About
I am a licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist. I do not try to sell you products, nor do I use one specific brand of product. I do use high quality products and am one of the most sanitary makeup artists that you will find. I use sealers to keep your makeup in place throughout the entire day. My services include makeup artistry (on or off site) for bride, bridesmaids, mothers or whoever wants that special touch. I also am available to teach you the correct way to apply makeup to suit your features. I have worked with numerous photographers and models for portfolio work as well as countless weddings and also girls from the Miss Teen USA and Miss USA circuit. I was the chosen makeup artist by FUZE Beverages (Coca-Cola) for Kansas City’s Race for the Cure and my work on Miss Kansas Teen USA 2008 is featured in the September/October 2008 issue of Supermodels Unlimited magazine. My work can also be seen in Her Life Magazine. I am always early or on time. I take pride in what I do and have a true passion for makeup. I offer different packages including makeup for your engagement pictures, boudoir photo shoot makeup and more.

Tips and Advice
Always try to schedule a trial before your day of to make sure that the look is what you are wanting. It not only helps you, but also helps the makeup artist/hair stylist. As much as you would like to have that super dramatic look for your wedding, a softer look is better. You can still have dramatic that is soft and beautiful. Remember, you will be looking at your pictures (and so will everyone else) for years to come. So a trend today is not going to be a trend in 10 years. If your bridesmaids want dramatic then let them go for it! Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize up to that day! This includes your face and your lips. Your makeup will look so much better and will apply much easier. Exfoliating your skin a few times a week, a few weeks before the wedding will help your skin to look radiant. Take care of your lips too so that you will have a smooth, soft looking lip. If you are having problems with them being overly chapped then apply Vaseline or Vick’s VapoRub to a toothbrush to exfoliate them. If you are waxing, please do it at least week in advance in case of a breakout. It’s hard to cover hives and peeled off skin! If you are receiving a facial, again, please do it at least a week in advance for the same reasons. Tanning is ok. Don’t over-tan yourself to where your makeup looks totally off. The more that you tan, the more shine you will produce in your pictures. Don’t decide that you want to try a new product out in the days before your event. Try it out at least 2 weeks beforehand. Let people take care of you for your special day. You have worked and stressed hard enough planning everything! Get pampered a little...it’s worth it!
