Wedding Hair & Makeup in Overland Park

Lisa and Alexandria did our make-up and hair for my daughter's wedding. During our hair and make-up trial they really listened to what we had in mind and what our concerns were. Both were very professional and friendly. On the day of the wedding they were very calm and efficient and our hair and make-up looked great all day and evening.

Gab did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup!! She was so easy to work with and created the exact look I had imagined for my big day. She made the getting ready process stress free and so fun. My bridal party had chosen different looks and she nailed all of those as well! Highly recommend!!

I had my bridal hair & makeup done here back in July, as well as hair & makeup for my mom and hair for my bridesmaids. Everything turned out great! They were very flexible & responsive. Great value!

I cannot say enough about the beauty team at Oliver's! I was so happy with my hair and makeup, and my mom, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids all looked beautiful as well! Kyla did my hair and makeup, and did a spectacular job. We had two trial appointments prior to my wedding day, the first being admittedly rough, but we eventually were able to figure out what I wanted and it was beautiful! I go to Oliver's regularly for hair cuts, highlights, etc. with Emily, who I love and recommend to anyone! Emily was wonderful because she was able to provide me with some hair suggestions, and she was also willing to highlight and lowlight my extensions we used on my wedding day. Emily did my matron of honor's hair and makeup on my wedding day, and she looked stunning! The staff at Oliver's was incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming; they had no problem with us bringing the photographer in for photos and with 9 members of my family/bridal party there, I felt like we took over the place! I highly recommend Kyla and Emily from Oliver's for your wedding style, they did a fabulous job!

JC did my hair and makeup as well as my mom, sister and Bridesmaids. She was AMAZING. We had a Catholic wedding, and were on a time crunch (the wedding was at 1 p.m.) She did a beautiful job getting everyone looking great with time to spare. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

The whole experience was pleasant she asked for my input on colors and made me feel extremely welcomed I will definitely be back ☺

Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair and my bridesmaid’s hair! She helped me plan how long we would need to do everyone’s hair, which factored into our timeline for the day-of the wedding. I came in town for a weekend, and we did a trial run at her salon near Oak Park Mall. I had a few suggestions, and she was very receptive and it turned out exactly how I wanted. On the day of my wedding, Amanda went onsite and she did my hair just as we’d practiced, and she also did a great job on my bridesmaid’s and my mom’s and aunt’s hair. They had hair ranging from long and straight, to medium length and curly, to short, and she was able to style everyone’s hair as requested and to suit their hair type and preferences. I’d highly recommend Amanda and Jolie Carrillo-Allen, the makeup artist she often works with!

Miya is a very talented stylist, she made sure that I didn't do anything crazy that I would regret on my wedding day. (I wanted to cut my hair super short!) She is conveniently located in Sola Salons across from the Oak Park Mall. Please check her out, she would be glad to make you beautiful for your special day or any day for that matter!

Barbara did the makeup of my wedding party and family and I also had some waxing done before the wedding. She did a fantastic job and I would use her again. As the bride we did a trial in her office a couple weeks before the wedding. She called me a couple days later and asked me to come back. She said that she didn't think that I loved the trial and she wanted me to look perfect and love my make up so she had me come back for another trial for free to make it right and she did! I wasn't even unhappy with her the first time but the fact that she called and wanted to meet again is what mattered. When I left the second time she knew I loved my makeup just from the way I looked at myself in the mirror. On my wedding day they made me priority, their number one goal is to make the bride happy and feel beautiful. Her and her staff are so fun and caring, and they are truly beautiful people.
