Sue was incredible. We had a long day with a fairly complicated schedule and several locations, but Sue did a great job communicating and clearly understanding our logistics while providing helpful suggestions throughout the process. She was early to show up on our wedding day and helped us get everything we wanted out of our day both in terms of photography and beyond.
We actually found Sue at the recommendation of a close friend whose wedding we attended. Their photos also came out excellent, for the record.
Sue's photos for our wedding day were perfect. She helped us feel comfortable during posed shots as well as did a fantastic job getting candid shots of us and our guests that were truly delightful. She also did a great job capturing the venues and decor, various little memories throughout the day. When reviewing the photos she had taken of us, we constantly were saying "oh that's a great shot" and we were amazed at her ability to seemingly be everywhere at once (without us noticing!) to be able to achieve the shots she took.
Sue contributed more than just her photography skills. Her process helped us plan for what to expect for our day, what we might want to consider or reconsider, and she helped corral people for posed photos despite tight time constraints the day of our wedding. She was polite, fun, and energetic as well.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend hiring Sue to anyone. She's amazing.

Everything you want in a photographer
I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Sue Lynch. She is a very talented photographer, of course - the photos speak for themselves, but she is also everything else you need in a wedding vendor: warm, friendly, supportive, communicative, and professional. Sue brought so much creativity and enthusiasm to our offbeat wedding day, which was held in a tiny general store. She climbed on stacks of boxes to get shots of our ceremony, worked carefully to accommodate my brother-in-law's medical needs, and kept things moving without stressing us out, so we could enjoy our day. Before and after the wedding, Sue was responsive and thorough, and we got our photos so quickly. To put it simply, if she's not already booked for your wedding, you should snap her up ASAP!

A Wonderful Experience
Sue was amazing. She was so nice and easy to talk to. I had a few meetings with her on the phone before our wedding and told her what photos we knew we wanted the day of the wedding. I also told her that I wanted to get as many as we could done before the ceremony so that we could go to some of our cocktail hour and she made that happen. She sent us the photos a little less than two weeks after our wedding, which was much faster than I anticipated. All we keep saying is how wonderful every photo is; I can't pick out a favorite. I didn't really have any ideas on where or what type of pictures that I wanted, but Sue had great ideas and really took such incredible pictures. I can't say enough good things about not only her photos, but also how pleasant and nice she was to work with. She made the day so easy.

Amazing Photographer
Sue was absolutely incredible to work with! Before booking her, she took time to talk with us over the phone and get to know us and what we wanted out our day. We booked her immediately and we are so glad we did. She is extremely responsive and is very specific with timelines for communication and deadlines. About a month before the wedding, we ran through timeline of the day and discussed specific details. She does not miss anything! She takes into consideration family dynamics and small details that are important. The day of she was such a calming presence and followed through with all the details I requested. Sue took photos of the bridal party getting ready and her second photographer, Alyssa, took photos of the grooms party. The boys loved working with Alyssa and had a lot of fun with the pictures. We just received our wedding photos and they are absolutely incredible. They surpassed all my expectations! I cannot stop admiring them! I would recommend Sue to anyone. Out of all our vendors, she was the best to work with.

Look no further for photography
It was a pleasure working with Sue on our intimate wedding at Mistral restaurant. We had only communicated via email before the wedding day, but she understood what we needed and proceeded to get shots of everything we requested. She was communicative, quick, and professional. We were hardly aware that she was there. The images are beautiful!

Sue did a phenomenal job shooting our wedding! She was so organized, professional, and did such an amazing job capturing every moment of our special day. We had quite the photo list for formal photos, but Sue had everything handled and the social hour moved so smoothly. She is so quick and efficient! Backyard Wedding Photos
We kept a lot of our planning relatively last minute, so we thought finding a photographer that fit our needs and produced great work would be difficult. We contacted Sue and she got back to us right away! She was very communicative throughout the whole process, was very professional, and was open to anything we wanted to do. She did an awesome job managing our guests on the day - we had a backyard wedding so it was more relaxed, but Sue went above and beyond to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. The final photos came back and we couldn't be happier! They are not over-edited, so they look very natural with great lighting. She also did a great job ensuring the backgrounds looked good, even though we didn't have the best background scenery in our yard. I'd highly recommend choosing Sue!

Wonderful Photographer!
We hired Sue for both our engagement session and our wedding and we could not have made a better choice! She is a very talented photographer and we loved how our photos came out. Neither my husband nor I are particularly comfortable in front of the camera but Sue guided us through all of our formal pictures and they look so natural! She was also extremely communicative and organized the day of the wedding, as well as throughout the entire planning process. Additionally, we had to change our venue once and our date twice due to the pandemic and she was extremely flexible and more than willing to work with us. Hiring Sue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She is responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely professional. She even got our pictures back to us within a week of the wedding! We truly can't say enough good things about our experience working with Sue. She was AMAZING for both our engagement photos and our entire wedding day. Beautiful Work & Incredible Time Management
Wedding wire helped me choose Sue Lynch Photography and my husband and I couldn't be anymore grateful we chose her!
We booked Sue and her assistant photographer for our January 1st wedding at the Publick House in Sturbridge. She had been to the venue before in the winter so, I was hopeful she'd know the different photo spots well.
From top to bottom, Sue was incredibly well prepared and ready for any last minute changes!
She followed the list of photos we desired, to a "T." And we even finished the photos a few minutes early, so we were able to grab some extras.
Her talent for finding the light in the dark of evening is impeccable. I can't wait to hang up some of our photos in our future home. Her work is beautiful and speaks for itself!

We had a wonderful experience with Sue from the first communication through the wedding. After interviewing several photographers, we had a call schedule with Sue and we both knew after a few minutes of talking with her that she was the right fit. We got to work with her before the big day for our engagement photos, which turned out beautiful. Neither of us are big on having our picture taken, but she made us feel comfortable and it felt like a friend was just there taking pictures of us, so we knew she would be perfect for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Sue was very responsive to questions and super understanding when we had to postpone our date and change venues. When postponing, we had several dates to choose from, but we specifically chose our date because it was one that she was still available on. The day of the wedding, it started to rain just in time for our first look/portraits. Sue handled the situation perfectly and also kept our families organized and herded to where they needed to be. We ended up with so many beautiful portraits as well as tons of amazing candids from the night. We really cannot recommend Sue enough and will definitely be using her for any future photography needs.

Diligent and passionate!
We had the opportunity to find Sue in a directory online. We loved her work and set up a call to discuss our plans further.
It didn't take us long to realize that Sue was the photographer we wanted to work with. She has a wonderful knowledge of her equipment and a limitless diligence when it comes to making sure the right personnel are included in the right photos.
We agreed to work with Sue and had a great photo session prior to our ceremony and reception with our party, which was not small in size or complexity. She managed the situation well and directed the audience nicely, and checked off each photo as she took them.
We knew the end results would be great when, after our ceremony, she ran over to us and mentioned there was just enough light in the sky for a few photos outside. She grabbed her flashbulb and positioned us to maximize the remaining light and capture us in a new setting. Her passion for her art and her recognition of a good photo opportunity really emerged, and we can't be more thankful to have worked with her.

