The best service & beautiful dresses

I didn’t find my dress here but it was hands down my favorite place to try on dresses. This was back in February, but Yvonne and her daughter made me feel so beautiful and hyped me up in every dress and were very welcoming and not pushy at all. They were patient and made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to. They truly cared about making sure you loved the dress and more importantly that you loved how you felt in the dress.

The Perfect Dress

It all started with the perfect dress… Yvonne listened to what I was looking for. The very first dress I tried on took my breath away. Yvonne was so meticulous and I could tell she experienced such joy seeing how happy I was with the dress. Her seamstress, Marge, is absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience and cannot recommend Yvonne’s highly enough.

Best Bridal Shop in the Capital Region!!!

Yvonne and her team go above and beyond to make your dress shopping experience incredible. Yvonne shows exceptional knowledge of the gowns and takes time to precisely fit each dress to you so you can really see the vision. When I suggested changing the neckline of the dress, she quickly went to work to pin the neckline for me so I could get the full picture. Yvonne was such a pleasure to work with. My entire bridal group had so much fun. I highly recommend Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to anyone in the capital region.

The best of the best

Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the one and only shop I went to and I would never go anywhere else. I have never been a girly girl and didn’t do the prom experiences so I was dreading this. When I got engaged I started following bridal shops and Bridal Gallery by Yvonne posted a dress that I fell in love with. I knew I had to have that dress. The moment I arrive Yvonne and her daughter Julia were nothing but welcoming. I truly felt like they were family. That dress that I saw was only available in a size 8 to try on and at the time I was measuring a size 18-20 and Yvonne said it could only be ordered in a 16 as it was discontinued. I bought that dress and was determined it would fit. Yvonne let me come to the shop multiple times to see the progress I was making. She held the dress the entire time so I didn’t have to worry about my fiancé seeing it. Her daughter Julia was truly like my cheerleader with all the love and support she showed me. Eventually the dress did fit and I even needed alterations to make it a bit smaller. Marge who does the alterations was amazing and very accommodating. My dress looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day and it wouldn’t have been possible without Bridal Gallery by Yvonne! Now my dress is being preserved by them as well. Thank you so much!

Relaxed and Fun

Bridal by Yvonne created a super relaxed environment to go dress shopping. I expressed my typical dislike of trying on dresses and she guided me through the whole process. Not only did the experience turn into a surprisingly fun one but I also chose the first dress I tried on that happened to be designed by Yvonne herself! Special shoutout to Marge the seamstress for making me feel comfortable during the fittings and making the dress fit like a glove!

Saved the day!

Yvonne, her mother and Marge saved our daughter in law's wedding day! After getting my dress there, Marge altered the mother of the bride dress the weekend before the wedding after the other seamstress at the other shop was a no show and wouldn't answer her phone.. she then took my daughter in law's dress in 4 INCHES after the original bridal shop ordered the dress incorrectly and attempted to fix it and said there wasn't anything else they could do. Marge literally took the whole dress apart, made it the size 8 it should have been, her attention to detail and commitment to make everyone look their best were evident every step of the way. She met us when the shop was closed the week of the wedding, worked all hours and the dress was finished the Thursday before the wedding. The day was spectacular and my daughter in law was stunning. Thanks Yvonne's instead of getting married in a dress she hated, she was married in the dress she envisioned when it was ordered a year ago. Words cannot express how grateful we are. They are experts at helping choose the dress that looks best on each woman, and their service is impeccable. No need to go anywhere else!

I absolutely loved this place, my mom got her beautiful wedding dress from here, and they made me feel absolutely amazing. Love the environment very uplifting, warm, and kind. Personal & Beautiful

I got both my prom dresses from Yvonne's back in 2010 and 2011, and this past year knew I had to go back to find my wedding dress. Yvonne is so personable and so sweet, and she knows exactly what dress will work for you! I found the perfect dress with her that made me look & feel like a princess, and I am so eternally grateful for her for that! With a perfect veil, warm fuzzy shawl, and the most stunning jewelry, I found everything I was looking for and more. What's even more, my mom found her Mother of the Bride dress, altered to fit her needs and desires, and everything was absolutely perfect. If I get married again (HA!) I'm definitely coming back here. Will always recommend, such a loving and personal experience

Say YES to Yvonne’s Bridal

The excitement of looking for your wedding dress can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. From the moment I walked into Yvonne’s bridal gallery I felt as if I were family! After telling Yvonne what I was looking for in my dream dress she had picked several dresses that were all in line with what I had imagined. The moment I slipped into my dress I was in love! Of course I had to go to other boutiques to ensure I was making the right decision but none other compared to the experience from walking in the door. A word of advice… don’t waste your time going anywhere commercialized, you are just a sale to them. Yvonne kept an open line of communication through out the entire process, her Taylor on site did an awesome job and her mother is the sweetest! You will not be disappointed in the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne!

