Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We welcome brides to visit our shoppe without an appointment to browse our collection and to meet the designers Saturdays from 10am-5pm. Otherwise, please call to make an appointment Monday through Friday.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We carry our own exclusive Allure Collection and design custom couture gowns. If you have a vision of your dream gown a custom designed gown is the ultimate in personalization. Our designers will guide you through silhouette, fabric, and trim selection for a one of a kind gown that truly reflects your style and individuality. You will have exclusive use of our bridal suite and enjoy all of the VIP services of our Cameo Couture Bridal Experience.
Our collection gowns are different because you choose from one of our existing styles. Our collection is made-to-measure which means we custom cut your gown in the size that is closest to your measurements. With a collection gown you?ll get the personal fit and impeccable workmanship not found in traditional off the rack dresses, at prices lower than our couture gowns.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
If you are purchasing a gown from the Cameo Collection please allow 2-4 months. If your gown is a custom design please allow 2-6 months
How often do you receive new dresses?
We have two new collections a year but are always searching for the latest and most luxurious fabrics and trims and developing new silhouettes.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
You?ll actually get to try on a trial version of your gown while we work on your design. As part of the couture process we construct your entire gown from cotton first to perfect the style and fit.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes. Please note alterations are included in the price of our collection and couture gowns.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We offer eveningwear, bridesmaids, custom jewelr, headpieces, veils as well as capelets, coats, hooded boleros, jackets, mongramming and more!