Saved the rainy day!
Sue did both our engagement and wedding photos. I highly recommend working with her!! She put everyone at ease and got us laughing so we had genuine, natural smiles. One of my favorite wedding photos happened because Sue was flexible and creative in the moment: During the wedding, we had planned to go on the venue's roof to take some photos, but it was pouring down rain and we couldn't go up for safety reasons. Sue, thinking on her feet, took us outside and got photos of us with this umbrella under the street light. They looked fantastic!! Flexible, professional, and understanding
When we hired Sue to shoot our wedding we never thought a pandemic would come along and cause us to completely change our plans. When it came time to start rescheduling our wedding reception to 2021, I knew there was the possibility some of our original vendors would be booked already. After the amazing job Sue did with our engagement photos, I knew no matter what we needed to reschedule around Sue's availability. Luckily we were able to do so, and we also were able to book her to shoot our mini-wedding on our original date!
Not only is Sue talented, but she's also incredibly detail-oriented and she made sure to keep the day running on schedule (that's harder than it sounds when you are trying to be your own wedding coordinator). She made sure to get our first look done before a huge rainstorm swept through, and quickly found alternative locations to shoot our formal photos when we realized the ground was too wet to take them at a nearby farm as planned. We only had Sue for a few hours, but she sent us back over 500 photos! We are so happy that we were able to work with Sue for our small wedding, and we can't wait to work with her again in 2021!

Working with Sue was so much more than having a photographer with us to document our special day. She is incredibly talented, thoughtful, intuitive and reliable. She makes whatever photos you want happen, and is willing to go to any lengths to get those perfect shots. Whether candid or posed, she will provide you with beautiful photos that truly encompass your day. She was there first thing in the morning to get the “getting ready” shots, but she was also there to offer us support with making sure things went smoothly and helped calm our nerves (mine especially!) and did a perfect job capturing every special moment. Patient, personable, professional
We contacted almost a dozen professionals during our search for our wedding photographer. We started off reaching out to recommendations from friends and found someone with great pricing and excellent finished shots. Despite the bargain and excellent final results, after meeting with him, we decided we couldn't work with his personality. For such a momentous occasion as our wedding, it wasn't worth it to us to make a compromise.
After a number of emails with folks all over the Boston area that were already booked or charged twice as much for half as long, we ended up reaching out to Sue. She was the last photographer we met with and we loved her photos, her rates, and her candor.
We have some difficult family members on one side of the family. This was our one concern working with Sue, but everything worked out quite well the day of!
We had a charming afternoon doing a wet, overcast engagement shoot with Sue in the fall. We'd highly suggest taking the time to get familiar with her and her style (or any photographer for that matter) with a shoot before the main event. Photos were delivered quickly and to our surprise, they were all wonderful and bright! While the day was dreary, these photos were anything but. We enjoyed Sue's quick thinking, willingness to listen to what we want, and adapt to what we had to work with during that shoot. After seeing the results from that day, we knew we made a great choice.
As far as the experience working with Sue on the day of the wedding, she was again patient, flexible, demonstrated a great eye for detail, and abundant creativity. Some of the more artistic shots were pleasant surprises when we got the photos back (which were delivered to us much quicker than expected, by the way). We also barely noticed Sue running around taking shots from every which way.
From start to finish, Sue was highly responsive, thorough, patient, and professional. We have nothing but good things to say about her and the experience working with her and would not hesitate to recommend her to others or work with her again.

Professional, organized, friendly, creative and talented
As soon as I had my first conversation with Sue, I knew she was going to be the perfect photographer. She made my husband and I feel comfortable, had great communication and went above and beyond creating the perfect schedule for our wedding day. She had the perfect medium of listening to our ideas and suggesting some of her own (which we took since she has years of experience). We did our engagement pictures with Sue a year before the wedding, she captured our love perfectly. She suggested the Arnold Arboretum which was the perfect place for our pictures, it was a simple, beautiful, less touristy park. Taking engagement pictures seemed like such an awkward thing to us, but she made it fun! She even incorporated our 2 dogs into our pictures and was patient with their fussiness. On the day of our wedding, she was efficient, organized but wasn't in your face with the camera and allowed us to enjoy our wedding. She not only got all of the pictures we wanted, she also captured so many amazing candid moments. Sue shot our wedding by herself (100 people) and managed to get all the portraits done efficiently, wedding decor/cake/tables, as well as candids. Our family and friends kept raving about how organized and not intrustive she was. Sue has a way of making the couple feel at ease, like you're doing a photoshoot with a friend. She has been swamped this year, yet still made it a priority to send me a few pictures to look at while we were away at our honeymoon (as a sneak peek). Then as promised, she had the remaining pictures ready and they came out perfect! I can not rave enough about Sue's talents, organization, communication, professionalism and character as a person.

Incredible Photographer!!!
My husband and I first saw some of Sue's work here on Wedding Wire, which led us to her website. All we kept saying was how AMAZING her shots were. Before we even reached out, we could see that Sue was a true professional and had great vision for wedding photography. After being taken away by her work, we hired her. From the first email, we could tell that she was going to be fantastic. On our wedding day, Sue was very prompt, worked seamlessly with the venue and our other vendors to ensure she got photos of EVERYTHING! Sue is an absolute pleasure to work with, when you meet her, you truly understand her passion for wedding photography and she is very bubbly and excited to be part of your special day. My husband and I got married at a Country Club and Sue got there early to scope out the golf course to find great areas for photos. Her ideas were FANTASTIC! We also had our dog be a part of our wedding and Sue worked perfectly with him! She is an animal lover and she was thrilled to get him into our shots! Blown Away By The Photos! Just Beautiful.
My daughter and son in law hired Sue Lynch Photography for both their engagement and wedding pictures. They chose her from literally dozens of large and small companies because of the creative photographs on her website. When she met them at the public gardens in Boston for their engagement photos, she took such beautiful shots that there was no question about her doing the wedding. Fortunately she was available for the wedding date!
Sue is absolutely tireless. The day was 90 degrees and sunny and she went to work early at the hotel where the bride's maids were having hair and makeup done. Once finished, she took off for the wedding venue to record their arrival. I don't think she took a break the entire time. At the same time, she was never in the way; I never felt she was intrusive. My daughter had given her a pretty comprehensive list of the various family and friends combinations to shoot and Sue worked away until she got them all.
When my wife and I got married nearly 40 years ago, it seemed like the photographer had the wedding party and the family seperated from the reception for a very lengthy time. This was not going to work in 90 degree temperature so Sue had different groups pulled together (bride's family, groom's family, friends, etc.) and she shot all the various combinations quickly and then assembled the next group. No one was standing around and waiting for any length of time. (It's hard to be that efficient and also creative at the same time. Sue accomplished all of that all day long).
During the reception she shot away at the dance floor, the buffet, anywhere and everywhere. At some point she disappeared with the bride and groom and the most fantastic evening shots were taken (I posted my favorite here). Finally, at the end of the night, everyone (all 100 or so) gathered on the dance floor, lined up and she shot the whole group standing on a chair. The shot came out great.
I give Sue Lynch a 10 star rating (is that a thing?). I recommend her without reservation. After all is said and done, the hard part is looking over nearly 1,000 pictures to choose from. Sue also came in very competitively price-wise. You shouldn't skimp on your pictures, they are your memories. At the same time, if you choose wisely, you don't have to refinance the house to get the highest quality and artistic creativity. Hire Sue Lynch.

