We got married this past November at Indian Head and truly had an amazing experience! Rebecca and her team were outstanding. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to deal with from our first meeting to the last minutes of our reception she really delivered our perfect wedding. The whole staff at Indian head top to bottom did an incredible job. No request went unfulfilled. We couldn’t have been happier with the level of service we got all weekend. The food is amazing and they dont let you leave hungry. We did a rehearsal dinner and after party along with the reception and it was all delicious. They have a wide variety to fit anyone’s tastes. The ceremony area and reception hall’s views of Shadow lake and the White Mountains are breathtaking and made for some really amazing pictures and video. If your considering a white mountain wedding definitely give Rebecca a call . You won’t be disappointed. Ask about the fireworks too.

Their team had great communication, let us view the space multiple times in advance even after booking (we booked 2 years in advance), and really made sure our day went smoothly! Stacy was our coordinator and we want to specifically give her a shout out for her energy, comitment, and professionalism to make sure we weren't stressed out, knew what to expect, and what was available to us. 😀 What made us choose Loon was that it was nearly an all inclusive package. It had the summit for the ceremony with built in seating, it had the octogon lodge for the reception or for use in the event of bad weather, and everything you needed for a meal with no further rentals (table, chairs, table cloths, plates,...etc.). The food was great! We heard wonderful things about the meals from the guests afterwards and Loon was very accommodating of dietary restrictions / allergies. It was weird to not be able to do a tasting in advance, so it was a relief everything came out delicious. Overall, we had such a great time and couldn't imagine our wedding anywhere else! My husband and I could not be happier with our choice in venue! When we booked the Riverwalk it was still under construction, but we trusted their vision and are so grateful we did. Given that the resort is in such a great location, many of our guests chose to come up a day early and make a little vacation weekend out of it. All of them commented on the large amount of amenities in the resort itself, how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout the weekend, and how nice the rooms were, most of which have very picturesque views. In terms of the wedding itself, the ballroom and cocktail hour room were both beautiful. But what makes the Riverwalk truly great is their wedding coordinator Debi, she is incredible! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and on the weekend of the wedding she helped set up and took care of all the little details so I didn't have to worry about anything. It was clear to us that while the Riverwalk is still new, Debi and her crew are well versed in event coordinating. She even set aside 10 minutes for my husband and I to have a moment to ourselves after the ceremony with some champagne and a charcuterie board, which we both thought was a very nice touch! We are so grateful to everyone at the Riverwalk for making our wedding weekend amazing, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

You can’t beat the views of getting married on the summit of a mountain. The ceremony was perfect and the reception at the base of the mountain was perfect as well. The Mountain Club on Loon makes it so easy for you, with catering done there as well as including a cake in the wedding package. It really helped to take the stress of. It’s also nice having the hotel right there, guest didn’t have to worry about driving home after and a nights stay is included for the bride and groom. Overall we had a great experience getting married here! Highly recommend!!