I had been to 5 dress venues before ending up at bridal by yvonne and so happy I stopped in! I ended up trying on a dress I would have never expected and it blew my wildest dreams away!! Loved my dress!

I found the most beautiful dress at Yvonne’s, her team did an excellent job pulling dresses for me my first and last day of dress shopping! I cannot say enough wonderful things about their seamstress, having a mother who is also a seamstress, she was spot on with my alterations! For my final fitting she came in to help show my bridesmaids exactly how to lace up my back and position the dress. I highly recommend Bridal Gallery by Yvonne when you are searching for your perfect dress!

I cannot say enough about Yvonne's.
Janis helped me find the perfect dress and boosted my confidence when I thought I would look ridiculous. I am no "spring chicken" but was finally going to get to be a bride after being married 30 years! Janis made sure I looked "age appropriate" but still stunning :-)
The entire process was smooth sailing. I ordered my beautiful David Tutera "Seraphina" dress and is came in less than 6 months. I had 2 fittings with the "amazing" Marge and the dress fit me like a glove.
More importantly, they helped me find a dress that coordinated with my maid of honor with literally one week before the wedding for my daughter. We were not sure she would be able to attend, but she could at the last minute and somehow they had a dress in the shop that with some "marge magic" worked perfectly.
You cant even tell the 2 dresses aren't the same exact color. Yvonne and Eva dried my tears and made me feel like everything would be ok- and they were right!

I had an absolutely wonderful expirence shopping for my wedding dress at Yvonne’s. Eva was beyond amazing! After showing her just a few pictures of the styles I was interested in she knew exactly what to pull. And after trying only six dresses I found the one! I went with my mother, my mother in law and my maid of honor and she made sure she took everyone’s opinions and suggestions into consideration. I can’t say enough good things about my expirence and I’m so excited to return for my fitting! AMAZING.

A wedding dress is a major decision for any bride. Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the first shop I went to and the only one I needed. Janice was outstanding. I told her what I thought I wanted, and what I thought I didn't wanted, from there she picked a few dresses. She asked what I liked and didn't like on each dress and would chose other dresses that fit that idea. Eventually all the pieces came together and I found the most perfect dress for me. The funny part is- it's exactly what I thought I didn't want and instead of pushing something else on me, Janice listened and guided me to this dress. It complimented me in every way. She matched the dress perfectly with a gorgeous veil and headband. I left there on cloud 9.

Over the next few month, the staff at Bridal Gallery managed to keep me calm as I called frequently, frantic over the status of my dress (because I was an impatient and stressed out bride, not because they did anything wrong).

The day came when I got the call that my dress had arrived and I set up my first fitting appointment. At my first fitting I was greeted by Yvonne who got my in my dress and set up for Marge. Marge was fabulous. She was able to complete my dress in 2 appointments and had me in and out both times. The dress fit me so perfectly.

The day of my last fitting I had mentioned I was nervous because I was about 2 weeks out and had no jewelry. I can't remember she name, but one of the girls spend the better part of an hour looking at multiple jewelry options until we had found the perfect match.

I am so appreciative for everyone at Bridal Gallery by Yvonne. I would recommend any Bride to go there. You were all amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Not only did I get my dress here, but I also got all (5) bridesmaid dresses and a dress for my mother in law. Everyone at the shop was so helpful and made our fittings so easy and exciting! The dresses were so beautiful and they even came in earlier than they were supposed too. My alterations were super quick and easy and made the dress look phenomenal!

I cannot say enough kind words about this bridal salon. I felt like they helped me every step of the way! The lady who helped me did an incredible job picking out the style that I was looking for and even offered her professional opinion when we asked for help. I had alterations done there. My dress had a low back so we made it very tight on my upper body, making me a little nervous, but the dress fit like a glove. Yvonne is AMAZING and is so good at her job! She actually helped design the dress I wore and I got so many compliments! They even provided me with a gift card to use towards preserving my dress (which they handle).