Amazing Photographer
I can't say enough about Sue. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. I met with Sue about 10 months before my wedding and knew right away that I wanted to hire her. On the day of wedding, she was great. She made me feel calm and relaxed. When taking the group photos, she was efficient in a perfect way. She took the photos that I wanted and did them in a timely manner so I could join our cocktail hour. ALL of the bridal party and guests at the wedding reached out to tell me how wonderful she was and are already asking for her contact info for their weddings! We got our pictures VERY quickly after the wedding and they are just AMAZING. I loved every single one of them and I would highly recommend Sue to anyone!

Great photographer!
We hired Sue for our engagement and wedding and she was everything we were looking for in a photographer. She was flexible and dedicated with a good eye for both formal structured portraits and spontaneous snapshots that really capture the emotions of the moment.
For our engagement, she was professional and very flexible, willing to reschedule with us 4 times given the bad luck we were having with the rainy weather. We really appreciated her willingness to reschedule and our engagement shots came out beautifully!
At our wedding, she was everywhere - taking shots of everyone and all the special events. She made great suggestions for where our more formal shots with ourselves and the group photos could be and worked well with the wedding coordinators, catering, DJ, and everyone.

Perfect Photographer
We started working with Sue months prior to our wedding when we did an engagement photoshoot. We knew that we made the right decision after seeing how those photos came out along with her attention to detail and knack for knowing her couples. Leading up to the big day, Sue was in consistent communication with us and met with us to go over a "day of" timeline down to the minute. Sue simply went out of her way to make sure the day was going to go exactly as we hoped and had backup plans for everything incase something didn't go as expected. Going into the wedding day we felt well prepared and confident knowing Sue would be in charge of photographing the most important day of our lives. The big day came and she did not disappoint!! Sue was everywhere at once it seemed, capturing moments with the bride and bridesmaids along with the groom and groomsmen without batting an eye. She was easy to work with and made us feel completely natural during what could be considered an awkward moment. Sue worked with our videographer for the first time and had no issues both getting the job done and making it seem like it had been done a million times prior. Sue blew us away though when she got the finished product back to us just over a week after the wedding and every picture was amazing. I didn't think it was possible to have no bad photographs on your wedding day but Sue made it happen. I could not recommend her enough as a photographer and a person!

She was awesome!
We hired Sue for our engagement and wedding photos. She was awesome! For our engagement pictures she recommended the spot. I had no idea where to go. It was beautiful. Perfect spot. She helped my husband and I feel comfortable. We both were so awkward and uncomfortable getting our pictures taken at first. She got some awesome shots. She was literally climbing in bushes to get the right angle. It was great. Our wedding was in December so it was cold and we did all our pictures outside. She knew where to go for the best shots and the perfect times (sunset). We also had a large wedding party. She was able to get all the shots we wanted and had time to spare. She was quick, so no one had to be outside extra long and she was a trooper. She was outside longer than anyone and it was cold. All the pictures were great and she captured the right moments and made everyone look so good while doing it! You could give her a lot of direction or none and she knew what to do. Both my husband and I didn't really have many ideas in mind for photos. She was so helpful in giving us ideas and what we should and shouldn't do. And she is only one person!! I was so impressed. I would recommend her to anyone I know getting married. You would not be disappointed.

Amazing Wedding Photographer
Sue is a wonderful photographer! She was professional, organized, responsive, kind and so helpful! My husband and I could not be more happy with our choice to hire Sue for our engagement and wedding photos. My husband and I are both shy and Sue made us feel comfortable and helped guide us through the process. I would definitely recommend doing engagement photos first. It was great practice for the wedding photos and we felt so much more at ease on our wedding day. Also, our engagement photos are beautiful and I cherish them! All of our pictures turned out so beautifully! So many of our guests commented about how wonderful she was as well and how hard she worked to take so many wonderful photos! Fantastic November Wedding Shoot
Sue shot our wedding at the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, MA with a backdrop of beautiful fall foliage on a blustery day in November. We were absolutely thrilled with the results and highly endorse choosing Sue for your wedding. Here are some unassorted details that might help you in your decision.
- We live in California and chose Sue only after speaking with her on the phone once. She quickly gave us the confidence that she would make the day really easy for us and do a great job.
- We met with Sue in person only twice before the wedding—once during a trip to Boston 6 months before the wedding and then one week before the wedding. Besides that, we only communicated via email and everything was easily coordinated via a questionnaire. She made it very simple for us.
- Sue has great energy and was very assertive in wrangling us, the wedding party, and the guests into position (trust me, you want this). End result were some gorgeous photos.
- Sue arranged a second photographer at our request who was also great.
- We're very happy with all our photos. There are great candids that truly capture the vibe during the wedding and reception. There are great portraits of the families that they love. The shots of the us also turned out great.
Bottom line—choose Sue if you're looking for a photographer who will bring out the best in you and make it really easy so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

A professional delivering high quality work
We hired Sue for our wedding in Cambridge in November 2018. Working with her was excellent. We had an engagement shoot over the summer where she worked hard to help us be comfortable and look natural in our photos. On the day of the wedding she was on time, extremely well organized, calm, and very professional. Her photos came out very, very well - we found dozens that we loved and shared. She captured the energy of the day very well and I would hire her again without a second thought. Her rate was very reasonable.
Also, If you are an LGBT couple as we are, Sue is a great choice as she was very comfortable and professional with us. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing wedding photography
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Sue. We found Sue by looking through reviews on the knot. We sent her an email which led to an in person meeting. We had a great connection from the start. She is very welcoming and warm as well as extremely talented. She was willing to travel over an hour to meet with us, she brought photo album samples and such a great attitude. Additionally she made sure every picture we wanted was scheduled into the day and was very flexible with our wishes. We can’t stress enough how wonderful she was as a photographer. She was able to capture so many shots without her presence even being noticed.

