At Eleven Eleven Artisan Cakes, we believe your wedding cake should be more than dessert—it should be a piece of art created especially for your celebration.

Founded by cake artist Lexington Russo, Eleven Eleven Artisan Cakes was born from my lifelong love of art and a desire to turn that creativity into something people could enjoy during life’s most meaningful moments. I began my professional cake decorating experience at HomeStyle Bakery, where I developed my skills and discovered how much I loved bringing artistry into cake design.

After having my daughter, Oakleigh, I knew I wanted to continue pursuing my passion while also being present to watch her grow up. That inspired me to create Eleven Eleven Artisan Cakes—a home-based bakery where I can combine motherhood with my artistic background and create custom cakes made with intention for other families’ most special celebrations.

I specialize in one-of-a-kind wedding and celebration cakes featuring everything from romantic florals and elegant buttercream textures to hand-painted artwork, vintage piping, sculptural elements, and completely custom designs. I work closely with each couple to create something that reflects their vision, personality, and wedding style.

Based in the Nashville area, we proudly offer wedding cake delivery anywhere in Tennessee. Delivery is $50 within 10 miles. For locations more than 10 miles away, delivery starts at $60 plus $2 per additional mile, calculated round trip. Each wedding cake is transported with care to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully for your celebration.