I can't say enough good things about Yvonne's. Not only was my wedding dress gorgeous but they helped me through an emergency with my bridesmaids dresses (which I ordered at another store, not Yvonnes which was first mistake, and never received them). Yvonne's worked with me when I only had 2 weeks left before my wedding, to get all the girls fitted and paid and new dresses ordered and altered. I expected it to be hectic and overwhelming. I had 2 weeks before my wedding and I had no idea what to do, no bridesmaids dresses and some pretty upset girls, and Yvonnes was my saving grace!!!! They were calm, helpful, responsive and just overall amazing!!!!

From the moment we walked in the shop they made me feel like a princess. We didn't even have an appointment, but were highly recommended to check them out by our event planner. After a long morning of terrible experiences at other bridal shops, we decided to stop in at Yvonnes. They suprisingly had an appointment within an hour for me. When we came back for the appointment they had the room set up beautifully with a dress I saw upon walking in all spread out and on display. I told Janice and Yvonne exactly what I was looking for and they brought me just that unlike the other places we had been to prior in the day. The dress sample I saw and fell in love with upon entering the store was not in my size and before I could even ask, Janice brought me the same dress minus some details the other one had, in a sample that was my size for me to try on. I instantly fell in love. I knew the one I saw first was going to be the one and sure enough it was. Being a plus size bride, they made me feel confortable, they had many dresses I could actually fit into and try on, and not once did I feel out of place. I went back with my bridesmaids and once again had an awesome experience. Two of my bridesmaids who are getting married fell in love with the experince while we were there and will deffinitly be back when it comes time for them to shop. Also, they have great knowlege as to what will look best with your dress. As a bride you make so many decisions,and they have made chossing the fine details like my veil and earing and head piece a breeze. It has been so smooth working with everyone at Yvonnes and I recommend them to every bride I meet.

OUTSTANDING! 2nd TO NONE!! From the moment I walked through the door the 1st appointment I was treated like a Queen. The boutique is quaint, clean, and the staff is personable. I was congratulated and we were escorted to a suite that was cozy and beautiful. The had an 8X10 frame that read "Welcome Marcella". I felt so special!!! They worked with me on price and came right out and stated they will not get offended if you go elsewhere for alterations as they are pricey. BUT then tell you to come back as they will press it for you in the days before your wedding day. Yvonne knows her business! She, along with the rest of her staff put their clients 1st and treat you and your bridal party/family like you are a member of their family!

My experience at Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was absolutely great! I had such a great experience looking for my wedding dress here. They had a great selection and were able to show me dresses that met everything I was looking for. They helped me pick out perfect accessories. After I purchased my dress, they were able to provide alterations in house which was great. I got my wedding gown at Yvonne's and it truly was a perfect fit. I got it for a discounted price and it was the most beautiful wedding dress. The staff were very helpful during the entire process. On the last fitting day Yvonne herself was there to make sure everything with my dress was perfect and that it was. My husband and I live in Charlotte, North Caroilna - but got married back in Albany at Glen Sanders Mansion. I chose to purchase my dress in Albany at Yvonne's because I figured it would be easier to have my dress locally - rather than worry about traveling back to New York with it - or even trying to find a trusted wedding dress store in my new city of Charlotte. And I am so happy with my decision to go with Yvonne's. I found my dress after just one appointment - and from that point forward, they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. After purchasing my dress, my biggest concern was alterations - typically a bride would have multiple fittings several weeks out from the wedding date. Being that I was in Charlotte and couldn't make that many trips to New York so close to the wedding, they were able to work around my schedule and alter my entire dress in 48 hours - the week of the wedding. I was definitely nervous about that idea - but as soon as I had the first fitting on with Marge (the seamstress) and Linda (the consultant), they instantly put me at ease. They both worked with such confidence, that I had no doubt my dress would be ready. I had my first fitting on Tuesday before my wedding that Saturday, and I went back on Thursday evening to pick it up. It was such an incredible transformation! Marge was a miracle worker. It's not easy to alter a lace wedding dress to begin with, and she did it in two days with absolute perfection. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, and I'll never forget the way I looked and felt on my wedding day.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Yvonne's. The dress I chose was actually the first dress that I tried on but I tried on about 15. I enjoyed working with the employees there so much and they made me feel so comfortable. I worked personally with Janice and she truly listened to my style choices and tried to cater to them. She also had wonderful suggestions for other dress styles as comparisons and also for embellishments/accessories. I did not need to go to any other dress store. I said yes to the dress that day and haven't looked back! I enjoyed the service there so much that my Nana, Mom and Maid of Honor bought their gowns there as well. The atmosphere of the bridal salon was so peaceful. They go out of their way to bring you to imagining yourself on your wedding day. You are brought in to a private room decorated with a welcome sign personalized for the bride... With a hanging gown and bouquet for effect. You have a satin robe to change into as if this was your wedding day. You are not pressured to make a decision and they work with the bride till you are happy. They work with you financially. They also sent a very personal hand written thank you card days later. I would recommend them to any bride.