Sue is a very friendly photographer. She arrived early (not to mentioned traveled over 100 miles at no extra charge) for our wedding. We had requested a LOT of pictures to be taken, and Sue was very accomodating. She took every picture we asked for and are very pleased with how they came out. She moved things along quickly, but we never felt rushed. We loved our pictures that were taken at sunset on the beach. We had 2 kids that were a big part of the wedding (one was 6 and one was 17 months) and she did her best to accomodate and suggest pictures with them. Our favorites are the ones she captured of us (my husband, my daughter, and myself) in the moment and were not posed. I highly recommend her for wedding photography!

We contacted Sue very early on in the planning process, and after she replied promptly with a personalized email and we met with her, it only took us about five minutes to decide what is usually a tough choice when it comes to the photos of your big day. She was so easy to talk to, she listened to what we were looking for, and she understood us and the kind of wedding and photos we wanted. I'm anxious normally so I was especially stressed about working with vendors and having everything go smoothly...but I never once had to worry with Sue. She was always responsive and professional, SO reasonable with her pricing, and when it came to the big day, she was prepared. Even though we got married in Gloucester in the summer at a venue she hadn't shot at before, she showed up early, scoped out the grounds, and came up with some awesome, perceptive shot ideas. It was raining most of the day but she kept our spirits up and got us some wonderful pictures...including a night shot with umbrella that we and all of our loved ones are so impressed by and in love with and fun candids. I can't rave enough about Sue and her beautiful work! The posed photos are breathtaking, and she did an incredible job capturing those special, spontaneous moments that you most want to remember -- and somehow everyone looks amazing in every photo! It rained on our wedding day, but Sue knew exactly the right moment to get everyone outside, and had black and white umbrellas just in case (we didn't need them and ended up with really cool cloud formations and lighting in our photos!). Her attention to detail in the planning stages really paid off on the day-of, as things got a little hectic. As soon as she arrived she brought a sense of order to the day's events, and checked in with us repeatedly to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. Our families and the wedding party couldn't stop singing her praises the whole night. We received our photos in an extremely impressive turnaround time, and we're over the moon with how they turned out! My husband and I are so happy we hired Sue to do our engagement and wedding photography! We would recommend her to anyone looking for professional photos! Our first shoot with her was at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury for engagement photos. My then fiance and I were a little nervous as we had never been photographed professionally, but Sue made us feel extremely comfortable and the photos came out amazing! We brought our dog along too, who was way more nervous than us, and Sue did a great job with him as well. Sue had the photos to us extremely quickly. About a month before our wedding, Sue sent us a questionnaire that asked all of the right questions about our timeline, where we want photos at our venue etc. Sue was extremely knowledgeable and professional while reviewing and had great suggestions. She even called our venue before our wedding to make sure we wouldn't run into photo location issues with the other wedding on the property. On the wedding day, Sue arrived early, and worked efficiently to get all of the photos we wanted getting ready. She was literally running back and forth between the groomsmen and us to ensure we had enough time and got every shot we wanted. before leaving for the night, she checked in with Mark and I to make sure there weren't any pictures we still wanted and asked when we would be back from our honeymoon. She emailed me the day we came back with all of the photos! The photos came out amazing - she captured every moment perfectly. We cannot say enough great things about Sue and her work. We could not more highly recommend Sue Lynch as your wedding photographer. She went above and beyond to ensure our special day was captured perfectly. From the beginning, Sue was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. During our wedding planning process, she kept in touch and listened to all of the pictures we wanted taken and moments we wanted captured. She was familiar with our wedding venue and made wonderful suggestions of specific locations on the property for us to take photos. The day of our wedding, Sue arrived early to walk around the property and scoop out additional photo locations. Throughout our getting ready process, formal photos, ceremony, and reception Sue seemed to be everywhere capturing our most special moments, while also never seeming to be in the way. I can’t express enough how FLAWLESS this photographer is. I worried for MONTHS about my wedding pictures because I have a very hard time feeling comfortable enough to take nice pictures. When I was first looking for a photographer I was convinced I needed a second shooter but she told me she was confident that she could get all the shots I needed without one. She was right! We hired Sue Lynch about a year before our wedding. I was getting married at the New England Aquarium and came across her photos.
I emailed a bunch of photographers- Sue was the only one who didn’t email me back a generic email with their pricing. I know this is a small detail but when you are looking to spend money on your big day details are important.
Sue emailed us a time line of our day and painted a picture of how our day would go and how the photographs would go. I was impressed with her first email!
We met Sue and didn’t even want to meet with anyone else we knew right away we wanted Sue to capture our day. We booked Sue and are glad we did!
The New England Aquarium has super strict photography restrictions – we were getting married over the Penguins and they don’t like flash photography as well as the Aquarium is on the darker side.
Sue worked with the Aquarium staff, the restrictions and went above and beyond.
Simply put- our photos are AMAZING!! And I am obsessed with them. Sue was creative, fun, worked with me and my big family. She captured amazing portraits, fun photos with the groom and me. And really captured how much fun our guests also had.
She moved so fast to get our family photos done and she was organized. As well as she literally ran super fast around the Aquarium to capture amazing photos of us with specific fish. WOW!

Sue photographed our wedding on 9/2/17 and the photos could not be more perfect! Sue was incredibly easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. We had multiple guests come up to us and tell us how great she was throughout the wedding because she was unobtrusive and never in the way. She got our photos to us within a few days and they came out perfect! We cannot say enough good things about her and her services. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer at a really great price!!

I can’t say enough good things about Sue. She did our engagement photos and wedding photos and they were absolutely amazing (and extremely affordable)! My only problem was narrowing them down! Would highly recommend Sue, not only for her outstanding talent but for her personality too. She made everyone feel at ease and captured every important moment. After the wedding people were calling her “the ninja” because she was everywhere!

Sue came highly recommended and still exceeded my expectations. Her pricing is very reasonable, she was friendly and easy to work with, but best of all the photos were amazing! She showed up on time (despite a ton of traffic- all my guests were late), and took photos of everything we asked, she was very helpful, she answered my 1,000,001 questions happily. The photos came out beautifully, and everyone was amazed how quickly she was able to get them back to us. She was a true partner and worked with us every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, the few times I didn't get her when I called she called back within a day. She even emailed me when she received my check. I can't say enough how fantastic she was. I am so happy to have all the wonderful memories!

I cannot say enough good things about Sue Lynch. She is wonderful to work with and made me feel like my wedding was her top priority. I had all sorts of crazy ideas for the aesthetic of my wedding pictures, and Sue took lots of time to sit with me and talk with me about them. In addition, I was self-conscious in front of the camera, and Sue worked with me to help me feel comfortable and look my best. Our wedding pictures were positively stunning! They looked like something straight out of a bridal magazine, and the aesthetic was just what I wanted. They are more gorgeous than I could have wished for. Plus, Sue is incredibly affordable, professional, and reliable. Hire her!!! You won't be sorry!

