Every cake is custom.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
Fresh, Delicious, fruits in season if possible, pastry cream, mouth watering moist cake and frosting. We use some of the best tasting fondants on the market.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Wedding cakes are prepared fresh the week of your wedding.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
3 sometimes 4 but I never want to be a baker that mass produces wedding cakes.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes, and I suggest Fresh By CarryAnn,Sutton's Florist, Rhonda Patten Designs and Brocade Designs.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We have two cake stands. One 22 inch round and One 18 inch square. they rent for $25.00 each plus a $50.00 refundable deposit.
We rent out Rent A Cakes.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes, delivery is free to most areas in Nashville and then 25.00-100.00 based on how far we go.
