The best wedding cake ever!
Time and time again, Jocelyn has proven to be one of the best cake bakers in the Santa Barbara/Ventura County area. Her dedication to high quality ingredients, beautifully detailed work, and personalization for every customer shows that she has the passion and the skills to impress every guest at your event. I've had many cakes made by Jocelyn over the years and when it came time to pick my wedding cake, no other baker came to mind. Everything was perfect and the delivery option brought so much piece of mind. She gave me the wedding cake of my dreams and I'm sure she can make yours too!

Showstopper of a Cake
Jocelyn from Big Red Bakery came through in a huge way and provided us with the wedding cake of our dreams. From consultation, design, and execution, she was exceptional throughout.
When we provided her with our design inspiration, she provided a “draft” design that we loved so much that it practically turned into the final version. We simply had no notes. The cake arrived safe to the wedding and was an absolute masterpiece. It was covered in intricate and beautiful flowers, and was so stunning in design and execution, we loved it.
On top of being absolutely stunning, the cake itself was delicious. A timeless design, taste, and execution that we’ll be remembering for a long long time. If you need the highest quality of excellence for any baked goods for any occasion and want something truly memorable, go with Jocelyn through Big Red Bakery, we could not recommend her enough.

You found your wedding cake!!
We had a wonderful experience with Jocelyn from Big Red Baking Company. She made the entire process straightforward and fun. My husband and I enjoyed the take home cake tasting and all the flavors were delicious!! We sent her inspo pics and she completely created our vision. Easy delivery day of. We would definitely reccomend.

Our cake was perfect! It was even gluten free, too!!
Jocelyn was absolutely amazing to work with! Her response time was quick, and she was able to accommodate a gluten free cake, which meant everything to us. My fiancé is celiac and kept telling me not to worry about the cake but I really wanted to find someone who could safely make one he could actually enjoy. Jocelyn was truly our savior.
I was able to surprise my fiancé with a cake he could eat, and it was delicious and absolutely perfect! It was everything I envisioned and more. Thank you so much, Jocelyn! We are so grateful! ❤️

Insane cakes
I used Big Red Baking Co for my rehearsal dinner and wedding cake. Both were so absolutely insanely good and my entire family was talking about both cakes all week. We had left overs and ate them the days after the wedding and couldn't get enough. Both cakes were so beautiful, tasted so good, and were the perfect blend of all flavors and textures. PLEASE GET YOUR CAKE HERE U WONT REGRET IT.

Beautiful, delicious cake!
We came across Jocelyn’s cakes after much research and tasting of other cakes that just did not hold up to the standard we were looking for. This was, hands down, the best cake I think we have ever tasted. To top it off, it was also beautiful designed by Jocelyn. We ordered a two tier wedding cake with two different flavors, vanilla with chocolate and vanilla with passion fruit. While both were delicious, the passion fruit really stood out to us and was phenomenal! We have dreams about how delicious this cake was and we are very much going to be ordering another cake in the future and we can’t wait to taste it again!

The very best!
Usually cakes that are this beautiful don’t taste great. Big reds baking co. is so delicious!! Cakes are moist and flavorful. I have not seen cakes that are this detailed and thoughtfully done. Absolutely in love with this company!

Big Red Baking = The BEST!
Jocelyn is the best of the best! I met her for coffee, and discussed what my vision was for my summer wedding cake. She listened, did a quick sketch, and had great suggestions. We did a cake tasting, where she created 4 mini cakes for us to pick up and try at home. Such a special touch for us. They were 4 different flavors, and had different designs for us to look at and decide exactly what we wanted. She is professional, communicates well, and our wedding cake was exactly what we envisioned. Not only did it look stunning, everyone was amazed by how delicious it tasted. We went with 2 flavors, and everyone commented on how delicious it was. We loved it so much, that for our first anniversary, we ordered a smaller version of our cake and had it represent our honeymoon! She is the first person I recommend to people for custom wedding and celebration cakes.

Beautiful Wedding Cake!
Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful - exactly what I had envisioned! It was delivered to our venue the morning of our wedding, perfectly on time and in pristine condition.