Sue was our photographer for our July 2017 wedding. She was absolutely amazing! She captured every moment of our special day and didn't miss a beat! She asked us for a list of our desired photos in advance, which was extremely helpful in moving the process along in such a short time frame. It helped keep our wedding day organized and run smoothly. She also did not miss one photo on the list! The pictures came back absolutely stunning, beyond what anyone could have expected. We got a lot of compliments from family and guests on hard Sue worked. We booked her a year in advance and she was wonderful from start to finish! We will definitely be using her going forward on any photo shoots we will need!

Sue was absolutely wonderful!! The first time we spoke it was a full hour conversation on the phone about what I wanted out of the time we were having her at our wedding which I was so impressed by. She was able to work with out budget which we appreciated having a smaller wedding. She had such amazing vision since the photos we got were perfect moments of absolute bliss and happiness on our special day. She also mixed some one our colored with black and white which were timeless! She was great with timing and keeping my whole (very large) family in line to get all the pictures we wanted. I am so happy with the pictures we will treasure forever!

Sue recently shot our wedding in Sturbridge, MA. She was absolutely wonderful! From the time of our first meeting, through the wedding day itself, she kept the lines of communication open and was always quick with a response. She truly listened to our requests regarding specific pictures/places that we wanted photographed during our wedding ceremony and reception. We dealt with some rain showers after our ceremony, but Sue kept calm and managed to direct us quickly and efficiently - and we obtained all of the shots that we wanted (and more)! The best part was that we never felt as if the photography was 'intrusive' in any way during the ceremony or reception - Sue does a wonderful job of capturing moments without causing any disruption. We are so happy with our photos - thank you again, Sue, for preserving such wonderful memories of the happiest day of our lives! We highly recommend Sue Lynch Photography!

Sue was phenomenal! From the very beginning when we reached out to Sue, she took the time to explain the planning and booking process and she gave us plenty of time to decide. She was very sensitive to our budget constraints and worked with us to get us the package we wanted. We weren’t dead set on any particular types of posed pictures and we deferred to Sue on what we could do. She listened to our high-level vision of what we wanted, and the result was far more than we could have hoped for.
About a year before the wedding, we had an amazing engagement session with Sue and the pictures were incredible. I didn’t think she could out-do herself, but she did with our wedding pictures. They are absolutely stunning and far better than what we could have imagined. We had a large wedding party, but she kept the pictures running on-time so we could make it to the start of the reception. She also was meticulous in making sure we got the large group shots we wanted before the end of the night.
I had multiple family members and friends come up to me to say what a great job Sue had done with the pictures. Amazingly, Sue sent us over 1000 finalized pictures in a week! Sue was also just a joy to work with – very warm and kind, professional, and organized. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members!

Sue was incredibly easy and fun to work with. She is friendly, responsive and organized. She helped us to have a great photography timeline for the night; a perfect balance between capturing all the photos we wanted while also spending the maximum amount of time celebrating with our friends and family. I was thoroughly impressed with her efficiency to get through lots of family photos quickly and comfortably, and she was quick to adjust to our preferences and add needed photos in the moment.
She also captured tons of beautiful candid photos of special moments during our night, without feeling like we had a hovering photographer. She went out of her way, jumping through bushes, to find the perfect angle for phenomenal sunset photos. Could not have asked for a better photographer! Not to mention that our photos were done 2 weeks following the wedding and we truly love every photo. Both her photography skills and her great personality and professionalism will leave you with no regrets!

Sue took our newborn pictures as well as our wedding pictures. With our child, she was extremely patient and considerate. When she arrived to our house, my daughter was nursing and Sue waited for me to be done without rushing us and still have us an hour long session. Her pictures came out beautifully and the turn around time was awesome!
She also took our wedding pictures. Despite the snowy weather, Sue showed up on time and delivered a service more than what we expected. She was making sure we got the photos we wanted, she was great my my daughter, and helped guide us along the day as well. I honestly felt as though she helped with a lot of other things that my DOC should have been doing!
I was completely blown away by the pictures she took of our wedding day! They came out beautifully and I got all of the pictures I wanted plus some. I did not realize what a blur the day would be, and going through the pictures from Sue I am so thankful for the memories she captured! I have received many compliments on the photos she took of us and a few of my friends and coworkers are considering her for a wedding photographer as well.

Sue is a wonderful photographer and a joy to work with! We loved every minute we spent with her. Sue took our engagement photos in Beacon Hill last fall, and they were stunning. Her ability to work with the light and colors all around us was extremely impressive.
Sue made sure that ahead of the wedding we worked out all the details to make sure the photos were exactly what we wanted. She made sure that she knew all of the combinations of family photos we wanted, and also worked with our wedding coordinator to learn all of the good spots within the hotel.
On the wedding day, Sue came early and took a few photos of me and my bridal party getting our hair and makeup done. She captured so many sweet moments of my sisters helping me to put on my wedding dress. When it came for my first look with my father, it was deeply emotional, and Sue's pictures perfectly reflected the feeling in the room. Sue's photos of my first look with my husband were beautiful and show the joy we felt when we first saw each other on our wedding day.
Sue did an amazing job with our family first look photos and our bridal party shots. We went outside briefly for some photos at the Old City Hall, and they're some of our favorites. I don't know how Sue got set up so quickly and took all the pictures on that windy afternoon, but she did, and they're great.
For the ceremony and reception, Sue and Brooke were such incredible professionals. They moved so quietly around that we never even noticed them, but they were busy getting fantastic shots of all of our wedding guests. When it came to the end of the evening, Sue took us outside to take some stunning pictures in front of the Omni Parker House marquee.
Sue has an eye for all of the details. She takes beautiful photographs and gets them to you quickly. But beyond all of that, she is a kind and warm person that I really enjoyed having with me on my wedding day. She was such a calm and positive presence. Sue, thank you for everything!

We highly recommend Sue as your wedding photographer! We used her for our engagement session as well as for our wedding photos and we could not be happier with our pictures! We even had our year old lab puppy in our engagement pictures and Sue worked around this to make sure our pictures were exactly what we wanted. She made us feel very comfortable. Sue Lynch is a true artist and a professional. I had a list of photographers I was interested in but when I met her first, I didn't need to bother even meeting the others. Sue is the best! Her experience as a photojournalist is obvious in the creative wedding candid shots. Sue was also absolutely amazing at getting my easily-distracted family (and sometimes groom...) to stand where they needed to stand and step in and out of the shots when we did the family and groups shots after the ceremony. We had limited time and she helped us get everything we wanted and more, including going out into a cold Boston night for romantic photos in a park. We adore all of our photos and we're so grateful for Sue's kindness and hard work. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, pick her!