I initially went to Yvonne's with my mother and two of my closest friends so that I could have the "experience" of trying on dresses while drinking mimosas and feeling like a true bride-to-be. I had not planned on finding a dress that I would completely fall in love with that day. It was a wonderful overall experience. I was pressed for time to get alterations once the dress was delivered and Yvonne herself took it off of the delivery truck and into the dressing room, on to me, and then the alterations were done in 2 days. It was so relieving to know I could depend on them. I would definitely recommend this vendor for a true bride-to-be experience!

I took my bridal party out to the Albany area to shop for their dresses and were hugely disappointed by the first place we went to. Frazzled and stressed we decided to stop by Yvonne's to see if we could get in without an appointment. We were greeted with kindness and open arms, a HUGE relief! Yvonne's had a fantastic selection of bridesmaid dresses with many different styles and colors. The girls were able to pick out and try on dresses to their hearts content, with staff nearby to answer any questions. Yvonne's was very accommodating with payment and providing step by step instructions for the girls who live out of town. I cannot recommend Yvonne's highly enough!

From the moment I called Bridal Gallery by Yvonne I was pleased. Out of all the bridal shops I contacted to make appointments, they were the only ones that gave me additional information over the phone. They told me the starting prices of the dresses, what to expect for my first time dress shopping, and how many people they recommend bringing.
As the day approached to dress shop I became incredibly nervous about shops not having my size (I'm considered plus size) or style. The first bridal shop I went to only had about 3 dresses for me; however, Yvonne's blew that number out of the water. They pulled out so many dresses for me to try on it was overwhelming (in a GREAT way though!). I loved nearly every dress that was pulled for me by my consultant, Janice. She even pulled a dress that I didn't think I would like and I ended up with that dress!
Anyways, not only was the shop neat and clean, but I was in a private room which was great. In addition to this Janice was amazing. She alone made the experience what it was. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and just plain kind. She was this way not only with me (the bride) but with my 7 people that I brought! She listened to their opinions and what they were looking to see me in.
I ended up canceling my other appointments for the day simply because how wonderful this experience was. I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop and Janice. I walked out with the biggest smile on my face, a dress, veil and headband all for a great price!
This shop is wonderful and Janice is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop.
Lastly, I had brought all 5 of my bridesmaids and they had such a good experience, they said that they were going to be going there when they were ready for their wedding dress shopping. :)

I went to about 5 or 6 dress places looking for my wedding gown, but Yvonne's was it. They had a great selection of gowns, from all different styles. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their dresses; what would look good on my body type, etc. Their dresses had a good price range also. My dress started out strapless with a zipper back, and lots of tulle at the bottom. However, I decided to make a few changes to it like adding straps, turned the zipper into a corset back, and removed multiple layers of tulle. Yvonne would actually come in to my fittings/appointments and help out, give suggestions, or just tell me how great I looked! The woman who did the alterations was also very sweet and accommodating, with a lot of talent! The awesome part is they cap their alterations at a certain point, which was great for me bc I was making changes right up until about two days before my wedding! It was a beautiful place to have worked with, including the gowns and staff, and I am so happy I chose them to dress me for my special day.

Absolutely blown away by the service, attention to detail and timeliness for alterations. I had a destination wedding and everyone at the Bridal Gallery put forth every effort to make my wedding dress complete by the time I departed. The Bridal Gallery is simply amazing, elegant and a step above the rest. I purchased the most amazing wedding dress, the dress of my dreams and because of the entire staff at Bridal Gallery they made my dreams possible.

I'm so glad I found my dress at Yvonne's. I had a great experience trying on dresses; the staff is friendly and not at all pushy. Once I found my dress, Yvonne was super accommodating with scheduling my fittings since I live out of town. I purchased a sample dress and they did a fantastic job making it look brand new. I can't say enough good things about Yvonne and her team.

