Beautiful inn right in the heart of the Lakes Region. The owners are so patient and so easy to work with! If you are looking for a unique venue with a lot included, this is the place!

We enjoyed a wonderful, warm, family, wedding at the Black Swan Inn. My son and daughter-in-law rented the inn for the entire wedding party for the whole weekend. It was like having a wedding in your own home. We were so comfortable and relaxed. The inn is beautiful and the perfect setting for a wedding. The owners and their staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us.
We didn't want it to end!!! My husband and I can't wait to go back!

We found ourselves at the Black Swan Inn. It was awesome. The owners were cool as hell and the place was beautiful (read; we didn't have to do much decorating). AND, I was so scared there would be a blizzard on my date that, they offered to block off the following weekend in case we had to cancel.
Wedding was in February, a completely in-door affair; so could only fit 38/40 for in-door sit down. Trish -owner- offered options like renting a tent or doing a coctail-style reception that could fit more but we declined. She was great about answering my calls and texts as RSVPs came in. She met me at the Inn a few times just to move around furniture and see what would work.
The wedding weekend package included, among other things, all the rooms and grounds Friday to Sunday, breakfast, tables, chairs, china, cutlery, place settings, linens (if we chose to use theirs). I'm not sure that's standard, our guest list was so small that they had enough on-hand but a 150 person wedding might not be so easy to accomodate.
We ended up going with our own vendors except for the pianist. Yup. This place has a piano and happens to know a really cool piano player. As soon as we saw it we knew we'd never hire a DJ. He was the only reccommended vendor we used but he was great and I am SO RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY that Trish hooked us up with him.
We packed our parents and bridal party into the rooms. Checkin was Friday at 3pm, but they let us come early to set up. Their employee, Britany, was there to check us in and get us started. Trish and John came later and helped lug tables/chairs (which they provided) in and out.