I knew instantly when I met Sue that I was going to book her. She is super talented, professional, an extremely hard worker and so genuine. What I liked about Sue was that she was open to your ideas about how to pose or where to take a picture but if you're not creative like me, she easily takes charge and gives you plenty of suggestions while making sure you're comfortable. I booked Sue for 7.5 hours on my wedding day and she took over 1,000 photos. That was more photos than my sister in law got for her wedding last year and she had 2 photographers!! My family and I were so impressed by Sue's work ethic and her hard work was evident when we got our photos back! She had gotten so many photos that we didn't even know that she got! I was actually regretting the fact that I didn't get a videographer for the wedding since I was beginning to feel like I was starting to forget one of the most memorable days of my life but once I got my photos back from Sue (about 2 weeks after the wedding-- ANOTHER BONUS), my regrets were gone. She took so many photos that perfectly outlined our day that all of the memories came flooding back. She's THAT good. I recommend booking an engagement session with her beforehand. She gives you an awesome deal if you book her for your wedding. I felt like it made a huge difference in how I felt taking pictures on my wedding day (a lot more comfortable and the photos show it!). I am now in the process of selecting photos for the album that we bought through Sue and still trying to narrow it down after 2 weeks!! BOOK SUE! She's responsive, professional and talented. She's a breath of fresh air. You will have enough stress while wedding planning even if you don't have to worry about your vendors... TRUST ME. You won't regret using Sue.

I had the pleasure of hiring Sue Lynch to photograph our engagement and wedding. Searching for a photographer is such an important decision. To find the right person to capture one of the most important days of your life is a blessing and Sue is truly that. For the price she charges for the quality work she produces, it is a bargain. You will seriously not find these prices and the high quality anywhere. Sue is punctual, friendly, flexible and extremely responsive. For our engagement photos we went to a beautiful reservation/private beach in Manchester by the Sea. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable and relaxed during the session. We were extremely satisfied with the way the photos turned out. Between the time of our engagement and our wedding day Sue was available if we had any questions and helped us with planning all the wedding day shots. On the day of our wedding she was right there bright and early and captured all the moments between the ceremony and end of the reception. We recently received all the photos and was so please because they really told a story of our special day. I was also pleased with the wedding album we ordered which Sue worked on the placement of the photos we selected. Lastly her website is very easy to use for viewing photos and sharing with my family and friends. Go with Sue if you are looking for a photographer to your capture special occasion!!

Sue was everything we could ever hope for in a photographer; we could not recommend her enough. The moment we met her, we knew she was the photographer for our wedding. She was energetic and down to earth, genuinely excited for us, and obviously had photography skills from the pictures she showed us. On the day of the wedding, we couldn’t have asked for more. We are usually not “picture people”, but Sue made us feel so comfortable as if we had known her forever. She is also efficient - we moved around the venue grounds for an hour and took pictures at all of the photogenic spots she had scoped out beforehand. During the actually ceremony and reception, I hardly even noticed her taking pictures, but she captured everything stunningly.
Sue had a really quick turn around - within a week, our photos were posted in an online album and a flashdrive was mailed to our house. We could not believe how many photos were taken, and they were absolutely incredible. Sue captured every single moment of our day beautifully. We can now relive our day as many times as we want with those photographs. If you have the opportunity to work with Sue, don’t pass it up. She is the photographer you could only dream of finding.

Sue did a fantastic job photographing our wedding last October. We were looking for someone who would faithfully capture the spirit of the day and the event, and Sue did exactly that; she was very communicative throughout the whole process to learn who we were and what our wedding was all about. In particular, our wedding had a bunch of nontraditional/unusual aspects and activities and we really appreciated how she was totally happy to go along with it.
Before the actual date, she went out to the site of the wedding to scope out the area, look at where the ceremony would be (since ours was outdoors), and find the best spots from which she could take photos both for the photoshoot portion of the day and during the ceremony and reception itself, and then talked with us to understand exactly what was going to happen when, and which pictures we wanted to make sure to get in the photoshoot. That meant that going into the wedding, Sue had come up a game plan for the whole evening -- starting from when we’d arrive, when and where each photoshoot would happen and which portions we’d need which people for. She kept us on task during the photoshoot while everyone was running around trying to get ready and people were arriving early (which is a lot of cat-herding!), and then during the ceremony and reception she was never in the way while still somehow getting pictures of basically everything.
The 600 or so photos we ended up with did a great job of telling the story of the day, and we got many compliments from the attendees on how much they enjoyed looking through them. Sue set up many fantastic scenes during the photoshoot (and found the best ways to use the fantastic fall foliage). What struck us about the candid pictures was how well they captured each of the people in the photos, despite the fact that it was almost certainly the first time she’d ever met any of them. Overall, very highly recommended -- we’re really glad we had Sue photograph our wedding.

My husband and I worked with Sue for our wedding in October 2015 and our engagement shoot in September 2014. She did an outstanding job at an extremely affordable price! We knew we wanted to work with Sue as soon as we met her, she was organized, calm, friendly and energetic, you can truly tell she loves what she does. During our engagement shoot our dog was being kind of difficult to work with, but she found a way to still capture unbelievable shots! Sue traveled all the way to the cape for our wedding, and made sure to come early so she had time to walk the grounds and find the best spots for our wedding photos. We had an extremely windy day and my dream of an outdoor wedding was destroyed by hurricane Joaquin, but Sue made sure we still got some great outdoor shots! Sue was super easy to work with even though our bridal party was quite obnoxious! Our photos were sent to us in a personalized box with our photo on the front, she was so thoughtful in the little details. Our photos were back to us so quickly after our wedding and they are perfect. I would highly recommend using Sue for your wedding, engagement or any event really and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Sue is amazing! From the moment I talked with her the first time, I knew that she would be the perfect photographer for our wedding. Meeting with her confirmed it. She has a wonderful, warm personality and is such a pleasure to work with. Her pictures are excellent - she captures the essence of the day beautifully. She is so very helpful and patient in guiding you through the whole process so you end up with wonderful, memorable wedding photos.
Sue was really great about making sure she understood what we were looking for with our photos. She got some amazing shots and often you didn't always realize she was there! I have a rather large family and Sue helped us make sure that by the end of the event that we got all the group photos we wanted. She was wonderful at keeping things moving and so flexible too. She did a site visit with us to the church and the reception spot so we could assess the location options for photos ahead of time since she had never been there. This planning really helped. Our wedding took place in the late afternoon in September so by the time we would get to the reception for the cocktail hour photos the sun would be starting to set. I had really wanted to get photos outside at this time even though there would be less light. I talked to Sue about this and she made it happen! We got wonderful outside pictures that we will cherish.
Creating our wedding album was also a very easy process with Sue. It seemed like by the time we were back from our honeymoon our photos were already posted online for everyone to check out! The wedding album options she offers are beautiful. Sue does such a wonderful and thoughtful job of laying the photos out in the album once you give her your selections. The finished album is exquisite and such a memorable keepsake. I have gotten many many compliments on her work from family and friends.
I would highly recommend using Sue for your wedding photography. Book her right away!