I am so thrilled with the services at the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne. The place is cute and quaint and everything you could want when looking for the perfect gown. They were so very helpful, and the staff was very accommodating. Their selection of dresses (and prices) are great. I found my dream dress right in my price range. As for the fitting, the seamstress was absolutely wonderful. She did an amazing job. My dress was fully lace, so the work she did was very complicated. However, the dress fit me like a glove, and she literally was sowing it on me during our last fitting, making it perfect!

Janice was my sales person, I didn't give her too much to work with but she nailed it with the first dress I tried on. I took the dress and didn't plan on getting alterations,10 days before my wedding I went to a local tailor to get the back taken out a bit as it was a bit snug, she proceeded to tell me I needed a different dress and I left in tears. My sister/maid of honor called Yvonne who told me to come right down. I was frantic thinking I needed another dress, because I was too fat. Well Yvonne and the seamstress took one look and said not to worry. The dress was let out and flawless I felt beautiful on my wedding day and due to all the stress it ended up being a little big on the big day :) I can not say enough at how WONDERFUL Yvonne and her team were to work with. Word of advice, don't try skimping on the alterations...they know what they are doing at Yvonnes!

The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne is such a wonderful place to shop for your wedding dress. Every time that I went in there they were so professional and accommodating. I worked with Janice to pick out my gown. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I got down to two dresses and kept trying them both on and she had no problem with the back and forth.
My mom, sister (maid of honor), and cousins (bridesmaid and flower girl) also got their gowns here. All of their gowns came out beautiful also.
All of our alterations came out perfect too. I ordered beaded cap sleeves for my gown and the beading had come loose and Yvonne sent them back out to be fixed as soon as she saw it. I never had to worry about it because it was already taken care of and they came out beautifully! The woman who did our alterations and the woman who helped get me into my gown during the alterations were extremely nice also. I feel terrible because I can't remember their names and they deserve to be recognized.
I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne! If I ever need another formal gown this is where I intend to go!!

Yvonne is amazing. I had picked a dress that she had custom made herself. It was stunning and comfortable. She worked with my mom and I to make sure all the tailoring was done in advance and if we still needed to make some changes she was extremely flexible in accommodating ( I live in NYC so she always made appointment acceptations for me which was great). I would recommend Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to any bride looking for a non pressure, large selection shop.

I bought my wedding gown, veil, strapless bra, and jewelry at the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne.I also purchased all of the bridesmaids' dresses from here.The facility with very nice and has private rooms for the brides and their families while trying on dresses. This was such a nice experience after going to other bridal shops and having to try in dresses in front of many other people, inviting unwanted comments from strangers. I mostly worked with Janice who was fantastic. She was very friendly and professional. My only complaint is regarding the alterations. She did a fantastic job and the dress fit well, but she was very pricey and I was required to pay all in cash, which is expecting a lot when the alterations were almost $700. As far as the bridesmaids' dresses the process was very easy. My girls were all from out of town and were able to get measurements taken elsewhere and e-mail or fax the measurements along with the dress selection and payment. Once the dresses arrived I mailed them to each girl who was then able to get them altered at their convenience near home. I would definitely recommend this vendor when looking for dresses.

I loved Bridal Gallery by Yvonne! I had such a great experience looking for dresses there after a terrible experience at another store. The workers at Yvonne's are so nice not to mention very responsive and flexible. I bought my dress from Yvonne's and all of my bridesmaids got there dresses there. My mom also bought her dress from Yvonne's and had major problems (due to the manufacturer) and Yvonne's handled it amazingly and took it into their own hands to make sure my mom was accommodated and everything was right. Great service, great people, great place!!!!!!!

I purchased my bridal gown here and my bridesmaids and mom got their dresses here as well. This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and I found my gown that day. My dress was truly one of a kind and fit my figure and personality perfectly. I had my fittings here as well and I was not disappointed with the end product. I've gotten several prom dresses at Yvonne's & I always knew in my mind I would find my wedding dress here! From the moment I scheduled my appointment at a bridal show, to walking into the shop for my appointment. Janice was the greatest!! She knew EXACTLY what I wanted! It only took me 7 dresses to find the one. My family and I were so comfortable the entire time which made it that much better. After all was said and done, I walked out of there with the PERFECT dress, an embellished belt, lace cathedral veil, David Tutera pearl necklace & bracelet all for a fabulous price! My experience at the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was very exceptional. Yvonne's was my first and only choice to look at and try on dresses. I have heard many great things about Yvonne's, so when I got engaged, there was no doubt Yvonne's was the place to go. You have your own consultant and own private bridal suite. Your consultant will talk to you about you like/want/need and your budget. I bought in a sketch of a dress that my Grandmother drew long ago. My consultant took it with her and bought a few dresses forward that resembled the dress and ultimately we are going to take a little of this and a little of that to custom make my dress. I am very excited for it to come in! Both my mother and mother-in-law purchased their dresses from Yvonne's, as well as all my bridesmaids. Their service is great, their staff is so helpful, and the experience you get being there is beyond any "big box" bridal store.

