Sophia and her team were AMAZING. They made myself and entire bridal party look beautiful and flawless for my special day.

After being left without a hair or MUA 3 weeks before my wedding, I contacted Sophia with Graceful Beauty KC. She assembled a team of 4 people in less than 24 hours and absolutely saved the day. She got trials scheduled for myself for both services and was excellent with communication. Her contract is clear and you know exactly what you’re getting. Her team that provided services was excellent, included Bree and Copper for hair and Tai and Lexcee for makeup. All 4 did an amazing job but special kudos to Tai. She went above and beyond, her attention to detail was amazing and her makeup lasted through the party without difficulty. She even stayed late to put together touch up kits. I would recommend all 4 of our artists to anyone and would choose Graceful Beauty again in a heartbeat!

I worked personally with Sabina, and she was absolutely incredible. We talked and laughed the whole way through, and she was wonderful at recommending products and offered tutorials! The whole team, though, was fabulous. All of the bridesmaids looked great. I highly recommend this team! Sophia is very responsive and organized.

I hired Graceful Beauty for my September 18th wedding! Sophia and her team (Copper and Jaci) did hair for 9 and makeup for 4.

It took 2 tries during the hair and makeup trial, but Sophia nailed the classy, timeless updo I envisioned. Sophia created a natural, but stunning makeup look on her first try!

In the months leading up to the wedding, Sophia stayed in touch. She created a color coded schedule that included the stylist and a time slot. I filled in bridal party names and sent pictures of their natural hair and requested hairstyles.

The day of the wedding, Graceful Beauty showed up on time at 11 am. At one point, we ran a little behind. Thankfully, there was extra time built into the schedule so we finished on time! Sophia paid careful attention to detail on my hair and makeup. My hair and makeup turned out perfectly and I couldn’t have felt more beautiful!

My wedding day was 90 degrees and sunny. However, Graceful Beauty’s makeup withstood tears and sweat. Normally, I have a shiny spot on my face, but Graceful Beauty’s makeup covered it up the whole night. During bride and groom pictures around 6 pm, my left eyelash started to fall off. Luckily, my MOH quickly fixed it before the reception. Additionally, pieces of my updo fell out while I was dancing, but it wasn’t noticeable in pictures.

Overall, working with Graceful Beauty was a wonderful experience and I’d recommend them for any special event you have coming up!

Sophia was so helpful and did exactly what we asked of her! Her dream team was amazing and so fun to hang with morning of! I felt so beautiful and myself, which was so important to me! Loved it!

Communication with Sophia was awesome from the start! I was delightfully surprised when she first gave me her personal cell phone number to chat about the details of my day! We also exchanged inspiration photos this way, which made it super easy for me!

I was offered a trial run through, and when it didn't turn out right with one artist, Sophia stepped in and saved the day. She personally did another trial with me, free of charge, and promised she would be there for me instead on the big day! For my eye shadow, we talked about matching the bridesmaid's dress color and adding in a shimmery gold touch to match with our wedding colors. It was so nice of her to take such interest and really collaborate with me in this way for the look.

They were early on the wedding day, ready and waiting for my girls and I to get in the chair, which was a relief, because we were crunched for time as it was at our getting ready venue.

The service was wonderful! Sophia double checked that I liked everything from the trial still and then got to work! When I looked in the mirror at the end, I felt stunning! It was perfect, in that it was glam for me, but still looked natural. (I don't typically wear much makeup.) I felt so special after she finished up and couldn't wait for my Dad and my future husband to see how I looked!

I felt incredible and got sooo many compliments! My lipstick/stain even stayed on until after I ate, I didn't reapply once!

I live in California and wasn’t able to do a trial, but the day of my wedding she knew exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with my makeup and all my girls looked beautiful. She was very professional, organized and clean. She made all of us feel very comfortable during the pandemic, following of all the CDC guidelines.

When I had some concerns with trial hair and makeup and had some things I wasn't happy with or wanted to change, both ladies were able to tweak our plan for both and made everything just perfect for the big day.
