I didn’t find my dress here but it was hands down my favorite place to try on dresses. This was back in February, but Yvonne and her daughter made me feel so beautiful and hyped me up in every dress and were very welcoming and not pushy at all. They were patient and made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to. They truly cared about making sure you loved the dress and more importantly that you loved how you felt in the dress.

It all started with the perfect dress… Yvonne listened to what I was looking for. The very first dress I tried on took my breath away. Yvonne was so meticulous and I could tell she experienced such joy seeing how happy I was with the dress. Her seamstress, Marge, is absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience and cannot recommend Yvonne’s highly enough.

Yvonne and her team go above and beyond to make your dress shopping experience incredible. Yvonne shows exceptional knowledge of the gowns and takes time to precisely fit each dress to you so you can really see the vision. When I suggested changing the neckline of the dress, she quickly went to work to pin the neckline for me so I could get the full picture. Yvonne was such a pleasure to work with. My entire bridal group had so much fun. I highly recommend Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to anyone in the capital region.

Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the one and only shop I went to and I would never go anywhere else. I have never been a girly girl and didn’t do the prom experiences so I was dreading this. When I got engaged I started following bridal shops and Bridal Gallery by Yvonne posted a dress that I fell in love with. I knew I had to have that dress. The moment I arrive Yvonne and her daughter Julia were nothing but welcoming. I truly felt like they were family. That dress that I saw was only available in a size 8 to try on and at the time I was measuring a size 18-20 and Yvonne said it could only be ordered in a 16 as it was discontinued. I bought that dress and was determined it would fit. Yvonne let me come to the shop multiple times to see the progress I was making. She held the dress the entire time so I didn’t have to worry about my fiancé seeing it. Her daughter Julia was truly like my cheerleader with all the love and support she showed me. Eventually the dress did fit and I even needed alterations to make it a bit smaller. Marge who does the alterations was amazing and very accommodating. My dress looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day and it wouldn’t have been possible without Bridal Gallery by Yvonne! Now my dress is being preserved by them as well. Thank you so much!

Bridal by Yvonne created a super relaxed environment to go dress shopping. I expressed my typical dislike of trying on dresses and she guided me through the whole process. Not only did the experience turn into a surprisingly fun one but I also chose the first dress I tried on that happened to be designed by Yvonne herself! Special shoutout to Marge the seamstress for making me feel comfortable during the fittings and making the dress fit like a glove!

This place is amazing! Yvonne is amazing! Would go there again.

Yvonne, her mother and Marge saved our daughter in law's wedding day! After getting my dress there, Marge altered the mother of the bride dress the weekend before the wedding after the other seamstress at the other shop was a no show and wouldn't answer her phone.. she then took my daughter in law's dress in 4 INCHES after the original bridal shop ordered the dress incorrectly and attempted to fix it and said there wasn't anything else they could do. Marge literally took the whole dress apart, made it the size 8 it should have been, her attention to detail and commitment to make everyone look their best were evident every step of the way. She met us when the shop was closed the week of the wedding, worked all hours and the dress was finished the Thursday before the wedding. The day was spectacular and my daughter in law was stunning. Thanks Yvonne's instead of getting married in a dress she hated, she was married in the dress she envisioned when it was ordered a year ago. Words cannot express how grateful we are. They are experts at helping choose the dress that looks best on each woman, and their service is impeccable. No need to go anywhere else!

I absolutely loved this place, my mom got her beautiful wedding dress from here, and they made me feel absolutely amazing. Love the environment very uplifting, warm, and kind. Also, love how its a family business and the fact they were just as excited to see me in my dress as I was. Very thoughtful and would recommend people to go.

I got both my prom dresses from Yvonne's back in 2010 and 2011, and this past year knew I had to go back to find my wedding dress. Yvonne is so personable and so sweet, and she knows exactly what dress will work for you! I found the perfect dress with her that made me look & feel like a princess, and I am so eternally grateful for her for that! With a perfect veil, warm fuzzy shawl, and the most stunning jewelry, I found everything I was looking for and more. What's even more, my mom found her Mother of the Bride dress, altered to fit her needs and desires, and everything was absolutely perfect. If I get married again (HA!) I'm definitely coming back here. Will always recommend, such a loving and personal experience

The excitement of looking for your wedding dress can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. From the moment I walked into Yvonne’s bridal gallery I felt as if I were family! After telling Yvonne what I was looking for in my dream dress she had picked several dresses that were all in line with what I had imagined. The moment I slipped into my dress I was in love! Of course I had to go to other boutiques to ensure I was making the right decision but none other compared to the experience from walking in the door. A word of advice… don’t waste your time going anywhere commercialized, you are just a sale to them. Yvonne kept an open line of communication through out the entire process, her Taylor on site did an awesome job and her mother is the sweetest! You will not be disappointed in the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne!