The staff at Yvonnes was great,I went in after trying on dresses at 2 other places and I hadnt found anything that I loved. I brought all my girls in and my mom not thinking I would find my dress but I did, it was the last dress I tried on and I got that "feeling" you get when you know its the one,it was a Cerrafina and I received so many compliments on it!! My husband Ryan and I were married on 6/8/13. I bought my dress from Bridal Gallery by Yvonne. The dress was a Maggie Sattero named Priscella and tt was one the first and only dresses I tried on. My mother and mother in law also purchased their dresses there. All of our dresses came in a great time frame and alterations for all the dresses came out beautiful. I recieved so many wonderful comments on all of our dresses. The ladies at Bridal Gallery by Yvonne are very professional, helpful and really care about what you will be picking for your special day. Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the third and last place that I visited when looking for the perfect wedding gown. I fell in love with an absolutely beautiful David Tutera dress. The staff at Yvonne's made the whole process very easy. They were always so friendly and helpful with each visit to the store. The in-house seamstress is wonderful and flawlessly altered my dress. The accessories at the store are absolutely beautiful, too, and I was able to buy a bracelet, earrings, and necklace that matched my dress perfectly. I would highly recommend the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to anyone!

Loved Bridal Gallery by Yvonne and am so happy I went there for my wedding dress!! I was very nervous trying on wedding dresses since I'm not a perfect size and was afraid I wouldn't be able to try anything on. One of my bridesmaids convinced me to bite the bullet and just go! Regretfully, we went to 2 other places before Yvonne's and one of which had me try on dresses that were too small and try to convince me they looked great! Even though I was uncomfortable, I had to leave the dressing room and stand in the middle of the store for everyone to see standing in a dress too small for me. It was a nightmare for a first time bride and way too much for someone scared at trying on dresses!
Needless to say, Yvonne's was NOTHING LIKE THAT!!! They have private dressing rooms so it's just you and your guests, a consultant, a changing area, a pedestal and a wall mirror - right away I felt more comfortable than I did at any other place. Our consultant was so sweet!! I went there initially because there was a specific dress I wanted to try on and they had it - it was a Maggie dress and after trying it on I wasn't convinced I loved it like in the pictures. The consultant went in the back and brought out 5 other dresses that fit my style (corset ball gown) AND MY SIZE! I was so pleased to try on dresses that were actually my size or even bigger - it definitely made me feel more at ease. Once I tried on the Maggie Victoriana dress I was sold! It was stunning and I was so happy the consultant pulled it! Exactly what I was looking for!
The alterations were easy and It came out perfect and my experience there was nothing short of remarkable!
Thank you Yvonne! Everyone at your shop is incredibly friendly and accommodating! I would recommend any bride to go there - especially if you are nervous like I was - the shop is so comfortable and the staff is very helpful, especially Yvonne!

My mom and I went to Yvonne's to look for a Mother of the Bride dress. The store had one of the biggest selections of MOB dresses in the area! There were many dresses to choose from and the samples were in sizes that the average middle-aged woman could easily fit into.

Our sales consultant, Hillary, was amazing! She listened to the details of the wedding and picked out some great dresses to try on. She was very honest in her opinions and gave many helpful suggestions.

The store didn't look very special from the outside, but the quality of service definitely made up for that.

The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the best part of my wedding planning process! At my first visit to the store, I fell in love with a dress, but felt I needed to look at a few more shops (big mistake, ladies!). Once I decided on that dress, I looked online only to find that the price of the gown at the Bridal Gallery was either equal to or cheaper than what is was selling for online. Of course, I did order the gown at the Bridal Gallery and received excellent customer service every time I visited. When it came time for alterations, I decided I wanted to add some extra detail to the bodice and change the look of the straps. I was worried it would be too much to do and cost me a fortune, but the price was more than reasonable, and the work was amazing! The Bridal Gallery has the best seamstress around, she was able to make my vision a reality and was there to make sure I was happy. I have recommended the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to all of my engaged friends, and will continue to do so!

