Jocelyn was absolutely amazing to work with! Her response time was quick, and she was able to accommodate a gluten free cake, which meant everything to us. My fiancé is celiac and kept telling me not to worry about the cake but I really wanted to find someone who could safely make one he could actually enjoy. Jocelyn was truly our savior.

I used Big Red Baking Co for my rehearsal dinner and wedding cake. Both were so absolutely insanely good and my entire family was talking about both cakes all week. We had left overs and ate them the days after the wedding and couldn't get enough. Both cakes were so beautiful, tasted so good, and were the perfect blend of all flavors and textures. We came across Jocelyn’s cakes after much research and tasting of other cakes that just did not hold up to the standard we were looking for. This was, hands down, the best cake I think we have ever tasted. To top it off, it was also beautiful designed by Jocelyn. We ordered a two tier wedding cake with two different flavors, vanilla with chocolate and vanilla with passion fruit. While both were delicious, the passion fruit really stood out to us and was phenomenal! We have dreams about how delicious this cake was and we are very much going to be ordering another cake in the future and we can’t wait to taste it again!

Jocelyn is the best of the best! I met her for coffee, and discussed what my vision was for my summer wedding cake. She listened, did a quick sketch, and had great suggestions. We did a cake tasting, where she created 4 mini cakes for us to pick up and try at home. Such a special touch for us. They were 4 different flavors, and had different designs for us to look at and decide exactly what we wanted. She is professional, communicates well, and our wedding cake was exactly what we envisioned. Not only did it look stunning, everyone was amazed by how delicious it tasted. We went with 2 flavors, and everyone commented on how delicious it was. We loved it so much, that for our first anniversary, we ordered a smaller version of our cake and had it represent our honeymoon! She is the first person I recommend to people for custom wedding and celebration cakes.

Our experience in working with Jocelyn from Big Red Baking Co. far exceeded our high expectations in every way. She was professional and detail-oriented and came up with amazing design concepts from the very limited amount of information we gave her about our ideas. By the time we tried her cake samples, we were sold!