I cannot say enough about Sue and the amazing job she did photographing our wedding this past July! She is professional, efficient, and did a great job of blending in. She is sure to capture the moments you will cherish forever. From engagement session, to planning, to before the wedding, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception- she got some really great shots! I'm having a hard time picking my favorites to include in our album! She had our specific list of pictures we wanted and she made sure to get each one.
We got married on a golf course and it was sunny and bright. The golf course wasn't going to let us take pictures out on the course which would have meant squinty eyes, a sweaty wedding party, and OK pictures. Sue really went to bat for us and talked to the manager who eventually surrendered to her persistence! We were able to go out on the course and get really great pictures with tree cover and perfect lighting.
Our engagement session took place over the winter with 3 feet of snow on the ground. Sue was a trooper then, too. Despite freezing temperatures and her numb fingers from snapping her camera, she remained professional and went out of her way to make sure we got awesome photos.
Sue- we cannot thank you enough!!

I am an event planner and I have worked with many photographers. I would highly recommend Sue Lynch for anyone getting married. Sue was amazing during the planning process and was more than I could have expected on the wedding day. I worked with Sue for a wedding where I was the planner and in the wedding. It was at the Boston Harbor Hotel in August of 2015. Sue was professional, sensitive to the bride’s nervousness and came prepared to execute what had previously been planned. Sue also demonstrated that she is able to work on her feet. The plan changed during our formal pictures, and Sue went with it and everything was seamless. During the reception, Sue got some amazing photos, but you did not feel like she was intruding on the wedding. She was able to capture all of the important moments, but was also successful at capturing all of the candid photos (and more) that the bride and groom wanted. After the wedding, the photos were completed and packaged so professionally, that the bride cried when she received them. I would recommend Sue from a planner’s perspective as well as bridesmaid’s perspective/ best friend’s perspective. Anyone who is thinking about working with Sue will be so pleased throughout their time working with Sue. I have no hesitations about recommending Sue! She is truly amazing!

Sue did a wonderful job. She was punctual and easy to work with, always in the right place, but never in your face. She adjusted her shooting to match our unique requests for more casual and unscripted shots. She made everyone feel comfortable. She was a pleasure to work with and the pictures were wonderful. They quickly arrived in a custom CD case in just a few days. Great pricing too. We have already recommended Sue to several others.

Sue did an amazing job photographing our July wedding. She managed to capture every moment without us even knowing she was there! She was very professional and helped keep us calm throughout the day. Our personalized box of pictures arrived so quickly (during our honeymoon!) and my husband and I still can't decide which pictures to frame as all of them are so beautiful. We had Sue for our wedding in June 2015 and she did an excellent job for an affordable price. Sue was always extremely timely with phone calls and emails. Sue met with me at the venue before the wedding to look at the layout in order to take the best photos in addition to an initial meeting. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and stayed late. She was easy to work with and a nice, thoughtful person. Sue got us our photos less than two weeks after our wedding. She also sent a personalized (with our wedding) photo box with copies of each photo which arrived as soon as we returned from our honeymoon. And lastly, of course, the photos she took were amazing and every single photo we requested was taken. Both sides of the family were pleased as well. I have high expectations and admit I am rather picky and Sue exceeded our standards. I would highly recommend Sue for any type of event photography.

We decided on Sue after a scheduled meeting with her a year and a half before our wedding. We made a few appointments with different photographers and Sue was our first. She immediately gave off a warm, friendly and laid back vibe which we knew would fit the atmosphere we wanted at our wedding. We didn't even bother meeting with anyone else and are glad we didn't. Our engagement photos at my grandparents farm were fantastic. She made us feel comfortable and look natural in the photos. For the wedding we talked, emailed and texted a bunch of times beforehand. She asked what we had in mind but also gave her own great suggestions. Sue was always responsive to phone calls, emails and texts and she was always punctual. She hadn't been to our venue before and even went down the week before to scout it out in person. We had settled on a package way before but she included more photos than we could have hoped for. Sue was great about updating us during the night of the wedding and stayed later until she was finished. The morning after the wedding guests commented on how great she was and how hard she worked. Thank you Sue, we couldn't have asked for more!

Not only is she is a creative genius, she is probably one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Her calming, comforting demeanor made my wedding day SO much easier. We cannot give high enough praise to Sue for her absolutely amazing photography for our recent wedding in Nahant, MA. Sue is so down to earth, professional, and incredibly good at what she does! She works efficiently and managed to gather several different backdrops at our hotel, ceremony, and venue to make the pictures interesting, beautiful and fun, all while getting the photos we specifically requested, and some really fun unplanned ones along the way. Sue also took all the "pain" out of posing for photographs for my husband who is usually fairly camera shy which is a huge deal in my book. Sue is so easy to work with, very calm and helpful with thoughts and organization as it can get pretty hectic on a wedding day. Our guests really enjoyed her as well, we received several compliments on Sue after the wedding. She went above and beyond for us, we felt like real people not just another event on her busy calendar. Her use of social networking is great and appropriate. The turnaround time in getting our pictures was within two weeks. We were stunned at how beautiful all the pictures came out when we received our prints and DVD's in the mail, in a most beautiful box dedicated to us with our names, date, and pictures, a real keepsake. I am now looking forward to working with Sue in putting my album and parent album together next. We highly recommend Sue as a photographer for whatever the occasion!

Sue is, simply put, an amazing photographer, an amazing professional, and an amazing person. We researched several photographers prior to meeting her and were very impressed with the quality of her photos and her albums and her sweet personality. We first used her for our engagement session, where she put us completely at ease with being photographed and made us look forward even more to seeing her again on our wedding day. She went out to our venue ahead of time to scope out good places to take photos both indoors and outdoors and found some lovely places (good thing because it poured the day of our wedding!). Prior to the wedding, she spent time on the phone with me going over the wedding day timeline of the photo shoot so that on the day of the wedding I knew what to expect in advance. She was quite expeditious in getting all the posed formal shots we wanted of the bridal party and family prior to the wedding and captured our First Look beautifully. We couldn't have been happier. At the reception she seemed to be everywhere at once taking candids--perfect shots to capture our day. We went on a two week honeymoon and she speedily processed our photos while we were away and posted some of them to Facebook while we were on vacation. Our DVD of over 900 photos arrived the day after we returned from our trip. The photos are incredible and we've received many wonderful comments from family and friends about them. We are looking forward to choosing forward to having her create a wedding album for us and based on the samples we’ve seen, we are confident that we will love that as well. We couldn't have been happier that we chose Sue Lynch to be our photographer.