Bridal Gallery By Yvonne was the first and last place I looked for a wedding dress. The store is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that they have separated and large dressing rooms for each individual bride. You always feel like you have thier undivided attention. As we cam near the day of my wedding, I called Yvonne and stressed that I thought I made the wrong decision choosing the veil I did. She reassured me that it was the right choice and that it matched my dress perfectly. I bought a Maggie Sattaro dress (Sabelle) and I thought they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Yvonnes to anyone.

The bridal Gallery went above and beyond for me. The staff is great and yvonne is super sweet. They custom made my gown for me and when it came in, I hated it. So yvonne and her seamstress basically remade my entire dress for free until I loved it. They are amazing here and I cannot say enough good things about them and their beautiful gowns

I was incredibly impressed by speed and quality of service at Yvonne's. Each time we went, whether it was slow or packed to the ceiling with prom-goers, mothers of the bride and flower girls, the staff was available for questions but never pushy or hovering. One of my bridesmaids had to be out of the country for work for the month and a half before my wedding, only coming back into the country the day before. Because we weren't able to get her fitted before she left, Yvonne made us an appointment the morning before the wedding to get her fitted. I was more than a little concerned about this, especially considering the fact that it was a floor-length dress that we were having taken up to the knee. But true to their word, they got it done in an astonishing 3 hours, and it looked perfect.

This was an amazing experience. Everything made me feel like a princess. I really enjoyed the experience and my dress was absolutley gorgeous. I never wnated to take it off. They were so helpful, it was great at Yvonne's.

The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne is by far the best place to go for your bridal gown! The service and professionalism was fantastic. I think the main reason the Bridal Gallery is the best place is simply because their store does not work on commission. Therefore, you get an relaxing experience that is no pressure. And if you need an honest opinion you can bet they will give it to you with no motives of their own.

They have these awesome private bridal suites that you get to work in to choose your gown. Also when you have any appointments to try your gown on you get to be in these rooms. It is far better then others stores itty bitty dressing rooms in front of a whole store full of people.

The alterations on my gown were perfect. They were very affordable and my dress had a custom fit and custom designed bustle just for my specific dress.

This is by far the best place to go for your wedding gown!!

This was the biggest decision in a brides life and also my easiest. I had tried on 40 dresses before I went to Yvonne's. I went in with photos of what I liked and our bridal consultant , Sue, went and found me a few dresses. The one that was just delivered that week as a new design was PERFECT for me and Sue said she knew that as soon as she saw me. The dress was the most beautiful wedding gown I have ever seen and the service was absolutely TOP NOTCH. the only problem we did encounter was that the crinolin I rented from them to go under the dress was not the correct one when we picked up the dress. They dont let you try it back on for the last time and it was way to long . I did not use and and my mother called them when I was on my honeymoon. They apologized refusely and even gave me $90.00 cupon towards preservation of my gown thru them which was greatly appreciated.

The staff at Bridal By Yvonne are what you dream of when searching for a wedding dress. The day we scheduled our time to search for dresses they had a separate room for me and my guests. They also had a nice personal sign in the room welcoming me and my family. The staff listened to my thoughts and came back with a few dresses to try on. The first dress I tried on was gorgeous. After trying on many more I decided I really liked the first dress. We left the store to go to our other appointment at another Bridal Salon in Albany. At that second salon I felt more like cattle or just another bride. After that second stop I called Bridal by Yvonne to see if there was any way I could stop back in the store before it closed that day as my family members who didn’t live in the area had to leave. They said of course we could come back and let me try on the dress again right before closing. It was the one! Fitting and alternations went great. We also got the brides maid dresses there as well. They were a lot higher quality than other places we looked and the prices were very good. I’m recommend Bridal By Yvonne if not just for their staff but the beautiful dress I got!

The girls at Yvonne were wonderful to work with. They had the best pricing for the bridesmaids dresses (after searching numerous dress vendors) and were extremely flexible about the different girls trying dresses on and coordinating pick up times. They are willing to ship the dresses out of state; however, they said it would be a $25 additional fee. They have a wide variety of Bill Levkoff dresses and are helpful in choosing styles that will fit all the girls in the bridal party or coordinating different dresses for each girl!

The people at the gallery were so nice. When I gave them an idea of what I wanted, the employees were able to pull dresses fitting my description. I said yes to my dress on the second one I relied on. In addition Yvonne was incredible. She gave some wonderful input and was able to find and order the headpiece and veil I wanted immediately.

