.... we are not a bakery that spreads itself too thin trying to provide every pastry and dessert under the sun. Instead we specialize in cupcakes and only cupcakes so that our customers get the most delicious, moist, and flavorful dessert as possible.

We do not have a storefront location but you can now find Clementine Cupcakes being featured at Amsterdam Coffee House and at Farmstand 46 in Paso Robles, CA. These are the only places you can find a Clementine Cupcake for individual purchase. Oh, about the name: Clementine was actually the name I picked out for a girl during my first pregnancy but gave birth to a boy. When starting the company I thought I could still put the name to good use. Also, the definition of a clementine (the smallest orange) is "small, sweet, and popular with kids" and I thought that definitely described a cupcake as well!
