Looking back, I honestly don’t know how we would’ve pulled off our wedding without Connie. Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming, but she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that helped us breathe through the chaos. She didn’t just manage the logistics, she genuinely cared. She took time to understand what was important to us and never made us feel like we were asking too much. Her attention to detail, quick responses, and steady presence gave us peace of mind throughout the whole journey. We always felt heard, never rushed, and completely supported. The day itself was everything we hoped for, and more. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our loved ones. We’re deeply grateful for all the heart and hard work Connie put in. She made our day feel truly meaningful.

Jewel was an absolute godsend on my wedding day! She was so organized, on the ball, and kept everyone on track throughout the entire day. Our wedding on 10/25/25 was amazing and a huge success. Engaging with Nicole and The Ever Co was one of the best decisions we made and ensured our wedding planning to execution to day-of arrangements, was seamless and stressless. I cannot thank Nicole and her team enough for everything they did for us. Highly recommend The Ever Co, who will make your wedding the one you've always dreamed of. Nicole is terrific to work and partner with, bringing a plethora of experience to the table- to ensure every detail is thought through, your timeline works for not just you as the Bride/Groom and bridal party, but also for your vendors. She helped bring my wedding vision to life - and we're still basking in the glow of a terrific evening.

I couldn’t have asked for a better event planner/day-of coordinator and decorator. She was personable, efficient, and genuinely fun to have around on such an important day. She truly made my vision come to life while also keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I especially appreciated how thoughtful she was about helping cut costs wherever possible without sacrificing the look or feel of the day. I had the pleasure of working Tokki Wedding and Events for a few events during my wedding celebrations. From start to finish, I didn’t have to think about a single detail — and yet, every moment felt so personal and perfectly tailored to me. Suzy brought together all the people I love most in a setting that was fun, beautiful, and completely stress-free. I felt celebrated, relaxed, and truly seen. It’s rare to find someone who can take your vision and turn it into reality without needing constant input, but she did just that with grace and creativity. I recently had an all-day Indian-American fusion wedding, and I cannot express enough how amazing Yasemin and her team were throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Yasemin was flexible, accommodating, and her design skills are unmatched—she truly made our dream wedding come to life. Over the two years we worked together, she got to know me so well on a personal level that she could instantly tell when something wasn’t my vibe or if I didn’t like something. Her assistant, Nicolet, was also incredible, always responding within minutes and bringing great energy. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. I highly recommend Yasemin and her team to anyone planning a wedding!

Susan was recommended to me by the Antique Loft in Hoboken, the venue where I recently had my daughter’s Quinceañera. From our very first phone conversation, I knew that Susan was going to be the perfect event planner for my daughter’s event. Susan is professional, responsive, personable, and very organized. She collaborated very well with the caterer, DJ, florist, and photographer. She went out of her way to make me, the stressed-out parent, feel completely supported. Everyone at the event commented on how smoothly everything ran, and how Susan was on top of everything. She gave thoughtful and well-researched advice and guidance when I asked for it, but was always respectful of our unique cultural traditions. I highly recommend Susan – she is an invaluable asset to anyone looking for help planning and executing an event!

Eileen was hands down the best money we spent on our entire wedding! She is warm, professional, and able to handle any situation thrown her way. We hired her as a “day of coordinator” but she was engaged way before the wedding day, meeting with us several months before to start building a timeline and to reach out to our vendors. Her timelines are impressively detailed and thorough, and she was able to make suggestions to ensure that we could include everything important to us. In the last 6 weeks before the wedding, she joined vendor calls and came in person to our walk through with the venue where she helped guide decisions on décor and menu. Leading up to the day, she handled most administrative tasks, coordinated timing/needs with our vendors, and ran our rehearsal. On the day of her wedding, Eileen and her assistant, Kris, ensured that everything ran smoothly and that my husband and I no longer had to “do the thinking.” We would highly recommend her services!

I am really happy that we used GK Events and Design as our wedding day of coordinator! Since we had 2 different locations for our ceremony and reception, having a team of 2 coordinators was a big plus for us. Gigi and Sandy were so helpful during the planning process - they answered questions, helped us brainstorm, coordinated with our other vendors to ensure that every detail was covered, and gave us feedback on our plans so that everything was perfect on our day. All of our decor was set up beautifully, and Gigi was a huge help with getting ready and making sure everyone looked their best. We were able to enjoy our whole wedding day with no worries of where to be or what to do, and our families were so grateful that they didn't have to worry about anything either. Our other vendors also had great feedback on working with them throughout the day. They were also truly just nice people and wonderful to be around - on such an important day of my life, I'm glad I had a patient, calm, and organized presence like Gigi by my side! GK Events and Design truly made our wedding day seamless and I'd absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for an event coordinator.