I am so happy to have booked Sue to photograph our wedding. Sue was lovely to work with, extremely professional, patient and caring. The whole day was just easy and comfortable, despite the fact that we had been unable to meet in person before the wedding day itself.
We spoke on the phone a few times in the weeks leading up to the wedding and her input was beyond helpful. I was stressed trying to come up with a timeline and when to be at each photo location, but she was able to help me get organized and knew how long everything would take.
The day of the wedding we were able to take getting ready photos, first look photos and some additional shots at 3 locations before the ceremony. She had even scoped them out before hand so she knew where exactly we could get the best shots and everything came out beautifully.
She had completed all (900+!) of our photos and posted them to facebook and the hosting website the following week, and we're due to received our photo box and CDs any day now (~2.5 weeks after the wedding). I was so happy to have everything so quickly! I love the photos and I can't wait to print them. I keep getting comments from family and friends on how beautiful they are. My mom said she wished Sue had been there to photograph her wedding 27 years ago!

We are so happy that we chose Sue to photograph our wedding!!! We set out looking for a photographer that was experienced, well-reviewed, and (of course) with our budget. After considering quite a few photographers we decided on Sue and are so glad that we did! Sue has all the traits that make a great photographer. In addition to being a talented, she is also amazing to work with. She was extremely nice, well-organized, and very accommodating to all of our requests. She was able to capture all of the wedding party pictures we asked for and was even able to take some creative outdoor pictures. During the wedding she was completely non-intrusive, but still managed to capture a ton of great candid shots. We received our photos within two weeks of our wedding and they look amazing! I can't imagine having a better experience and can't recommend Sue highly enough!!! I wish I could give her more than five stars!

My husband and I worked with Sue for our April 11th, 2015 wedding and we are so happy we did. From the moment we first started working with her and throughout the pre-planning and post-wedding phase, we were very impressed with her professionalism and making our wedding something personal to her.
Our main goal was to have a photographer blend in with our friends and family and be part of the wedding, and she did that perfectly. She was very accommodating and professional while trying to move dozens of people into family poses, and took amazing candids of friends and family during the reception.
My husband and I typically don't like our picture being taken, but we felt like we were posing for our friend working with Sue and it was so easy-going that we were having a blast with her. She made the day something personal to her, which in turn made it extra special for us.
We were also blown away by how fast she returned the pictures to us. She posted some on Facebook, then sent us the DVD's of them before we even got back from our honeymoon. The day before returning to work we were able to look through them all and re-live the day before going back to reality (less than 2 weeks later!)
I am a meeting planner, and would hire her for any type of event when in the New England area without hesitation. It made it that much better it was for a special occasion, but from both a professional and personal opinion - book Sue. She is a joy to work with, the pictures are amazing, and you'll get them back in a very timely manner.

Sue is an absolutely wonderful wedding photographer and I would recommend her to anyone again and again! For the quality and price you can’t do better in the greater New England area period.
What made her truly extraordinary was how above and beyond she went. Our wedding was in February during the worst storm Boston got last winter. When I was getting calls from vendors left and right hoping to cancel, Sue called to confirm she’d be there and had even booked a hotel at her own expense a mile from my house to make sure she would be able to photograph the full day. Because our car didn’t have four-wheel drive, she actually gave us a ride to our own wedding! Without skipping a beat she got everything once there. I have perfect photos of my husband and I outside in the snow, us exchanging rings and beautiful shots of my family and friends.
Her best work is getting candids of everyone who is present. She’ll tell your story whatever it is, whether at a gothic cathedral or a small farm in the country, and you’ll love the pictures you get. I unequivocally recommend her, and if you can book her don’t even blink at the choice. She’s that good.

I don't even know where to start. Sue is honest, sweet, helpful, realistic, and unbelievably affordable. She is fantastic with communication and always thinking 2 steps ahead for you. We are forever grateful to have chosen her to capture every single wonderful moment. She also shot my brother-in-law's wedding; they had an equally positive experience.
When I fell in love with her pictures a year and a half ago, it was because her pictures really did tell a story as she claimed - and caught so many priceless moments. Now here I am, thrilled beyond belief that she did that for our big day - it is faces of those we love that she caught in such priceless expressions.
We were so excited to be able to relive the moments so quickly - I can't believe how fast she turned those pictures around. She was so adorable, knowing that we weren't going on a honeymoon she got our pictures to us even faster (within a week, which is unheard of in this industry). She posted a facebook album for us and also sent us 2 CDs with all the proofs.
So many people commented on what we had already laughingly noticed - she was EVERYWHERE that night!! Every time we turned around even thinking, "Sue should get a picture of this" she was already right there, front and center shooting it! Our guests couldn't believe how she was literally, everywhere, just one little person catching 1,000+ pictures. Incredible.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Sue! She is friendly, reliable, flexible and not to mention unbelievably talented. We were in love with both our engagement photos and wedding photos. She helped us to create a warm environment for everyone involved (I really wanted a relaxed yet functional wedding day). Sue was also dedicated to making sure we got 100% of the photos on the list, while calmly and sweetly directing family and wedding party members. She amazed my husband, myself and our wedding coordinator!

Sue was the photographer at our wedding at Gillette Stadium, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was in constant contact with us and the event coordinator prior to the event, scouting all of Patriot Place to find the perfect spots in the stadium, as well as in the hall of fame, for fantastic photos. She took the time to get to know us so she would know what we wanted, even if we weren't able to express it to her. Not only did she listen to our suggestions, she also made suggestions of her own, giving us beautiful pictures that we never would have thought of taking. During the event, she was always there, but never intrusive, so she could capture everything that was going on. The cds that we received were filled with candid shots that we did not even realize she was taking, but are some of our favorites. Her experience as a photojournalist led her to shoot multiples of the same pictures, with slight differences in angles, lenses used, etc. to let us choose among several of each shot so we got the perfect picture in each instance. We would highly recommend hiring Sue Lynch for any event.

We recently got married on September 27, 2014 and had Sue capture our perfect day. Sue was amazing from the beginning planning stages to the end of our special night. We first met with Sue back in March and she was enthusiastic, kind, professional and experienced. We knew from the first meeting that we wanted to select her as our photographer. Along the way she made the planning process painless and stress free. She even went out of her way to make a trip over to our venue a few weeks prior to the wedding to map out where she would take us that day for photos. We also told her last minute that we would need her for extra hours and she was even willing to negotiate the extra charges with us. But most importantly the pictures she took came out great, we are so pleased. She captured the entire day perfectly and took pictures of the moments most important to us. Her direction throughout the day was great too, we preferred to follow her lead and that is exactly what we did.
Overall Sue was a 10 on a scale from 1-10 and we highly recommend her!