Yvonne's was the first store I went to and the third dress that I tried on was... THE DRESS!! Janice was my consultant and she really listened to what I was looking for and pulled the perfect dress for me. I was a little nervous and indecisive so they stayed open late for me that night so I could bring my Dad back in with me to see the dress and give the OK for making the big purchase. What other bridal shop would do that?!
We were in a bit of a time crunch (7 months before the wedding date!) but Yvonne's promised that they would able to get the dress in time and that everything would be ready. They delivered big time!! My dress arrived a month before the wedding and Yvonne took the time to email with me to schedule the best times to come in for fittings and to try on veils because I had changed my mind about the first veil I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised that Yvonne was there when I came in for the fitting and she sat with me to make sure that I was happy with everything! She had so much patience as I was trying to decide on the veil.
The seamstress did a fabulous job and the dress fit me perfectly!! I also purchased my belt and pale pink customized Angela Nuran shoes through Yvonne's. They were also able to sew a piece of my mom's dress inside my dress so I could have her close to my heart on my wedding day. Definitely stop in to this shop - you won't be disappointed!!!

I choose Yvonne’s because I had two friends find their wedding dresses there and loved it. Yvonne’s was the second store I went to when I was on the hunt for my dress. The prices were a little higher than the store we had just visited, however the quality of the dresses were so much higher; plus we had our own dressing room and didn’t have to share our sales rep with anyone else. During that first visit the sale rep kept bringing out dresses that really weren’t me, and she seem to get a little snippy with my family that was just there to help, but once I really voiced my opinion she seem to understand and we found the perfect dress! I LOVE this dress! It fit my wedding and my personality to a T.

The store as a whole was wonderful though and really worked with me since I was planning my wedding from CA and wasn't making too many trips back before the wedding. After alterations my dress was amazing! I have already and will continue to recommend Yvonne’s for dress shopping!

I found my perfect dress at bridal gallery by yvonne. I told them my budget was under $1000 and they said that although most of their dresses are over that price point, they still found me almost 10 dresses to try on! They had a sample dress from the year before and as soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one. It is 100% silk - the fabric alone is worth more than I paid for the whole dress! They even took a bolero that I bought online and altered it to fit perfectly with the dress.

Yvonne was fantastic. She goes out of her way to ensure that her customers are satisfied. The dresses are beautiful and the dressing rooms are huge! You recieve a lot of attention and really feel like a bride. They managed to alter my dress to make it 10 sizes smaller because it was discontinued and only had a sample size which was way too big. The seemstress is a miracle worker! Bridal Gallery was by far the nicest place that I visited during my dress search.

Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was great. I loved the selection of dresses I had when I tried them on, and had great customer service. They were very responsive and helpful when I was asking about my dress and shoes and when they would arrive. The alterations went well, although I felt it was a little pricey. However, the dress fit great, and everyone loved it.

I love the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne! The entire team made sure I was completely happy with my dress and accessories -- and they couldn't have done a better job. My dress was perfect, a dream. I picked out my dress a year before, so when I went to look for a new dress 6-weeks before the wedding in a moment of panic, Yvonne and her team patiently worked with me and they were right when they reassured me I had already found the perfect dress.
It was a pleasure working with Yvonne and I highly recommend the Bridal Gallery.

Yvonne's was only the 2nd bridal shop I went to looking for my wedding gown and they had exactly what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful through the whole process and were always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my wedding gown from Bridal Gallery by Yvonne and the process (which I've heard can be grueling) was so easy! Not only was I lucky enough to find my gown on my first trip, but the selection was amazing. The staff was very attentive and really listened to what I was looking for in my dress. I live out of town and had very limited days/times that I could come back for fittings but that was not an issue, they worked very hard and did an amazing job with alterations and getting the dress ready for my big day.

I grew up in upstate NY, but currently live in Maryland. I went there during Christmas/New Year's break from work thinking I would just go look at some dresses with my parents, but I ended up finding my dress! I had wanted a dress with a one shoulder strap so they added one for me and I loved it.They were flexible with the dress fittings and alterations since I live down in MD. I had gotten so many compliments on my dress and even the videographer commented that he loved my dress and said it was the most unique one he has seen (and he said he seen a ton).
I would recommend any bride to go there.

This was the first boutique I looked in for a wedding dress, and fell in love! All of the employees were so helpful and really knew what I was looking for!

The only downfall was the days you could make an appointment for alterations, but they did a great job!

The staff is the best! Never felt rushed and were happy to allow the wedding party to interject their thoughts on each dress. I would hightly recommend this gallery.
